-She began to move closer to the other group, eyes watching the black barrier as she passed around her little section of the edge.. looking for anything that looked a little different. Some sort of weak point maybe.. a door? (Ha!) But she found nothing, unsurprisingly.

Stepping closer to the trio, she lifted her fingers mildly in a light salute.- "Sailor Polaris, reporting for duty"

-One hand settled on her hip, they didn't seem all that much more clear than she was, but Sailor.. Iris was it? Her idea seemed just as good as anything she could come up with.

She knealed, brushing white gloved fingers through the grass until she found a stone large enough that they'd 'probably' be able to watch the whole time.

She bristled, as the voice mocked them yet again, fingers tightening about her stone. Ohhhh she wanted to throw it at that brat up on the wall. But there was no way it'd make it anywhere near. Heck.. even anyway HALFWAY near. Polaris most decidedly threw like a girl.

Standing once more, she held out the stone lightly, waiting to see if someone else would take it, and save her the embarrasment of possibly not making it to the barrier wall.- "If this works at all, then we might be able to crack a hole in it by combining our powers"

-That is.. if any of them had offensive powers. It seemed those were sadly hard to come by.-

Pegasus lifted her eyebrows questioningly when Sailor Iris' gaze turned to her, rolling her eyes a little when she mentioned Linarite. "Squeaky hammer. Not very threatening," she replied with an air of disinterest. How things stood now, she wasn't worried in the least about the bluenette perched haughtily at the top of the barrier, shouting insults down at them. The distance was too far for combat on either side, so she resigned herself to plain ignoring the lieutenant, focusing on the more important aspect of the 'mission' and the real reason why they were there. That was, if they ever got out of the introduction stage.

The teal-skirted senshi gave a nod at of the confirmations of their names, her eyes flickering towards Polaris for a few seconds when Iris made mention of her. With her, that made four -- not an army, by any means, but she didn't think they needed an army. This wasn't suppose to be a battle, and the barrier probably wasn't going to fight back, at least not in the traditional sense. Blue-green eyes flickered back to Iris at the mention of their 'girly bunch,' and she gave the girl a skeptical look, glancing down at the bow on the front of her uniform.

"You have a rainbow brooch."

Once again, Linarite's calling was ignored, although not without a mild stare of aggravation in her direction. She didn't have much tolerance for anyone she thought was incompetent, and the current view of the blue-haired lieutenant didn't cast the squeaky-hammer wielding nega-girl in a very good light. Instead, she finally turned her full attention to Polaris, who had by now introduced herself and grabbed a rock, seemingly to chuck it at the barrier. When she held it out, Pegasus took it gently, weighing it in her hand for a few seconds before eying the barrier contemplatively. Although she would have preferred a lacrosse stick, she wasn't too bad of a throw.

"Here goes nothing," she murmured, pulling her arm back and letting it fly experimentally.

Mental note: Sailor Pegasus was a Crystal Academy b*tch. For Sailor Iris, it was more a personality stereotype than anything. Stupid girly girls who didn't have a clue about hidden potential. Sure, the blue-haired chick had a "squeaky hammer." Didn't mean the girl couldn't fist fight amongst the best of them. The nega-b*tch she met before was proof that the Negaverse had some experienced fighters on their side.

She was about to nod in approval towards Sailor Polaris (as she had introduced herself), when a stray comment hit her ears. If Sailor Pegasus had been a guy, she would have easily grabbed him by the collar and clobbered him in the face. The temptation was still there, and though her fist balled up at her side, she resisted the urge.

"And with all those extra frills, ya look like a reject from one a'yer fashion shows." Tact, that was something for anybody but Sailor Iris. The blonde could easily tell she had the most modest of all the uniforms. She'd kill to have a pair of shorts, but she made do like she usually did with her school uniform. There was no frills, no lace, no fluff, and no feathers on her uniform. Perhaps there was a God out there looking out for her, since she hadn't been forced to suffer such an indignity.

Rather than watch any further, Sailor Iris once more took to looking at the blue-haired Negaverse character. It was sad the girls had taken her so literally about throwing something at the barrier. She had been hoping to use her Rainbow Ribbon on that dark wall of energy.

