Talon paced around through the desert, circling around the ruins admiring them for their ancient beauty. After thousands of years, he had to learn to preoccupy himself in different ways to pass the time, sight seeing was the easiest. Sure it was a little hot outside, but compared to the depths of hell, this place was a breeze. The gravity wasn't much of a bother either, he barely even felt held down by the pressure as he strode around. Though he was admiring the works the older lizard-people had once loved and made beautiful, he was here for a different reason. He couldn't explain it, inside he could feel it in his gut. Something was definitely up, and being here seemed to feel right so he waited. Looking down at his attire, he must have looked slightly crazy; he was decked out with black shoes, black cargos and a black button-down shirt which sat open revealing his tattooed body. He was like a beacon for the suns rays out in the yellow desert, he stood out like a sore thumb.
That's when he heard it, the scream of pain echoed from the ruins behind him. Interested with the scream, he turned and jumped quickly to the top of the ruins and located the whole. Looking down into the small hole, he was shocked to the sight he witnessed, his blood boiled over and before a second thought struck him he was down in the pit. Sawyer lay against the wall, half unconscious as what appeared to be a second giant snake was closing in on the smaller male. A very faint "help..." reached the demon's ears which sprung him straight into action as the injured boy became unconcious.
Talon lifted the beasts tail and swung him with an ungodly force against the wall of the pit, a hiss of pain escaping the large snake. Looking over towards Sawyer, he took sight of the bite wounds and remembered the school warning of poisonous creature. Big Snake, well of course there's gonna be poison in it's fangs. The beast began to recoil and prepare to launch but Talon gave him no chance, the beast was suddenly engulfed in flames as they shot from Talon's palms. The charred snake slowly began to crisp as Talon ended the flaming onslaught. Without a second thought Talon sprung over to Sawyer, and began to assess his leg. Taking his shirt off, he began to bandage the smaller male's wound, forming a tight compress on the bleed.
"Sawyer! Sawyer wake up!" he shouted as he slapped him in the face gently to try and wake him, but to no avail the boy remained limp. Talon looked around and spotted Sawyer's bag, then lifted the boy in his arms and moved over to the bag. Opening it, he found the anti-venom and proceeded to inject it into the boy. After waiting a good five minutes and checking that he had stabilized, Talon threw the bag over his shoulder and lifted the boy in his arms again. Jumping out the hole at the speed of light, he raced towards the palace, hoping to get the younger boy there in a safe environment.

Gordon nodded to the other girl. He grabbed her hand and held on to it tightly. Looking at the other, possibly delusional and dehydrating girl he grabbed her hand too as he went on about something. Gordon had no idea what she was talking about and thought it best be quick to get her somewhere with shade.
" Hold on!" Gordon said as he spread his wings again. A bright red ball covered them, protecting the two from falling out. " We should be at a Palace up ahead. If you can hold for about 15 minutes, we can get their no problem!" he yelled out as they began to fly rather quickly over the rocky landscape.
