is there any way to spell it out in english letters?

Your's would be pronounced as "ru ke" (루크). Is your name Luke?

For Queef's would be "al rek san do" (알렉산더). Your name is Alexander right? xD

For Chansung Banana Party's "mo gan" (모간). It's Morgan right? ^^-

It's just translated/ derived from the sounds of your names. Just like the Japanese use Katakana for foreign words.
