"Oh yes, hopefully more will. At least more in this area. Perhaps more safe havens can be started, at the vary least." She mused, thinking a bit. However the thought didn't hold the appeal it should have. She thought a bit about it some more before shaking the idea away. She couldn't get distracted while talking to a nice mare like the one she was talking to.

"Oh so you do travel!" Ashia brightened. "It must be so exciting. Herds...well they are nice but having had bad experiences with them, I much rather have a small group of friends then a whole herd. Oh but of course, not all herds are as bad as the one I came from. I'm certain of it. You must meet interesting horses, traveling like you do. I met the most interesting stallion the other day. Lets see, Thanos was his name! He had a hole in him, can you imagine that? A hole! And he wouldn't let me help, so of course I was a bit distressed. But He seemed fine enough when he left." She was genuinely intrigued by the other mares life. Sure, she traveled, but it was all work. She did not travel just to be alone, or just to see what she saw. She traveled with a purpose. Which was well and good, but she always wondered what it would be like, for those who traveled freely.

"Yes traveling can be quite exciting as you never know what to expect or what you may run into." She said with a slight chuckle. "I can relate to the bad experiences in a herd, which is why I left and have been on my own. Though eventually I may settle down in a herd again, one that is nice and suits my needs."

Her head bobbed while listening to Ashia recount her run in with Thanos. "He had a hole in his side?" She said with a bit of shock. "Oh my I don't know what I would do if I came across a horse like that. And he wouldn't let you help him, how odd."

"Oh yes, a huge hole, and two adorable little rats that seemed to live in it. He had more injuries but the hole was the most noticeable. I just about freaked out! Then I realized, his eyes were glowing! It was so... so strange! And I spoke with him and... well..." She paused. It really was rude to gossip like this, but Ashia didn't want this mare to run into those horses unaware and make a mistake like she almost did. "Well, see apparently there is a herd of horses that have been to hell, and he leads them. Its scary, and he seems... a bit off. I think he has problems, which is so sad, but he has been to hell. He got agitated really easily. Thankfully I managed to show him I was no threat and he left before he got to upset." She shook her head lightly. "I do hope he's ok. The cold and snow must be something awful for him." She hoped she could run into him again, even just to see him at a glance to make sure the scary stallion was ok.

Her tail flicked about as Ashia explained more about this horse with a hole in it. It all sounded so unreal, more like something from a dream than something that could even truly exist. Though she doubted the mare would make up some crazy story like that just to keep the conversation going. "A herd of horses that had been to hell, that is a scary thought." Faerin finally said after a few moments. "I should count myself lucky for not running into any of them so far. I wouldn't know what to do if I did."

She shook her head at the thought, would she run or stand there and hope for the best. "I will have to keep my eyes open and try to avoid them." Faerin had no intention of running into danger if she knew it could be lurking nearby. "I wonder how would they have even left Hell in the first place. Seems like an almost impossible feat."

"Doesn't it? It took me some time before I could really believe him! I was sure the poor thing was just in shock. But it turns out that no, he wasn't! He was really... well not all alive. After all there is no other reason or explanation I can think of." Ashia said, thinking. Nope, nothing. "But we had a good talk, me and him. And disagreed on a few things... He was so confused as to why I save foals. But I told him, everything has to have a balance. And me saving foals helps that balance. Just like him and his herd mates being back in this world makes balance! It is just wonderful, isn't it? Something big might be brewing, if the dead can come back to life. Perhaps we'll have angels next!" She trailed off track a bit. But she couldn't help it, the thoughts in her head continued even when her mouth was saying something else and sometimes she just flowed into the next thought. "Oh I'm sorry, So much talking. But I haven't been able to share this with anyone yet and it is something that one would want to share."

Faerin fell silent for a few minutes thinking over what had just been told to her. A herd of undead horses were now running around this land. Stars only know what that could mean. "I doubt they came back from Hell to do good in this world." She said, though it was more of a spoken thought than anything. This could very well change everything, she would need to be much more vigilant when out on her own. Perhaps with this new event it was time to find a herd to provide her safety.

"This sounds like something that should be spread to all the other horses. Let them know of this and perhaps they can be prepared for whatever may come." She gave her head a shake, this was not the best of ideas to think on but better to warn the others instead of letting them fall victim to whatever this Hell herd had planned.

Ashia blinked at the slightly depressing tone the other mares words had taken. "Well...yes it would be good for others to be aware. But Faerin, everything works in balance. They won't take over the lands and rule with evilness because that would throw the world into a dark pit and there would be no good. In the world there is always good and bad. Life, and death. I am sure they will cause some trouble, but they are not vary organized, I think. Not enough to conquer the world." She shook her head, her feather bobbing. "and like I said, perhaps we will have angels come next. Perhaps they are here not to battle with us normal horses but because of some large plan. The spirits or gods or whatever controls nature could be planning something. And that may be why they have returned." Ashia explained her half thought out idea. In fact as she talked this whole thing was filling out in her head and it made her excited. She wasn't sure why, but it just seemed something to be excited about.

"Yes I suppose so." Faerin replied in a distant tone. It wasn't that she was trying to be rude, just this was all alot of think about and she was still having a bit of a hard time believing that such creatures could walk the land. Though Ashia had a point, perhaps a balancing force would appear, be that angels or some other form to halt this apparent Hell Herds move. Finally with a shake of her head she focused back on the little mare. "I'm sorry but this is just a lot to take in all at once, I hope I didn't sound rude at all. It's not everyday you hear about a herd of horses from Hell running about the land." She said with a somewhat nervous chuckle.

"Oh yes, I understand. You haven't been rude at all. I apologize for dumping so much information on you. I hope I havn't upset you. Will you be ok? Perhaps some time resting would be well... to let it soak in, if you will." Ashia suddenly felt bad, never imagining that the news might be met in such a manner. Well, at least the other mare didn't panic, which could have been a big issue, considering Ashia was such a small mare, and Faerin was such a large one. She tried to think for a moment what to say that might be comforting to the mare. She could only think up one thing. I twas a phrase she used a lot with foals, and usually worked. "Don't panic." She said, her voice transforming from its normal sweet, occasionally giddy, tone to one that held a strange air of comfort. She couldn't help it, her voice just naturally switched to a more soothing rhythm when she got into her 'saving foals' mentality.

Faerin's head bobbed slowly. "Yes...yes I think some time to rest and soak it in is in order." She took a small hesitant step forward. "Thank you for the information." Turning her body she began to slowly wake off, shaking her head a bit. This had been a strange day. At least the mare had been nice. Oh, the mare, she should probably say something to her. Turning her head as she continued to slowly walk away she looked back at the smaller mare. "It was good to meet you Ashia. I do hope we can talk again sometime." Faerin's head swung around to face forward again and she continued on at a slow pace, her mind reeling at what she had been told.

Ashia smiled kindly. Hopefully the other mare would be ok. It was a lot of information. "Your welcome. Be careful, and have a good day." She said as the other bean to talk off. She blinked when Faerin turned to look at her and she spoke again. This time she smiled wider. "Oh yes, it was wonderful to meet you as well, Faerin. I do hope we meet again." She nodded, her feather bobbing. She watched the other a moment before she turned and, with a spring in her step, began a nice steady trot away. It was a good day. Vary good indeed. She had met such a nice mare, learned somethings that were new, and helped another learn things as well. All wonderful.
