Tari raised an eyebrow at the metal Domo had floated over towards. It was... kind of boring. Not shiny or sparkly, like any of the other gems and metals in the display. But it was grey like Domo and maybe that was all Domo cared about? Tari wasn't convinced, but floated after Domo anyway to see what was so interesting.

The interesting part was when the glass shattered and the metal flowed out to start coating Domo like a second skin. "Domo!" she cried in shock and worry, but Domo didn't seem scared of what was happening. He was crooning to the metal like most people cooed to babies or kittens.

"What is this, Domo? Is this Domo's power?" she asked, curious now.

And of course, that's when the security guards burst in. Tari meeped. Why was she always getting chased today?

She grabbed Domo's arm and tugged him in the opposite direction the guards were coming from. "Run!"

Though he didn't stop Tari from dragging him away, they eventually got to another room. It was colorful and yet serene at the same time. A garden of sand lay on the far end blocking a pond with fish swimming inside. There were glass containers with pottery, weapons, and armor worn by warriors of that day. Swords were present in one of the display cases as well as colorful fabrics displayed on a pole running through the sleeves while the rest of the material hung loose to the floor. Unable to admire the room for what it truly held, the guards continued to give chase, making it a rather uneventful visit to the Japanese exhibit.

For Domevlo he wouldn't have known either way unless told. Instead he was transfixed on 'playing' something that kept tickling the back of his mind. Tugging back on Tari's hold he stopped in his tracks, floating a little higher off the ground. As the guards entered the room, Domo rose his hand smiling wickedly under his mask. "We play now." He breathed and with barely a motion little balls of lead seemed to drip from his arms and hands, hitting the ground they just sat there in little droplets until the guards moved forward. The droplets then moved on their own slipping across the floor and wrapping around the men. "Tari we play..." One little ball remained at his side but seemed to mold itself into an elongated shape, when it was finished it was a decent replica of the sword Tari had seen in the picture of Archangel Michael. "For Tari!"

Tari squealed at Domo handed over a sword for her. It was wonderful, just like the angels in the paintings. It felt familiar in her hand, comfortable and right.

And, as she saw the guards run into the room, it put her on equal footing with the men with metal sticks. "En guarde!" she pronounced, waving her sword (a little clumsily) at them.

Little did Tari realise she'd just made the situation so much worse...

More guards had been called on the scene halting just beyond the entrance as they watched the strange creatures carefully. The female was holding a dangerous weapon while the male seemed to be able to control those orbs that were hovering around him dangerously. One rookie guard didn't take heed of the dangers and ran head long toward Domevlo who was happy to oblige him in "play".

"Look Tari... Domo play!" He annouced with a quick movement of his hand, one of the hovering spheres moved quickly toward the rookie, covering him in a mass of liquid lead. It soon solidified dropping to the ground and rolling toward the other guards like a bowling ball. "Oooh..." Domo watched with animated glee hoping for a strike but brooding when all the men scattered out of the way.

A few other guards felt it necessary to be rid of the male who had flying objects but the female also looked quite formidable. Sending two after her, they hoped to do a better job of subduing her then the rookie had hoped for Domevlo.

Tari laughed in delight as Domo threw a ball at the guards and they scattered like ten pin bowls to get out of the way. "Domo is so much fun! Again, again!" she grinned.

But then she had trouble of her own to keep her occupied as two of the guards made for her. They raised their metal sticks, so Tari raised her sword in retaliation. "Tari won't go easy on you!" she warned. "Tari is a warrior angel. You can't attack Tari's friends and get away with it."

The guards exchanged confused looks. Deciding the girl was delusional, they rushed forward.

Tari meeped and barely managed to raise her sword in time to clumsily block the first swing of a baton. Meanwhile, the second guard was trying to flank her. Catching the movement out of the corner of her eye, Tari managed to halt the swing of the second baton - with her golden claws. Making a jab at the first guard with the sword, Tari glared balefully at the second guard who'd tried to sneak up on her. "That," she announced, "is Not. Nice."

Narrowing her eyes, Tari didn't notice her rune flashing sickly green as she quickly released the baton and punched the guard. He went flying in Domo's direction.

Domevlo was half watching the guards at the entrance but his attention was on Tari who was taking great care of the two guards after her. "Good Tari... good!" He coached. While she continued to take care of the guards he in turn released the man in his sphere. Bringing all his little balls (except the one for Tari) back to him, they swirled around him comfortingly. A constant reminder of his new abilities... or perhaps they were dormant within him prior to the virus.