Three things had prompted Elzo to henshin up in some bushes and investigate the black dome that covered Barren Pines.
One, it was a big, black dome that reeked of negaverse
Two, Linarite was on top of the dome
Three, outside of the dome, he'd noticed senshi gathering. Only one, Iris, was familiar.

Emerging from the shadows of the foliage, Castor began to make his way towards the group. He only paused for a second to give Linarite a forlorn glance. "Yo, Iris, long time no see. Still up to the same old same old?" He smirked and waved to the group. "It's your old buddy Castor! Aren't you going to introduce me?" he looked at the barrier, (not Linarite), "Oh, and what the hell is this by the way?"

"...." Ume stared at the senshi in the short yellow skirt, rather undeservedly hostile to her fellow senshi she thought.
"Actually, I think she looks quite beautiful." Ume said glancing towards pegasus. "Mature..." she added and watched the barrier with interest.

She bit back a comment, that would have been MOST unlady like, about looking rather like Rainbow bright, blond hair and all. And was blessedly distracted with the arrival of Sailor Castor, whom also seemed to know Linarite... and Rainbow B... rather, Iris, and her apparent objection to frills.

"We're not sure yet..." She answered honestly, it was actually interesting to see that there were male senshi too, actually she was glad they didn't have skirts as well.
"MuCephi... and this is Pegasus, pleased to make your acquaintance."
PostPosted: Sat Dec 19, 2009 9:28 am

So far, this whole situation was pretty crappy, and it was getting worse. She huffed out a simple, yet disinterested "Yeah, keep tellin' yerself that," towards MuCephi. These uniforms were tacky fashion at its best, and where as many girls were easily fooled into liking the frills and fluff, Sailor Iris was not one to be fooled by it all.

And then the worst thing happened. Maybe in her mental wishing, she should have been more specific as to which Sailor Boy to hang out with. Quasar or Atlas would have been preferred to Sailor Idiot. He would not receive a smile from the blonde, but instead he would receive a glare. Her voice rather sharply pointed out "Yer not one ov' my homeboys, so don't act like it, Sailor Idiot." Subconsciously, her left hand began to crack the knuckles on her right hand as she continued to glare at the only boy in the group now.

Even though MuCephi offered introductions for herself and Pegasus, Polaris had still yet to be introduced, but Sailor Iris had no intention on doing this all nice and polite. In a voice loud enough for all to hear, she explained in a matter-of-fact tone "Ya don't want me t'introduce ya... otherwise I'd tell them that yer an a*****e, an' a pervert who'd prefer t'be feelin' ya up rather than fightin'." That was about as much of a warning as she could give about Sailor Idiot's reputation (from her single encounter with him).

It was only after her harsh version of an introduction that she noticed his uniform was different. It looked less gay, but in her mind, several aspects to the outfit were still pretty bad. The length of the sailor collar looked almost as much of a liability as the girl butt-bows were. Someone could easily gank it from the back and he'd be stuck.

For a brief moment, she finally decided to be vaguely polite, pointing to Sailor Polaris and uttered "Sailor Polaris, this is Sailor Idiot." Her finger swung back and pointed to the guy. It was about as polite as she was going to get with this guy it would seem.

She could have kissed Mu at that moment, but Pegasus refrained, probably to the relief of several parties. Instead, she merely stood there, giving Sailor Iris a disinterested look. She certainly wouldn't scold Mu, especially when she was sure they felt very similar about the new senshi. It seemed to her that the long-haired, rainbow-brooched senshi was over-compensating for something -- certainly not a competent action. "Methinks thy lady doth protest too much," She replied after a few moments, basically to herself, although with MuCephi so close she was sure her teammate had heard.

With the introduction of yet another senshi, Pegasus felt another wave of stress, turning a tight circle and pressing her palms to her face, stretching her face a little and groaning, beginning to feel irritated. This was going no where. On top of having this increasingly growing crowd of senshi she didn't know, didn't trust, and (as Iris was slowly beginning to prove) didn't like, they weren't getting anything done. The rock she had tossed had been long-since forgotten -- with the new additions, she hadn't even seen if it had bounced of or not. It certainly hadn't shot back at them like a projectile. Folding her arms across her chest, the teal-skirted girl rested her shoulder a little against MuCephi's, standing back-to-back with her, facing the barrier. It was only after she heard her introduce them that she glanced over her shoulder to glance at Castor.

