((Woof. Okay GOOO.))

Talen laughed at Gabriel's remark at Abel being a stiff. Somehow, that seemed terribly ironic. Mei of course took the time to make a smart remark about it which seemed to quiet the tall angel.

"A surprise cleaning party?" Leah said and seemed to frown. However she laughed at Abel's almost excited look. She covered her mouth in attempts to stifle it. Mei of course, didn't stifle hers. Leah looked almost sorry for laughing and smiled apologetically, but yet she was still laughing at the idea of all of them dressed up as french maids and cleaning up the streets.

((that's a weird visual Leah :/...))

When Mei made mention of Abel's age Talen frowned. "How DO you keep track?" He honestly wondered. "How old ARE you?" He wondered perhaps about all of them and not just Abel in particular.

This brought a funny look to Leah's face.

Alice raised her eyebrows and smiled. "They're just being funny?" She offered.

Leah seemed to regard this idea doubtfully, but perhaps believed it for her own sake. There were too many strange things going on just from this morning to perhaps digest what these people really were, and she had a feeling ever since she'd met Abel that there was something off about him. Not off in a bad way, in fact a very good way, but maybe just at the moment she wasn't ready to deal with it.

((THERE!))

Gabriel looked at Talen and smiled strangely. "Let's just say, age isn't relevant anymore." When he leaned back again, Mei smirked and nodded.

"Let's just say, Gabriel's as old as dust." She let out a laugh which caught a look from the angel. "He's old." She said, standing next to Talen. At Leah's doubtful face, Mei smiled widely at her and shrugged. "One you hit twenty, everyone just seems old, am I right? You're no longer a teenager. It's just DEPRESSING. Your skin starts to sag and your metabolism slows down. You see gray hairs." She smiled as she said this, as if mocking someone. "That's when you shoot chemicals into your lips and wrinkles to make them young. But eventually it just kills your faster. So don't do it."

Abel rolled his eyes at Mei's antics and he scratched his head. "Didn't you say you had to work?" He asked in the most polite voice he could manage.

Mei looked at him, sighed, and sat on Talen's lap. "Yeah. I do. I have this feeling tonight's gonna be another rough one. I might drop by and pick up Zeus. He's always handy on those days." After a moment she turned herself to face Talen and grabbed his face. "You watch after these punks for me. Cause without me, they might get depressed. You know Abel, he always brings people down. And Gabriel...well...he's Gabriel. So you gotta watch them! Like a..." Her eyes shifted around and she stared real hard at him. "Like a HAWK. YEAH." She pat his face and then kissed him.

Without another word she jumped up and headed towards the door. "Good bye folks! It was nice seeing you Princess Leah! May the force be with you!" She looked around for a moment, one foot out the door. "BYE DAVID WHERE EVER YOU ARE! Next time I babysit, we're gonna have a huge PARTY! NO LIE!"

((Hahaha. WHEE.

OH. I WANTED TO ASK YOU SOMETHING. I was thinking of making a new demon character, to kind of be the baddies for Lilith and Cain, and also I guess to everyone else as well...hahaha.

But what I wanted to ask you is if you wanted to make one as well, so that they can be a duo or something. That way you can have some fun as well. :] If not...which I dunno why you WOULDN'T want to play some bad and evil, hahaha...but if you don't, that's fine I suppose. D: ))

((GO ALEX GO!... I am soooo tiiiiirrreeed.))

Talen flashed Gabriel a grin at Mei's remark. "Yeah... that looks about right." He said.

Leah continued to look confused and then put her own hands to her face. "I'm not... saggy." She frowned and looked at Talen who just shook his head. She looked at Alice who was laughing. Leah laughed herself. "We're all geezers."

"I'm older than all of you." Alice informed them, winking in Abel's direction. "So, I don't wanna hear another word about it."

When Mei sat in Talen's lap, Alice rolled her eyes, but the man himself seemed quite pleased about it. "Finally I get some attention." He said about it, arms around her waist. He grinned as she grabbed his face and instructed him of what he was to do in her absence. "It won't be much the same without you, but I'll sure as hell try." And then enjoyed his kiss.

