Dani wasn't completely confident that Ji-Yeon understood the gravity of the situation, but she couldn't do much aside from repeat herself, over and over, until it sunk in. Since her new friend had started to doctor her wounds, Dani fell into a brief silence, letting her do so. The day had really not gone as well as planned. She hadn't found a Christmas present for Parker, and not only had the cafe been held up, but she'd gotten injured, henshined in front of a civilian, and now had to trust in said civilian's power to keep a secret. ... Not her best day ever.
Not her worst day ever, but it definitely was down there.
She shifted her cast, resting it atop one knee as she jiggled her leg in an agitated manner. "The less you know about me, the better. I mean it, I really mean it."
She winced when Ji-Yeon got to her lip, dealt with it. "It's... it's got to be a secret. I know I already said that, but really. What I do isn't a game, it isn't for fun. People really get hurt and people really die. It puts me in danger as well as you if people find out."
She lifted her broken arm, gestured aggravatedly, "God, today is horrible!" and fell into another silence.

Ji-Yeon thought that would've done it. But clearly, it was a real serious matter of business for Dani. "That's not true..." she lamely offered with a shrug. With a heavy sigh, she continued, "I understand you might not trust me much." In fact, I wouldn't if I were in your position. "The last thing I would want to do is put other peoples' live at stakes, more or less, both of ours." Pursing her lips, and putting one hand on her hip, Ji-Yeon stated, "Just have a little faith in me, it'll be worth it."
It was only right for Dani to be angsty, nothing had gone her way. She'd be twice as agitated if a secret that big was spilled in the worst way possible. After tending to a dozen cuts or so on Dani's arms, armed with band-aids, Ji-Yeon exclaimed, "There, all done!" Looking Dani directly in the eye this time, "You probably don't feel the same, but I'm sincerely glad I met you." Dani probably wanted to be alone. Their meeting had been weird, but Ji-Yeon hoped they would soon meet once more. "When you get home, clean your wounds once more." she ordered. With a slight wave and a smile, "Then, until next time. Your secret's safe with me." A giggle or two echoed in the room as she shut the door behind her. Her life was getting more interesting by the day. But Ji-Yeon would stay true to her word; this secret would be accompanying her to the grave.
