"When we get out of here..." She trailed off, her tone of voice suggestive of all the good things to come. It was better to focus on the good things really. Otherwise it'd be back to depression land and hello to the hospital shrink once more! And Imo really didn't like her. She'd made Imo sum up her childhood and was obsessed with her growing up without her dad. Like her being upset wasn't from loosing a year after being declared dead. No no. It had to be because of her dad. Who knew what crazy theories that woman would come up with if she mentioned the - ...wait.
"Oh my god did I show you the sailboat yet?" Imo raised her free non-pizza-holding hand to point upwards, trying not to giggle again as she took another quick bite of pizza.

"The sailboat? The hospital's got a s-sailboat?" Aggie was feeling as baffled as she ever had as she followed Imo's pointed fingers up, up, upwards until her eyes rested on the ceiling. The slightly unhygienic looking ceiling. "Eww, that's some bad decorating."
She squinted, but a bad decoration choice was all that came to her. "But, um, s-sailboat?"

"Did you ever get give a Magic Picture as a kid? Where it's all funny colours and if you sort of stare and let yourself go crosseyed there's a dolphin or horse or car or...a sailboat. " You couldn't really do jazz hands with only one hand free but bless her Imo tried to. The cheesy grim turned into a wary smile as she looked up at the ugly tiles. She was going to miss it so much when she left Destiny Memorial! No wait. No she wouldn't!
"Lean over here a little and stare at that big dot for a second. I swear. It's a sailboat. Or maybe I was stuck in here not allowed out of bed and not tired for too long and I went stircrazy."

Aggie squinted really hard, focused on the dot and.. and there it was! The ugliest sailboat she'd ever seen, but there it was.
"I saw it! I saw it!" She squealed happily through the sudden onset of a gigglefit. "W-we really need to get out of here soon, Imo, or we'll go mad." She wiped some of dribbly tomato sauce off her shirt and took another bite of her pizza. "We'll get known as the Mad Pirate Girls, f-forever sailing the seas of the hospital on our Magic Sailboat!"

She actually pumped her arm in victory.
"Yes! You can see it too. That's HMS WTF, Aggie. I'll be captain and you can be first mate as we explore the uncharted waters of insanity." Because Aggie would always be her first mate in everything, even if they did end up different schools. Simples.
"Hey, do you think we could scrounge some of the ice cream they give to people with sore throats for afters?" Imo asked as she grabbed another slice of her pizza. They didn't really need ice cream but it was traditional for sleepovers. This was shaping up to be a decent sleepover anyway. Whether it jogged any memories or not however...well, you'd have to ask Aggie.
END.