He, of course, was sad to see her go, but he waved just the same. Leah, on the other hand looked a little put out.

"B'aw... Princess Leah." She put her chin in her hands. "I'm never going to get away from that, am I?" She smiled despite herself.

Alice pat her on the back. "It's all good. Leah's a BABE. Hottest princess ever." She frowned. "I wonder where David DID go!"

"BYE, MEI!" The little boy said from somewhere in the house and appeared at the top of the stairs. "I'LL MISS YOU!"

Alice smiled. "So, what ARE you going to do for Abel's birthday, Talen?"

Talen sat up and glanced at the angel.

"We should take him OUT!" Leah said.

"All of us at once, or just you?" Talen said laughing.

Leah flushed. "I meant all of us, but I mean... I didn't..." She shook her head. "What?"

Talen looked over to his blonde friend. "We're going to have to really think on this... Abel having a good time could be a serious challenge... perhaps the most difficult thing we have ever faced. EVER."

Leah nodded very seriously.

((hahahahha.))
PostPosted: Wed Dec 16, 2009 10:44 pm

((Haha. Awwww. Leah. She's a cutie. By the way, did you see my question on my last post? I edited it in...so you might not have seen it! But it is of dire importance...not really...but just act like it is!))

Mei laughed as David appeared at the top of the stairs. "Oh, boy, I'm gonna miss you MORE! More than you'll ever know!" She grinned at him and walked outside, shutting the door behind her.

Gabriel raised his brows at Alice's comment and breathed through his nose. "What are you? Twenty?" He asked with a straight face. He turned his attention over to Abel as he squirmed, uncomfortable with all the attention. He smiled just barely and Abel groaned.

When Leah mentioned going out, Abel looked at her with a confused look and then over at Talen, a blush on his face. "Guys! Seriously!" He complained, running his teeth over his bottom lip. "The only thing I want any of you to do is to just...be happy. I don't want anything else."

"Everyone wants more than that." Gabriel put in before finishing his sandwich. He rubbed his mouth with a napkin and leaned back. "Isn't there anything you've always wished you could have but never got it?"

"Not really. Nothing material. Nothing you can buy...and it's nothing any of you could give me. So can we just get off this subject?" He looked down at his hands, avoiding anyone's gaze.

Gabriel gave a sigh and straightened up in his chair. "Alright. If that's what you want. And could I get the note now?"

Abel immediately looked up and pulled out the crumpled, dirty paper from his pocket, thrusting it at Gabriel like it was on fire. "Please. Take it." He watched the other angel with intense eyes. Gabriel slowly took the note and straightened it out, read it briefly, chuckled deeply, and then pocketed it. "Wha...what did it..." Abel began but stopped. "Never mind...later I suppose. Um...where is David?" He asked, hoping everyone would have forgotten the previous topic.

((YESSSS-SSSSS... YES. You need to stop editing yo' stuff all the time. I MISS IMPORTANTE THINGS. IMPORTANTE... THINGS.

But awwww yeah I wanna make a baddie. Those are my favorites.))

Alice gave Gabriel a long look and then batted her eyelashes. "Well, aren't you just a charmer?" She asked of him smiling and moved around to clean up the kitchen. "I wasn't even twenty when you first met me. Twenty something, for sure, but not twenty." She laughed.

Talen laughed at his sister. "Eh. Age is relative." He said, mimicking Gabriel and then looked back at Abel who was red in the face as Leah had been not moments before. He snorted with laughter. "You guys... I swear." He shook his head. "Happiness?"

"We're already happy." Leah informed him and then looked to Gabriel and nodded encouragingly, but when Abel finished she looked disappointed.

Talen gave his friend a look and watched as Gabriel received his note. He was not so easily put off course and at once was back on Abel's back to squeeze information out of him. His reasoning was, if it wasn't him, it would be Mei that would do it, so he was saving her the time. "David's fine. Upstairs probably curing cancer. Nothing any of us can give you? That's a little harsh."

