Alright so... I will take away Iron Maiden. I am fine with that. And the mind control is like the Sharing--shot- Eh, I will take it out.
Naishygan is similar to mind reading, except its of the aura. So they "read" the aura for any hint of anything that isn't right in the way they are feeling. Get it? Oh and, there is also the fact that they can just look deeper in until they find something.
Oh and I guess I could take away curse mark. Thought it burns up the dead into ash to some tampering of the body. I guess it could actually SEEM you are born with it, but maybe the new clan could have a child and find out that is was false and it was actually a way of control. Hmm.
And okay on stats.

If spikes go through someone, they're going to do a lot more than 185.
My Uchiwa has 920? I think. You'll scratch him up by driving spikes through him? Change up what it does. Maybe just the chains tighten around him?
Not sure if only crew can talk here. If that is the case, my apologies. ^-^

If it's Mind Reading, then you need to alter your history. I still don't see how you're able to read the intentions of someone. You don't explain how you're able to literally look through to my character's core in order to see her true intentions. Aura is the outside marking of her body. The perfect way to describe "Aura" is the "Physical Shield" spell in Fable. That... quite literally, is an Aura.
I like the concept of this clan, but you aren't clarifying yourself enough for me to have alot of confidence in this clan.
If you'd like, I can help you come up with a more practical version of the Iron Maiden... and keep it in the Torture Device Region if you'd like some help.
Having the Curse mark do just that, is fine... but then that would be something else. Not exactly a curse mark, but a Seal. You can say that the clan has that specific Seal, and I'd be fine with that.

Well, I actually did mean for it to be the "emotional chakra" originally, but that seems silly.
And I will just think of a Earth Release that's, helpful.

That's definatly a seal, and it would require some sort of sacrifice to be that potentBut uh, I guess it could be modified some more. And, mind reading seems to sharingan like though... D; It depends on the version of Telepathy that you're going for. I've come up with a way to help you explain it. The Dojutsu lets you see the Aura of the person. Activiating allows you to see the intentions that bring the colors together, thus, giving you a Semi-Clarvoyance.Well, I actually did mean for it to be the "emotional chakra" originally, but that seems silly. Emotional Chakra isn't a horrible idea... it's original, I'll give you that. ^_^And I will just think of a Earth Release that's, helpful.

The color is just the base on which you start. Auras, however, have more to them that the tone or shade. They also have depth and textures to hem. An emotion of a certain color can be considered calm or fierce depending on whether it flaiuures up or slowly glidesaround the person. Perhaps other hints would be whther the color is dulled or, in a way, shiny. Multiple factors can uncover the many possibilities, unlocking what th true intentions of the person are... you'll just not know the reasons behind the intentions.

And I think I realize what you mean now Rachael... actually. So when you ask how I would know true intentions? Like, Naishygan doesn't know the exact person, or, what ever they would be wanting to er, kill or make love too, or what ever. Its just, you know they have bloodlust or er... the other lust. XD But yeah, thats good Rin. Shape, brightness, texture... etc... Heh, that means that like most Doujutsu users, they kinda have to have this sixth sense of how to use there own genetic ability without having to be taught. Oh, I know how it can also be similar to sharingan, hah, remembering Reikiomo auras like how the red eyed ones remember jutsu.

Instead of simply reading the person's move, you'll be able to see past it and gain percievable knowledge, and in that respect, I have no issues in that similarity.

I will keep the coma flaw, because it uses up chakra up at about the speed of... lets say somewhere between normal Sharingan and M. Sharingan... acceptable?
Yah know, I was thinking that Naishygan comes directly from Rinnegan. But uh, maybe not.