Wait.

Bypassing Iris and her quasi-introduction entirely, Pegasus blinked in surprise, unfolding her arms and turning around, looking bewildered.

"I know you," She said, looking a little curious, "You're... Flora's friend."

She wasn't exactly sure, but Pegasus wouldn't second guess herself aloud. It was pretty much a shot in the dark, in fact -- her glimpses of the pale-blue 'knight' who had held the negaverse off of the severely-beaten Flora hadn't been too great. Anger and guilt fogged her memory of the event too. She hadn't even gotten a good look at the lieutenants who had done the beating, something she had tried to coax from Eve during her many visits to the hospital. So it was with great curiosity that she eyed Castor, an obviously unsure look marring her usually confident, albeit cold, expression.

((Vamps, Mel told me Eve would probably be in the hospital by now, so technically Castor would have already saved her... if you'd rather the timeline be different, let me know, I'll change my response <3;;; ))

Senshi were incredibly stupid.

How Tanzanite got up on top of the bubble was a mystery; suffice to say that Negagirls had skills. Regardless of how she'd come to stand atop the strange half-sphere, she strode up to Linarite's side without so much as a murmured greeting. All work and no play made Tanzanite a quiet woman. There was a brief, formal nod, followed by a quick surveying the senshi below. The small crowd that had gathered was barely a step above pathetic, but far below formidable considering the power that had created the barrier. She assessed them as her cold, scornful dragged along each face, studying each expression and stance. They were the typical senshi, nothing special to be noted amongst them save for two very familiar faces.

Castor... and Iris.

There could be no two senshi who Tanzanite held more loathing for. The first she held responsible for her practical imprisonment in the Negaverse subspace, the other who she had a great deal of unfinished business with. And by unfinished business, she meant ripping Iris' head off and stuffing her fist down her god damned neck far enough to take hold of her heart and squeeze it until it burst like a ripe tomato. There was a special place in Tanzanit'es heart for the senshi who had given her the pale, thin scar that circled her neck like a choker. It was a constant reminder of the dangers of arrogance and inexperience, the dangers of rushing into things before she was fully aware of what she was up against. Tanzanite itched to get her hands on Iris, to show the Senshi of Rainbows just how much she'd learned since their last encounter.

Inexperience was a thing of the past.

It was only the metaphorical leash which Linarite held control of that kept Tanzanite from stupidly hopping down into the middle of that group. That leash, and the fact that Charonite would <******** kill her if she dived head-first into another fight. With a cracked rib and enough bruises and cuts to make Rihanna feel like the most spoiled woman in the world, she was in no shape to fight.

That didn't mean she wasn't itching to do so.

“I don't imagine I'm allowed to go fetch some water balloons? Maybe we can freeze the bastards to death.”

Having noticed the commotion a distance away, Valleriite found herself drawn to the strange school nearby; Barren Forest, pine, tree-- whatever it was called. For some odd reason, she could never remember the exact name of the school. Granted that it had always been there, she had only heard small whispers and rumors of the school and the kids that attended the establishment. Gifted students, but as for their talents and skills-- she wasn't quite certain.

Yet, Barren Pines had been nothing more then a passing thought. At least, for Val it was-- Heck, she didn't bother to attend her own school much less pay attention to another school!

Until now.

Intrigued by the ominous air surrounding the school, she made her way to the gates of Barren Pines-- or what remained of it. The school was now surrounded by a black barrier- as if it called to the negaverse, or her. She was tempted to touch it, if she hadn't heard the sounds of voices- both familiar and unfamiliar. Startled by the sudden sounds, she took cover behind a tree.

Backed against the tree, she stole a quick glance at the school. There she noticed the cluster of senshi <********> She murmured as she ducked into the shadows. What were they doing there?! "There has to be four or more of those damn girls there..." she noted grimly to herself. If it was only one, she would have gone in for the battle. But to take on more? She didn't care to take on a losing bet.

It was such a good bubble.

No, it was an amazing bubble.

