I feel like something big just jumped over my head and I totally missed it. Um...so the meaning of that was? Or maybe...actually no I'll go do research of my own. Thanks for provide this, even if I don't understand it now. I will in the future.

I understand the Dr.Seuss referance, but I have no idea what a Mind Flayer or Illithid is. Which is what I wanted to research.

Moonie: Sometimes you kill a good joke with all your research. Just enjoy the story. Figuring out what a Illithid is won't really change the funniness.

llithids are pretty badass. They enslave other creatures through their minds and they have tentacles on their faces like Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean. That's about all you need to know.

I'm pretty sure that Lolth doesn't actually have any holidays. Of course this isn't exactly a traditional Forgotten Realms campaign setting is it now? (Otherwise there would be bunches of fun deities being chopped up for no reason.)...
Illithids are complex organisms... Screw it. Illithids are mini Cthullus that act like atheist drow...
Both comics were kind of boring...
