You need to install GCFScape to open the Game Cache files. You can get that here:

Then go to Program FilesSteamsteamapps and find the TF2 content file; open it up and have a rumage around.

Downloaded it, did absoultly nothing, still can't find these sound files.

No... That should work. You're just not looking in the right places... LOOK HARDER! D<

Well what do i do with it? Open start GCFScape and browse through the files...? Because i tried that and nothing happened