Letting off a soft giggle, bare legs kicked themselves in the air as the oldest woman present among the scene kept herself hidden among the branches of a nearby tree.

Nealite had seen the senshi gathering. She'd seen Linarite egging them on, Tanz and Pokerface also on the scene, hidden beneath the tree she sat in. She'd watched it all go down, and still she sat there, happily staring at the gigantic bubble that seemed to be the focus of everyone's attention.

It was such a ******** amazing bubble.

Mostly because, naturally, it had been her doing, and Nealite had yet to find herself bored of staring at the gigantic doom-bringing shield that now covered all of Barren Pines. Beryl's power, perhaps, but Nealite's doing, and she'd found herself returning to it for a few minutes each day, admiring her own craftsmanship.

"Taaaaanz darling!" She beckoned from the branches, ignoring the senshi brats that had gathered around the edge of her barrier. "Taaaaaaanz, come over here!"

God, she was proud of that bubble.

She would have recognized that voice any day. Nealite. Still hidden behind a tree, Val had to restrain from laughing aloud-- She settled for snickering instead. Whether the senshi knew it or not, they were being made fun of. No doubts, their reactions would have been priceless.

And despite the semi-large group of senshi, Nealite didn't appear to care. With her beckoning, Nealite gave away her position easily. It was impossible to miss as her voice echoed loudly among the tree calling for her tanz-darling. "How admirable." She remarked on the captain's taunts, watching her from a distance away with an amused look in her eyes.

Going by Nealite's attitude, the situation didn't appear as drastic as it first seemed. (Quite hilarious, actually) But she wasn't sure if the situation was for the worse or the better-- when it came to the captain, things became unpredictable. Yet one thing was certain, things were about to become interesting.

Leaping onto the tree nearby, she settled herself comfortably upon the branches before speaking to her captain.

"Discreet much, Nealite?" She said, with a sly smile. It wasn't so much a question as a statement.
PostPosted: Sun Dec 20, 2009 5:55 am

An equally sly grin crossed the older woman's face as her head turned to look down at the younger girl addressing her.

"Pokerface." She acknowledged with a nod, shifting further down the branch to allow room for the other girl who, amusingly enough, had decided to creep out from behind the tree once Nealite had decided to call over her friend. It was cute, really. But then again, the lieutenants as a whole were nothing but children, so it came as a genuine surprise to see as many Negaverse agents out and about as there were.

Perhaps indeed, things would become more entertaining for both parties involved.

"No need to be discreet, at least, not in this situation," she finally commented, drawing out a disposable camera from one side of her. She'd been meaning to bring one along for a while and thankfully had remembered this trip. Which, amazingly enough, was perfect timing for the senshi gathering. "At least, not when I have an easy escape route."

Bringing the camera up, she quickly took a few shots of the giant black bubble, and then turned to snap a few of the gathered senshi. Some bore familiar faces, namely the despicable Castor and the terribly lucky Pegasus, but the others were strangers. Not that it mattered, really, as none of them concerned her today. Lina could have her fun for all Nea cared, whether it be finding herself triumphant over the group or once again face-sucking with Castor.

She was just here for her bubble, after all.

Little did Nealite realize, however, that when the pictures developed, no barrier would show up in the photographs. Perhaps it would have been more beneficial to recall Charonite explaining that only senshi and negaverse agents would be able to see the barrier, the KODAK camera being neither. But that was a discovery destined to happen hours from now, in front of a very confused, terrified film developer.

"So, what brings you out here, Pokerface?"

-Ohhh... another boy senshi? And FAR more sensibly dressed than poor Thuban had been. Pants.. and not a skirt. Surely this 'Castor' had won the lucky draw when it came to uniforms. She lifted a few fingers, and smiled a little in polite greeting as the introduction was made for her. However the little meeting fest was short lived in her eyes. Which was amazing considering her grand plans of senshi socialization.

But now was not the time for chatting or.. more irritatebly.. bickering. They had ALL the time in the world for that AFTER the giant ball of doom was gone. Especially.. since Polaris had noticed the addition of atleast one other Negabaddy to Linarite's side...

Clearing her voice, in the same way that a mother might, to try to rouse the attention of her naughty children, she turned back to the doom purposefully, preparing herself.- "So anyway. I'm going to go ahead and try to attack this thing. If anyone would like to help and attack at the same time, I'm sure we stand a better chance at doing anything to it."

