Ya, I'm aware, I wanted to go ahead and get the house of scrolls set up since I'm the only RPer. I'd like to start learning the jutsus now if I could, but I can't without a teacher or a scroll, and since I'm flying solo, I can't find a teacher. I should get chuunin soon enough though. If you'd like me to re-apply for the house of scrolls later though, i can?

Oh I have no problem with you making a clan house, not that I have the power to accept this application, I just wanted to make you aware of that. But I'm all for you having a place to train your Inuzuka skills.

@Ezra: For now use an NPC to teach you the clan jutsu since you technically can't be the head of the clan until chuunin. Other than that, APPROVED.

Only if you're the only one in your clan, or rather you aren't of high enough rank to teach yourself. But since I'm in your clan, it'll be me that will have to teach you.