Leah had been looking at her hands in her lap glanced up to look at Abel carefully.

"I mean... what is it? How can you be so SURE? Maybe we CAN. Seriously... we're all pretty amazing."

Alice laughed. "Come on now, Abel. You did so much for us back then. Give us a chance to return the favor. Don't make me beg now."

((LALALALA. THERE.))

((Good! Haha. I can't help myself editing stuff. It's like a nervous tick))

Abel looked down again when Talen refused to let up. He knew he should have just given them something cheap to get him and say that was what he wanted. Maybe then everyone would be talking about something other than himself.

"You already returned the favor. I promise." He looked up at Leah and Talen and shook his head. "If you guys really want to get me something, get me what you think I would want. Anything you get me I'll like. I know its cliche, but it's truly the thought that counts. Now can we just...talk about something else?" He pushed back his chair and stood up.

"I kind of want to take a walk..." He looked around and smiled. "Does anyone want to come?"

Gabriel shook his head and rest his elbows on the table. "I'll stay here. I haven't gotten any time to hang out with David. Hardly see him these days."

Abel nodded and looked at Talen and Leah, as if expecting they'd say yes.

((GOOOO POOOOSTSSSS GOOO... I hate work. I hate him so hard.))

Leah and Talen exchanged a look after Abel seemed to close the subject. The young woman seemed doubtful and Talen thinned his lips. Leah usually didn't spend too much of her time with Talen, but she easily read his expression. He had his mouth tilted up at one corner in a smile, he was wiggling his eyebrows. She laughed and nodded.

"We'll get you a hallmark card." Talen declared.

"With glitter." Leah added on.

Talen gave a mock look of surprise and excitement. "YES!" He cried, and leapt from his chair. "It will be GLORIOUS! This girl is smart."

Leah giggled, however she stopped at Abel's look in their direction. She stood up quickly. "Yes!" She said almost too fast.

Talen gave her a look and laughed and cast his eyes back at Gabriel. "You might hafta go upstairs to see David. Kids got something cookin'."

Alice laughed. "Yep. David is up to something." And she cast her eyes towards the ceiling.

"You kids sure you want the THIRD WHEEL to come along?" Talen wanted to know of Leah and Abel. Leah was already making her way towards the door. She stopped and looked confused at this remark.

"But he... He invited you too."

Talen looked back over his shoulder at Gabriel and seemed to consider his options. "Gabe.... or the oblivious duo." He held up his hands and balanced them like a scale. "...Let's go Wonder Twins." And Talen led the way out the door.

((hahahaha, what? I dunno. Talen wrote that. NOT ME.))
PostPosted: Fri Dec 18, 2009 4:21 pm

((Hahahaha. Oblivious duo. That's so true! I can't stand it! Haha.))

Abel laughed at Talen and Leah's suggestion and he shrugged. "Hallmark? You mean like...distinguished or an important event? Huh...well it does sound exciting. I would like that." He smiled.

Gabriel sighed and shook his head. "Hallmark is a company, Abel. Get with the times. Even I know that. They have very sentimental cards and greetings. If I recall. Mei gave me one onetime. For my birthday. But it was a congratulations on your baby boy card. It had like a poem inside or something. It was disgusting." He muttered

Abel stared at him and looked back at Talen. "Oh. Well it still sounds wonderful. I like poetry..." This comment made Gabriel laugh quietly and stand up.

"I'm gonna go check on David." He said and disappeared up the stairs.

Abel smiled as Talen went towards the door. "Oblivious Duo? I never considered myself oblivious..." He made a face and headed out the door. "That's kind of insulting Talen..." He looked over at his friend with a playful smirk. "At least I wash my hair." Although it was meant as a jab back at the man, it was more or less just a random statement. Before leaving, he grabbed one of the new jackets Mei had bought him and a thick white scarf. He looked ahead of him and stretched out his arms into the sky. "It's nice and sunny today. Kind of cold though." He said as he started to pull on his jacket.