-Her eyes flicked around the area for metal, trying to figure out how much of anything might come flinging towards the wall of black. She wished she could pinpoint her attack to one tiny spot.. but oh well. Hopefully someone else would join in suit.-

"Ohh, watch out too. Magnetic field." -She added as an afterthought, hands streching out dramatically as she called her attack, her own jewelry beginning to shiver and try to tug away from her. The couple of limited metal objects in the area began to shiver too, before careening towards the wall of doom.-

It had been another usual patrol for the senshi of storms and gravity, as they lept from building top to building top and rescued the occasional stranded kitten precariously perched atop a tree branch. Alcyone had found it endearing that Atlas felt the need to rescue the young felines and opted to help herself whenever she was around him; it was certainly better than fighting mutant youma or scantily-clad women.

It was during another kitten rescue that she had noticed it, over the horizon of Destiny City. She couldn't help but stop and stare at the ominous dome, tinted in the same shade of purple she found in the most beautiful of thunder storms, though crackling with strong negative energy as opposed to lightning. Whatever the barrier was, it was very clearly Not Good and Not Meant To Be There.

She exchanged anxious and worried glances with her patrol partner, that sense of duty firmly building at the pit of her stomach. Both of the senshi knew the location of the dome very well, as Barren Pines had made quite the impression to the media and newscasters. If it wasn't boasting about the talented students that enrolled in the school, it was about the bacterial meningitis outbreak, or the fire that it recently suffered. Everything about Barren Pines reaked of the same kind of energy that the dome gave off, and there was only one thing for her to do about it.

Although it took a lot of convincing Atlas on Alcyone's part for him to accompany her, it didn't take long for the two to get to the scene of the crime. The crystal girl recognized two of the nega-lieutenants immediately as the crazy big-haired bitches from That One Fight, and only one of the senshi stood out to her as anything close to familiar.

".......What's going on?" She questioned, feeling that formalities were a little useless at this point. They were late to the party, she realized this, but it wasn't too late to give a helping hand or two.

"Aw, Iris, you wound me." Placing a hand over his heart Castor wobbled back, mock falling. "After I saved your a** from a metal munching youma so long ago and you punched me in the gut? Cutie," he remembered his nickname for her, "You're still a b***h. I may be an a** and pervert, but at least I don't reward kindness with bitchiness." He snorted in his mild anger and approached the group paying one last look at Iris. It was complimented with a smirk. Even a bit bitter about their last encounter, he was still going to flirt with her.
"MuCephi and Pegasus the Pony? Nice to meet you, and how is Flora doing? I...haven't really visited her." This was addressed at Pegasus. Though they didn't have a formal introduction, they both had been there, and it was a safe bet that Castor felt the shame of not being able to get to Flora sooner. "We didn't really have a chance to talk last time did we? I-"
At the intro of Polaris, he turned heel. "Don't listen to Rainbows. I'm hardly an idiot." He really was. "And she's a liar anyway." Not really, it was very close to the truth.

At the sound of another girl's voice Castor spun again. He was going to say hello to every cute girl and he-
"ATLAS!" Running up and scooping the taller senshi into a bear hug Castor laughed. "Where you been bro? I haven't been out patrolling with you and s**t man, it's boring with no one to talk to." he smiled at Alcyone. "You've got to be my bro's partner. I hope you've been making sure he's on task and-"

SHE WAS HERE.

HERE.

NEARBY.

NEALITE.

However many times he'd stopped mid sentence, Castor didn't care. Being polite, he didn't care. Polaris's attack, <******** it. "What the ******** is going on?" Castor's voice sounded pissed, (don't cower Atlas), and his eyes were searching for where he'd heard the voice of the woman he so loathed. "We don't know. All I do know is that some negabitch just showed up, and I am going to kill her." Castor's tone was very convincing. It really did sound like he'd kill.

"NEALITE! COME OUT AND FIGHT ME YOU OLD WHORE! I have some new attacks I want to try on you ugly face!" He hadn't heard or noticed any of the other negaverse agents. His mind was on a one way street of anti-Nealite.
