The smile widened. The simple gesture made him feel like his affections weren't just to be dismissed. It also was simply pleasant to know she wasn't about to kill him, even after what he had done to her. "I openly admit, I know almost nothing about you. So to feel this way," Castor searched his brain for the right words. "to me, that is magic. So many little things that have put us here. I can't explain them but I want to believe that they're real." As her hand fell away, he contemplated his words. Since when had he ever done that?
"You not the monster as much as I am. Just ask a Crystal Academy girl about any Hillworth boy. We're monsters, right down to the core." Laughing he tried to make the tone a little less serious. Sobering thoughts were never welcomed, even if they were inevitable. "I am Sailor Castor, senshi of hail. For us senshi, Danger is our middle name." Another laugh. "Or dumbass. We do tend to do stupid things, like falling in l-" He caught himself. "Caring too much."

For the rest of the night, until the sun came up, Lina would've been happy to just sit and talk with Castor. About things that had nothing to do with being a senshi or a lieutenant, just life. Apparently, he was at Hillworth with Khaldun, and the General-King. Why was he there? And he obviously knew a bit about Crystal girls, but he'd never said a word about Meadowview. So was he a delinquent, or just one of those idle rich kids whose parents wanted to make something of them?
Lina wanted to know these things, though he would probably never say a word. As she opened her mouth to suggest they maybe sit, or even find a darker corner somewhere to talk - and talk only! something came wandering out of the nearby bushes behind Castor's back. It was round, white, puffy, and with a mouth of needle-sharp teeth that was beaming out at the girl. Fluffy, Ursula's pet youma, was on the prowl.
Paling just a bit, the bluenette took a step back and started to head away. "I'm sorry, I have to go. Can't get caught again, you know." Pausing, she stopped, and smiled. "And I doubt you're a monster. I'm not a Crystal girl, after all." And then, as always, she was gone! Running through the shadows, her slim silhouette could be seen heading towards Destiny Tower, fading into nothingness.

At the sound of bushes rustling, Castor had spun heel.
And faced the ugliest cat he'd ever seen. That is, if it was a cat at all. It looked oddly like something from one of those RPG games. The ones that had an ungodly amount of HP but looked semi-harmless.
As Lina made the move to part ways, Castor entertained the idea that she might be afraid of cats. He couldn't blame her. After all, Astraea did kick Nealite's a**. "Wait, what do you mean-" Too late, she had vanished. At least he knew a little more about her. If she wasn't Crystal, it meant she was a Meadowview student. Or home schooled. In which case Castor felt that it was a pity. Homeschooling sucked.
Looking at the mutant cat who just sat and grinned at him, Castor glared at it, thankful it didn't have a star on it's head. "...You are one ugly cat." It just kept grinning.