Meanwhile Gabriel wandered down the hall. "David. Goliath is coming, better get your slingshot." He said and headed into the boy's room.

((David and Goliath! Yeah! Except nicer and not murderous!))

((Heeeehehhe, David and Goliath... :d... and hooooly crap. I saw Avatar and whaaaat the heck. It was soooo goood D:. LOOK I HAVEN'T CHANGED MY BUBBLE IN AWHILE.

LOOK HOW COOL I AM. LOOK. HOW COOL.))

At Abel's response to the card idea Talen and Leah exchanged a look again, but Talen was the one who shook his head. Leah on the other hand seemed a little sorry she'd make the joke at all, but she burst into an oddly hysterical laugh at Abel's remark of hair.

Talen blinked at him and then laughed as well. "Oh. WELL then. That put me in MY place!" He said ever so seriously.

Leah was still giggling as she got back into her coat.

"I'd better just never make fun of you EVER again. How DARE you question my hygiene! The humiliation! THE PAIN!" Talen shrugged into his jacket and followed Abel out the door, squinting up at the sky at his remark. "Yeah. Well. Merry Hanukah, my friend."

Leah rubbed at her arms. "I want it to be warm again." She mentioned. "I hate the cold."

"I'm with you on that one, princess." Talen looked back at Abel. "Where you feel like walking to? Or are you just going to follow me around?" He paused as Leah seemed to leave without them. He stood, hand out on his hip and gave Abel a look.

Leah began skipping a little before she really realized she'd left the other two. She turned around and put her hands over her mouth. "Sorry!" She called. "You two are slow!" And then more slyly she added. "And I thought I might give you a moment to be alone and hold hands, if you wanted."

((hahaha, she's always rushing SOMEWHERE and I'm NEVER sure where she's going!))

When Gabriel came for David's room, David cried out and quickly vanished underneath his bed to hide. Of course, his giggles rather gave him away, but he felt quite successful in his hiding spot despite himself, and of course he wanted Gabriel to find him. It was no fun otherwise.

He peered from beneath the bed as he stepped into his room and giggling uncontrollably again he slid back beneath his bed.

((hahahaha, I LOVE THE CHILDRUNZ.))
PostPosted: Sun Dec 20, 2009 10:41 am

((MAN I wanna see that! But I am going to see Brothers tonight instead. Haha. With my mommy. I had to choose between the two. And my mom isn't into sci-fi kind of stuff...so yeah! It's supposed to be good too. DRAMA.))

Abel frowned at Talen's response and he folded his arms. "You're being sarcastic..." He muttered and turned his head away. His smile returned at the next comments and he shook his head. "I love the cold. You can bundle up as much as you want, and when you go inside it's so cozy and warm. There's nothing like returning home in the winter, it makes you appreciate what you have. I remember as a kid, I'd wander around the streets all day just so that I'd be so cold, my nose running, fingers numb, just so that when I got home I could really love being there. I'd throw all my jackets and boots off and run to the fire and sit there for hours..." He looked around and noticed Leah was gone.

"Oh..." He laughed. "I talk too much I guess..." He looked at Talen with a smile before Leah came back. "Sorry..." He said politely at being slow but then was quiet and glanced at Talen. "Uhhh." He said and continued walking, saying nothing more of hand holding.

"I don't know where I want to go." He finally responded to Talen's question. "To be honest, I don't know where there is to go. When I was here...we never really...visited places..." Laughing gently he put his hands into his coat pockets and looked at his two companions. "How about you show me somewhere you think I'd enjoy." He smile widened and he nodded briefly.

((Hahaha. Abel is such a homophobe. But I figured he would be...living in his time period and being raised strictly Christian. Hahaha. Ahhhhh. He should be taught a lesson!))

Gabriel walked into the room, already knowing where David was hiding. "Huh...I guess he's not in here." He said, and started to walk out. When David began giggling, Gabriel turned back around. "But I hear him...so he MUST be in here somewhere." He started to look around the room, making a show of it. He threw open the closet, pushed clothes on the hangers. He opened the window and looked out, "David?" He closed the window, looked under pieces of paper, under the lamp, under the covers, until stopping at the bed and pausing.

