Benny who had been in Mcgonagall's office once to many times and began to be annoyed by the fact it was always Snape who brought her.
"Yes Professor, but I don't care. I don't care if i get expelled! You have to go to the common room imediatly! Our head of house he's a deatheater. And not one who has "retired" from it" said Benny as she made a quick glance to Snape.

Minvera stared down at her hands. "Severus. You may wait here for us, while I examine the situation with the Gryffendor's." Minvera looked back as she headed for the door. "And do be sure to give the girl some detetions with Filtch."

She saw Snape give a tiny smirk, she was sure giving her detentions would be one of the happiest moment of his life. Benny was still glad that he couldnt expel her. She let out a small sigh of relief. She wanted to get up but she figured Snape wouldn't let her go until he had given her a years full of detention.

Snape stared at her with an evil glint in his eyes. "If it were up to me you'd be expelled immediately, but since it is not. You will have detention with Filtch for the next three months. Doing whatever it is Filtch might want you to do."

Benny was not surprised but almost happy she was sure Snape would give her detention until she left hogwarts in yoear 7th year. BUt still she wasnt very happy with having detntion with filch. "Can I go to my common room now?" she said hopefully.

Infernous came to. "Huh? Where am i?" He read the name plate HEADMISSTRESS MINERVA McGONAGAL "Huh...why am i in the headmistress' office? Uh...AHHHHH" Out of nowhere a magical box surrounded him. "I cant get out!" "HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He cried.

Mcgonagle just gave him a weird look, and let him die there, she left to an other room in her office obviously this was a little disturbing to see, she figured that he was going to die soon.

"What's happening?!?!?" Infernous screamed as the center of his palm turned red. ((i knew infernous was going to die....but not like this cry )) Red- vinelike whips spored out of them, tangling them around Infernous. "No!!!!!" Infernous yelled. He turned and saw Minerva walk out. The vines kept squeezing tighter and tigher....untill. ((lets leave your imagination to it whee ))

Mcgonagle stayed out until she was sure that the deed was done and she could go and clean up any mess it could have made.

Somul opened the door and saw Infernous in the magical barrier....dead. He didnt even seem fazed by it. "Professor McGonagal?" Somul said as he looked around.

Somul felt a chill run down his spine. He turned to see Bob's ghost. "Somul! I had to tell you this...my soul cant rest until i Do. I am dead now...Infernous killed me.