He didn't care about the trivial matters behind it. The fact that he was having fun was all that matter. The glowing green of his own rune began to match Tari's as if the two were in tune and wanted to 'play' more. For Domevlo, he didn't know the difference between healthy play and dangerous teasing. In the next instant, he heard something crack then a loud thud, turning to see what Tari was up to, he noticed the man reeling toward him. A frown creased his forehead as his spheres moved of their own into spikes. The man was moving dangerously fast toward those spikes, a fatal ending was sure to await the man.

Laughing, Tari turned to see how Domo would handle the guard going his way. The laugh faded as Domo turned his lead orbs into lead spikes. Something sick and wrong curled in Tari's belly, the girl realising that this game had just taken a very bad turn. Face pale, she dropped the sword and flew for the guard, hand outstretched even as she knew she'd never make it in time...

"THAT'S ENOUGH!"

A deafening shout echoed through the room. Following on its heels was a thundering gush of wind. Both the guard and Tari were blown backwards from the lead spikes. Artifacts were knocked over, maps and paper guides sent fluttering madly through the air. Banners and bolts of Japanese brocade pinned to the walls flapped and thumped, the wind trying to tear them free.

When the wind died, an angry redhead was revealed to be the only person left standing in the large room. She broke into a run, passing by the fallen guards and making a beeline for the two Raevans.

Struggling off the ground where she'd been knocked, Tari felt her stomach drop away. "Mama," she whispered. In the sudden silence of the room, it echoed much louder than a whisper should. The sudden fear of her mother's wrath fought against the relief that no one had died after all. Well, not yet. From the look on Kali's face, it could still happen.

With everything blown around the room it looked a mess but it was salvageable with time. There would be some upset museum employees but they could live with this minor set back. For Domelvo he was not happy to have his fun disrupted so easily. That woman was strong, this he understood but somehow it didn't register in his virus induced mind. He wanted to continue playing...

The sword he'd made for Tari began to move on its own, slowly at first with wobbly movements but soon it was up, straight and aimed. Moving swiftly across the room it was aimed for the woman...

SLAP!!!

"I believe the madame said enough!" Thanatos shouted glaring at his charge with an expression that was unbecoming for him. He wasn't in the mood for these shenanigans. Most of all dealing with someone's death on his charge's behalf. Normally so calm, the cowboy was livid, enraged even. Not fully directed at Domevlo but the virus within him. It was dangerous to let this continue any further. If the others were as violent as Alex had lead him to believe then he could only wonder what unstable lead would do under the influence of a harmful virus? "We are goin' home. NOW!" He ordered glaring down at the frei while pointing toward the exit.

Frowning, Domo did as told, heading for the exit with a sad look toward Tari. "Bye Tari, play later yes?" He asked but his answer would not come as he was swiftly ushered out.

Thanatos favored Tari and her guardian with a stern but tired look. "Ladies." He offered in departure, a tip of his hat, then he and Domo were gone.

Kali was happy to have Domo's guardian present, as well. One infected Raevan was enough for her to handle. Two would be next to impossible to manage.

"Thank you," she nodded to Thanatos as the cowboy led Domo away.

Tari was a little shaken, especially after seeing the sword aimed at her mother. She roused herself enough to reply, "Yes, Tari and Domo can play later."

Kali glanced around the room, taking note of the guards moving to their feet. Several of them were speaking rapidly into their walkie-talkies, no doubt calling for backup.

"We need to get out of here before they bring out the big guns," Kali told Tari, grabbing her by the arm and tugging her along. Meeping at the idea of guns, Tari followed along. The shootouts in the mafia movie had been violent and resulted in death. Tari didn't want to see anything like that in real life, not after what she'd felt when the guard had been about to be impaled.

They exited the museum quickly.

Out on the street, Tari's emotions took over again. Twisting in Kali's grasp, she scratched her mother's arms with her claws. "Tari isn't going home," the Raevan scowled. "Tari wants to go play."

Kali gingerly touched the wounds on her arms, hissing gently as the white fabric began to stain red. "Alright," she placated Tari, who seemed about to take off again. "Let's go to the Lab, okay? We can play there?"

Tari hovered up and down, considering. She gave her mother a suspicious glance. "Why is mama letting Tari play now?" she asked.

Kali thought quickly. "I don't want you getting into trouble like that again. So why don't we go to the Labs? You like Doctor Kyou, don't you? And Lazarus might be there, too. It's been a while since you played with him, right?"

Tari nodded and moved back to Kali's side. "Alright. We go play at Lab."