"I looked everywhere! Where could he possibly be..." Slowly he knelt down onto the floor. "If he's nowhere else, he muuuuusssst beeeeee," Suddenly he looked under the bed. "AH-HAH! I knew you were here ALL ALONG!" He grabbed David's ankles and pulled him from under the bed. "You think you can hide from big, old, Gabriel, huh? I'll admit," He lifted David by his feet, wiggling him in the air, "you're good, but you've got more training to go." He dropped the boy onto the bed and beamed down at him.

"What are you up to in here? You're not a secret spy from Russia are you? Not running some big operation? I bet you have huge computers behind these walls. I'm onto you." He pointed at the boy.

((Hahaha. Oh Gabes, you'd be a wonderful father, awwwww.))

((Awww man. I wanna see that one too! But FO' SHO'. You need to go see Avatar as well. I'm not that even into Sci-fi... but it was so BEAUTIFULLY DONE. Long... but SO BEAUTIFUL.

Hahaha, if we lived closed I'D MAKE YOU GO WITH ME D:<.))

"Me?" Talen asked of Abel's remark of his sarcasm. "Being sarcastic?" He grinned at his friend and shook him gently by one of his shoulders. "Never to you." And then he stood back and listened. It actually kind of surprised him what Abel said then, made him stand back a little. His expression was somewhat baffled, but deeply glad.

When Leah had joined them again she smiled. "That's sweet." She said quietly when Abel apologized.

Talen blinked, and then laughed. "Yeah..." He grinned and stowed his own hands in his pockets. "I like it when you talk about yourself." And then he laughed a little at Abel's sudden awkward silence. "Maybe you should hold Leah's instead." He said under his breath.

Leah was smiling and walking slightly ahead of them and thinking about what Abel had said. She loved the idea. He was right. She wanted to be home and with those she cared about and those thoughts kept her warm.

"Ah ha! Our choice." Talen rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "What do you think, Leah?"

"THE LIGHTS!" She said excitedly and she bound back at them on the sidewalk. "Oh! You'll love it! I LOVE the lights! They are so beautiful and it's not just a CHRISTMAS thing!" She said looking pointedly at Talen. "It's an everyone thing! It's just..." And she just breathed and looked dreamy eyed. "It's wonderful!"

Talen grinned at Leah. "Alright, alright! The lights it is... it's a little too bright now, but this time of year it's always quick to get dark."

Leah did a little leap and some sort of excited dance. "You'll love it, Abel! I've been meaning to go, but Saul doesn't care enough to go and FINALLY!" She jogged off again.

((hahahaha, she's soooo exciiiiited.))

David of course laughed, quietly as he could, as Gabriel made a show of looking around. He buried his face in his elbows and sniggered. However, when Gabriel finally found him he squealed in delight and scrabbled at the floor as he pulled out. He could only laugh as Gabriel spoke to him and then dropped him on the bed. He bounced slightly and then sat up, hugging his middle.

"I was a secret spy YESTERDAY." David was sure to inform the tall angel. "I'm just David today." And then he put his fingers to his lips. "But you have to keep a secret."

He slid from his bed and went to a place on the floor where there was construction paper and art supplies. He waved Gabriel over. "I'm making a presents for Abe." He nodded very seriously. "I'm not a very good drawer... but I'm TRYING." He showed him his work in progress, a child's representation of a human figure and a scribble of yellow for hair. There were two dots of blue for eyes and a strange black hole for a mouth. There was a sloppy set of wings and a halo and below the figure was David's version of his favorite dinosuar.

"I looked it up in the book to get it right... but drawing is hard." He frowned. "Do you think he'll like it?"

((DRAAAAWINGSSS... Hahaha, oh David... you're silly... IT NEEDS GLITTER D:<))
PostPosted: Sun Dec 20, 2009 12:06 pm

Abel laughed a little and shook his head at Leah's actions. He then looked over at Talen at his off to the side comment about holding Leah's hand. Abel coughed and looked away. He turned his attention back to the woman as she came back and started to talk loudly about lights.

