Nasrin nuzzled her sister back, glad that she had come. She waited as Semira greeted the cubs as well, before nudging the cubs in font of her so they could continue forwards. The closer they came, the more nervous she got. She hoped no one would slip up and break the silence. Once they reached other pride members Nasrin stepped in front of the cubs and stopped them from going any further. Red eyes swept over the lions nervously. It was time, this was it.

She looked down at the cubs again and gave them a reassuring smile. Seeing all these strangers was probably intimidating to them. Pushing forward the green cub for everyone to see she softly spoke his name. "Viho." A simple name, a child's name.

Next she urged forward her dark cub and he too finally received his name. "Atashmah Sayeh." For he would be going with his father and she gave him a name he could carry proudly in his future home.

And finally her little girl was bought forward. "Lililamuna." Named in the same fashion as her second brother, for she too would leave her mother.

Nasrin looked up proudly. Her children were safe now and she could speak to them without tainting them.

"Welcome, my darlings."

Ugh. The puddle was cold and wet and the mud against his bottom made the little cub grimace almost comically if not for his distress. Dark paws squelched and were suctioned by the mud so that lifting his limbs seemed nearly impossible causing Nasrin's son to panic and begin squirming frantically. An almost overwhelming sense of relief washing over him when his mother gingerly pulled him free by his scruff, endorphins causing the dangling youth to relax almost immediately. Thank heavens for having mom around or who knew how badly that could have ended!

The warm dry caress of affectionate tongue eased Atashmah's grumpy mood to an extent as he was placed with care on the path at white-toed paws. His own shaking free of the clumpy mud that weighed him down with small, sighing sounds of frustration. Off balance with his feet lifted off the ground one after the other, blood moon colored son nearly toppled over at the tender nuzzle of a large muzzle nestling against his side. Rescuing his balance by leaning into her touch, slender frame quivered against the breath that ruffled his fur. Glad to have his mother so near even if he was forced to go without the reassurance of her voice.

Watching his siblings scramble to catch up as the crimson lioness beckoned for them without a word, he frowned slightly at Viho's gesture of apology towards him, uncertain what to make of it. Such an awkward child. Tash simply froze and waited for the tender moment to pass, glad when the gray cub finally took leave to follow behind the tail that lashed in front of them, leading the way safely along the damp and marshy swamplands. Content to lag behind like the straggler in a line of ducklings and take in the scenery as it passed by.

Stumbling over another branch in his inattentiveness Atash planted his face into the dirt roughly, sneezing and sputtering in surprise. Augh! Picking himself up off the ground a now dusty colored muzzle was shaken furiously to dislodge the earth that had gathered there, realizing rather suddenly that his small family was quickly disappearing into the distance. Oh no! Scrambling to catch up vibrant eyes watched the strange female nuzzle into Nasrin and greet his siblings, puzzled. She seemed familiar for some reason, but he couldn't place exactly what it was about her. A nervous glance around suddenly taking in the strangers that surrounded them. An ambush?

What was this all about? It was definitely a little unnerving to suddenly have so many eyes upon him. Frowning as he padded to follow and hide in the shadow under his momma's belly. Who are you people? Wide eyes questioned silently, ears pricking as the warm, gentle timbre of his mother's voice was unleashed for the first time beyond her comforting humming. She had spoke, introducing each cub in succession until it was his turn and he was suddenly being shoved towards the crowd to be gawked at. Atashmah Sayeh.

His name carried a heavy weight to it and the eyes that looked upon him held a series of unpleasant and startled expressions. Look at his pelt. This cub was marked by the red moon. An unfortunate sign this was. Nasrin's child was cursed. A disciple of the blood sphere. It was the day that voices descended upon him that the soft stirring of whisper trilled on the breeze, causing a cold chill to roll down Atash's spine with distress.

This seemed to be only the beginning of something much more ominous.
