We all tell ourselves that death is a part of life, and that the dead are at peace, but it never eases the pain, whether your consoling or being the consoled. If its so natural, why does death hurt us like nothing else?" He fininshed, now struggling to maintain his composure.

After several hours, the Demascus family finished paying their respects, they lost 1 family member in the battle with the Gobi. But now, their time is done, so they turned to the Mizukage and all bowed to show their allegiance to Luo and the Village hidden in Mist.

Bowing to the Damascus family, Luo could see his family beginning to depart as well as he bowed to them. He then turned to Yama. "It's because life isn't something materialistic. If you lose a book you get angry and get over it because you can always buy another. People aren't replaceable. You hurt because there's no one on this earth who will make you feel the same way that person made you feel." Luo sighed as he held the umbrella askew a bit so Yama could see his eyes as he smiled. It wasn't easy, but Luo wanted to try and salvage the happiness in his people's hearts.

Although the demascus family left, LT walked over to stand by the side of the Mizukage, Now LT looked as if nothing happened. He crossed his arms and glanced over at the mizukage. He wondered... If the man was at some points about to break. LT made a decision that he made long ago when he and Luo and Zane were in a squad, no matter what happens, LT would be there for Luo. "If you need to talk, Im here when you need me."

Yamatano sighed. "I suppose your right. Thank you Lord Mizukage." He turned to rejoin the other Hatakes who were currently leaving. "And Lord Mizukage, you musnt blame yourself." He added as he walked off

"Hmph," Luo muttered as Yamatano left the graveyard. Looking around, Luo found the only people left were Mai Ushio, Fordon, himself, and LT. "Thank you Damascus. I think I just need company more than anything else. Your welcome to stick with me for the rest of the day since the village is pretty much closed down."

LT nodded, and he followed the Mizukage, perhaps by just being there LT's presence could help Luo. "Kai, are you ok?"

Luo walked with LT, kneeling in front of Kai to be eye to eye with him. "It's alright to cry Kai. Take your pain and turn it into strength. Live for the memory of your parents." Luo then felt a wealth of guilt overwhelm him. The boy didn't know the demon who killed them was inside of him. And it was Luo who was forced to put it there.

Kaizen looked to Luo, his stark white eyes seeming to burn with a passion he had never felt before, and for an instant a wave of color seemed to flash through his eyes. Shaking his head he said to Luo, "No, Mizukage-sama. I have cried enough tears, tears will not honor my parents. I will honor them with my actions. I will live to see the dreams of my parents realized.""I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

Luo smiled a bit as he stood up finally. Kaizen's words had helped him to find the ounce of strength he needed for that day to continue on. "Well then, it seems tomorrow will be the first day of the rest of your life. Be prepared to take your genin exam." Patting the boy on the shoulder, Luo turned to walk before turning back and looking at LT. "My father told me Kai's staying at your place. If your family would not mind, I wanted to ask if he could live with you at least until he was a chuunin if he felt comfortable to live on his own. Perhaps living with a sensei as strong willed as you will give him perseverance to continue on with his path." Luo then continued to walk a few yards before muttering to LT, "Thank you." The man didn't have to stick around for those few minutes, but it made a great deal of a difference for Luo that he did. Holding his umbrella and walking as the rain seemed to stop, Luo walked into the mist, his figure disappearing to those without the ability to see through it.

LT nodded, from now on you dont have to ask, LT formed a handsign and both Kai and LT disappeared in a swirl of mist then reappeared at the front gate of the Demascus House, "Welcome home"