"Lights? Christmas lights?" He smiled widely. "My mom used to decorate our house every year, with a huge tree, little candles, and everything. I always liked our neighbor's better though...it wasn't as neat and perfect. We never had electric lights though..." He quirked his mouth but then smiled again.

"This is exciting!" He said happily, watching Leah jog off once more. He became quiet again and breathed out, a puff of air forming in front of him. "Does it snow here?" As soon as he said it, a few snowflakes fell from the sky, hitting his face. He blinked and rubbed them off. "I guess so." He mused as more snowflakes started to flutter down.

((SNOOOOWWWW. Where are you? I want you.))

Gabriel laughed. "That's right, I forgot you change occupations quite often." He smiled and watched the boy get off the bed and over to his art area. Gabriel followed and sat down on the floor as David pulled some paper to show him.

The tall man took it and looked down at it, smile widening. "This is amazing, Dave." He said truthfully and looked at the child. "You are a great drawer." At the boy's question he nodded and handed the drawing back. "I KNOW he'll love it. Trust me on this one, he's going to be very happy to have this for his birthday. It's going to top any gift the boring adults can get him." He laughed, knowing it was probably the most honest thing he could have said. He knew Abel would probably keep the drawing forever.

"You mind if I make a drawing for him too?" He said, smiling his wide, white smile. "Of course I can't top yours, but I want to make him something too."

((I want snow too :C... I mean it HAS been snowing and then RIGHT AFTER it just RAINS AND WASHES IT AWAY.

It's incredibly depressing.))

Talen grinned at his friend. It did him well to see Abel in this way and Abel would probably never know how much. He tilted his head at his question of snow. He started to speak his doubts about it, shaking his head, but then he stopped as he saw flakes in front of his face. Turning to Abel he looked astonished.

"YOU'RE MAGIC!" He cried.

Leah was running back towards them at a break neck speed. Her shoes buckled beneath her and she might have almost fallen, but she was too excited to have the time for that. She pin-wheeled her arms to steady herself and in her gloved hands she showed them the snowflakes bright on the fabric on her fingers. She gestured close to their faces. "LOOK!" She said, too excited to say more than that. She seemed flustered with her own amazement. "LOOK!" Was all she could say again. Her face was flushed with pleasure and cold. She tilted her head up and grinned.

Talen blinked at her. "I see it." He said, laughing.

Leah looked at Abel. "IT'S PERFECT!" She whirled from them and skipped a few steps, arms up. "This is a perfect moment!" She decided of it. She turned back to them and stepping between them she linked arms with them. "We have to do something incredibly amazing RIGHT NOW."

"Like what?" Talen said, obviously amused.

Leah stared at him like he was ridiculous. "We have to WISH ON IT."

((hahahahahaha, SHE'S SO EXCITEDDDD.ddd. d.... Wish on WHAAAAT now? This girl is crazeh.))

David seemed a little shy at Gabriel's comment. He flushed in his dark face and looked away, rubbing at his face. "Okay." Was all he could really say. "I really tried." He said again to make himself feel more comfortable. "It's probably the BEST thing I've drawn in my WHOLE LIFE." And he meant this with every fiber of his tiny body. He nodded seriously. "I've been drawing for like... my WHOLE LIFE. So. That's a long time."

At Gabriel's request David nodded. "YEAH." He pulled out a good piece of construction paper and shoved some markers at him, but pulled back the green one. "You gotta be careful with this one. It's almost DEAD and I don't gots another." He frowned. "Same with the black. Okay?" He did his very business like nod again and then sat. "I'm gonna watch. You SIT."

((hahahaha, b'aaaaaw. I WANT ONE.... when I'm older.))
PostPosted: Mon Dec 21, 2009 7:36 pm

Abel raised a hand up and caught some snowflakes, watching them melt on his warm skin. He glanced over at Talen and laughed. "Not magic." He said and shook his head. Before he could get much out, Leah was running towards them, faster than usual. When she started to fall, he took a step towards her, reaching out his arms to catch her, but she righted herself and thrust a hand at him.

