Well if you don't feel like running this village ... I know a guy. He already has awesome plot planned out.

So then you are just going to let your village sit and rot, whoring it out for plot usage to other people, despite the fact that there are obviously a portion of people ready to RP here?

Kouri doesn't want all villages open... I know that seems unfair... but having them all open... would just spread everyone thin...

Attempting to take my village just because you have a plot idea is stepping on my toes. My previous comment was intended to portray that I wish to remain in charge of my little village, not that I am not open to ideas for it. As I said before, there are other open villages that welcome members and still do not thrive. Until the already open villages can stand on their own, my village is supposed to be a support for those open villages, not competition for them and futher dividing the guild population...

I never said you had no right to picth ideas, I simply said run it by me. Just because I don't post in the main chatterbox doesn't mean I don't check my PMs. During my inactive time I have still helped whomever has PMed me with questions, though those people are few in general.

And yes, I do claim to be motivated now... and not that it's any of your business, but let me tell you what I've been dealing with that has sapped my energy.

Two years ago, while I was still semi-active, I was dealing with actually graduating and transferring to another college. While that may not be a big deal for you, my grade and ability to do noth graduating and transferring depended on one class... a class that because I am legally blind put me at an unfair disadvantage. I need that class, though, so I couldn't just drop it and take an easier one. I couldn't see through microscopes, when we disected animals I'd have to put my face so close to the creature's insides to see... and I'd still only be able to see the bigger organs. My time was very much consumed, so I hope I am pardoned for my absence.

The next year, this past year that I finished, not only did I take a full load of units each semester, and when I say full I mean about 16, I had to do a lot of volunteer work. See, in order to get into grad school, or at leats compete against everyone else that wants to get in before you, you have to make yourself look really really good. That means not only doing as many units as possible in each semester, but doing lots of work that doesn't pay. Now that wasn't my biggest problem, no... those thinsg were a very welcome distraction. My problem was with my room mates. For a whole year I had to deal with constant partying. Constant drinking. Constant drug use. I was kept up all night, nearly every night of the week. By the end of that year I'd had, on average about 4 hours a sleep a night. Police visited my place more often than most people would like. I was exhausted, I was hungry... couldn't afford much food. Got sick of eating what food I did have. Then I had to leave after the spring semester ended. Had to work for my grandparents so I could have the money to pay the last two months of rent for the place I lived, and get enough to pay for rent for where I live now. My time was very much consumed, so I hope, again, that I am pardoned for my absence.

Not that any of this is any of your business. I have the time now to at least breathe.

Do you think I care why you were gone? I mean, thats your life, it sucks, and good for you. Pity, party of one, your table is ready.

Now, onto the villages.

Oto has plot and members. It is thriving.
Konoha has a lot of active and literate members. It is thriving, and so long as those members are all in the academy, it doesn't exactly need plot.
Kirigakure has members, but its plot is dead. (Granted, that should hopefully be remedied soon.)
Kumo has barely any active members. No plot. And thus, is virtually dead.
I have plot ready for Ame. You still want to be the figurehead? Cool. I can guarantee you at least 1 squad of members. And I can guarantee success.
Its the same reason that Oto is active now, it has a plot that is actually interesting, and unlike most of Kiri's plots, it looks like Oto's plot may have lingering effects.
