I know I am asking for alot of some people but is it that hard to read all the rules and follow them???? I seen 4 people profile and there all wrong so I need to bring this up because I will start making people make new characters because if all the crew can't read and follow the rules them I say you don't need to be a crew???

Oh goodness...come on guys help me out here, I don't want May to kill me with pms and the fact that she's going to be in my village, so yeah lmao. And okay about the Earth and Wind stuff...REALLY?
Do you really have to have Earth and Wind element to manipulate sand? I thought there was a technique called Sand manipulation...did all suna shinobis have earth and wind?

I think you should have to have earth, because sand is just another type of earth.

Wait, but it says Dust not Sand there, and it says that the Tsuchikage may have had it. See I understand if it's required to have Earth element, but see the usage of Sand jutsu is not a kekkei genkai. The combinations of two elements is a kekkei genkai, water and wind for Ice release hyoton, earth and water to make wood release mokuton. But everyone in the sand village could use sand jutsus, meaning that the ability to manipulate sand is not a kekkei genkai. If every sand shinobi is required to have both the wind AND earth elemental combination, that would just suck and lack diversity in the village.

In the anime and manga only gaara can use sand jutsu and its do to the one tail beast.
If you think about it all sands is bigger pieces of rocks then what is in dusted.

Defined By Spontaneity I disagree entirely.I strongly believe, having only one RPC is stupid. It shows you lack creativity, and openness. And you're lazy or inactive. It's not confusing, just ******** read. Don't start bullshitting. I suggest highly you allow everyone more then one RPC. And you WILL ALLOW me to make a new one. Besides, my RPC already has Crystal Release. I made a custom clan. Someone has to head it, and that person will be me. If you deny that right, you deny my urge to RP. And don't you dare start to flame me - not a single damn one of you is in a position to do so.