He let out a laugh at her excitement and nodded. "I see it." He said, almost at the same time as Talen. He laughed again and then raised his brows as the woman whirled around happily. "Is it?" He asked, putting his hands back into his pockets to keep them warm.

When Leah linked arms with them, Abel looked at her, this time not pulling away. At the contact he felt his cheeks get warmer, and this time he liked the feeling. He shook his head in amusement and studied the sky, letting snowflakes fall on his face.

"Wish on...the snow?" He said, looking down at her with interest. "Huh...this is some crazy American thing you guys do? I've never heard about that. But it sounds fun. You guys can go first..." He smiled at them, really wanting them to go first just so he could hear their wishes and think on his own. He always believed if you were going to wish for something, it better be well thought out and truly wanted.

((It IS a perfect moment! I agree with Leah. Hahaha.))

Gabriel laughed and nodded. "Alright." He took the paper and leaned over it. He thought for a moment and then took a brown marker. He drew a group of stick figures, adding in a sun and some clouds. Afterward he drew happy faces on all of them, added hair to each one, except the tallest one, which was him. Then he added some grass, clothes to the figures, and some birds in the sky.

"That looks good..." He then took a purple marker and wrote in very neat and precise lettering, 'Happy Birthday', underneath it he wrote 'Hope this coming year is your best.' Finally he leaned back and looked down at David. "How's that?" He asked, truly wanting the boy's opinion.

((Hahaha, baaw... perfect moments are so excellent. Look at ME posting twice in a day.... and holy frick my internet was being a turd there for a minute.))

"YES!" Leah said of Abel, turning back to look at him. She seemed baffled at his American remark. "I guess anyone can do it... we don't have a monopoly on it or anything."

Talen shook his head. "I've never heard of it either. I'm in the same boat as you, Abel."

Leah seemed to be very ashamed of both of them. "It's the FIRST SNOW! What else would you do with a first snow?" She looked up at it again, her face still flushed. "It's like... it's magic." And she seemed embarrassed. "I'm sorry." She said for not particular reason. Maybe she was only apologizing for being anything like herself.

"Alright." Talen said and took a deep breath. "I'll go first." He grinned crookedly and closed his eyes briefly.

Leah looked up at him and smirked. "Someone's thinking of Mei." She put in.

Talen opened one eye to look at both of them. "It's MY wish." He said.

"Don't TAINT the first snow with your DIRTY wish!"

"I just wish she'll stick around with me." He said and looked up. "I'd like that."

Leah watched Talen quietly and then nodded. "It's a good wish."

Talen only smiled, oddly quiet.

"I wish." Leah said and seemed to think hard. She breathed very gently, eyes lightly closed. A few snowflakes landed on her eyelashes, but she didn't seem to notice only focused on what her wish could be. After a moment she turned to Abel. "I wish that you find what you're looking for." She said.

Talen grinned down at Leah.

"That's what I want." And she nodded up at the sky. "That's my birthday present to you." And she smiled for him. Then she unhooked her arm briefly from Talen's to point at Abel. "Now it's YOUR turn!"

((hahaha, well how NICE.))

David watched him carefully as he drew. He stuck out his tongue out in what was perhaps deep concentration. He leaned heavily over the angel's shoulder and tilted his head thoughtfully. Every once in awhile he'd smile, or he'd laugh.

"That me?" He'd say. "What about Mei? She'd be NEXT TO ME."

Once he was done David smiled proudly of the picture. "It's pretty good." He said. "I mean, don't quit your day job but it's almost good as a Michael Angel." He nodded very seriously. "And uh... your ground is wrong." He took the picture and made some more intense scribbles for the grass. He lifted it again and gave it to Gabriel.

"See? Now it's PERFECT."

((Hahaha, I think he means Michaelangelo... but that's okay!))
