((Lol, oopsie xD -goes to fix it- ))
Her smile was bright as we watched him ponder over the snow filled frozen land, “They survive in huge caves that have many tunnels connecting into bigger caverns all across the icy lands; giant walls of ice block the chilly wind from blowing into the cave, but there is a small enough gap for a Soquili to get through. Inside the caves is just beautiful as the lands outside; within the caverns there were fields of green, plants from all different lands grew there and flowing rivers with waters fresh from the snow melt outside. It was truly spectacular.
"But the natives’ most prized plant was the one that grew outside the warmth of the caves; the plant only thrives in the coldest of places and it gives off a scent so sweet that your mouth would water when you are meters away from where it is planted deep in the snow. The plant was rare everywhere else but there and the natives love that they have that amazing botanical wonder.”
Isabliss closes her grey eyes, picturing in her mind’s eye the beautiful flower so she could describe it to Turag, “It was unlike any flower I have seen. The center of the flower, which I believe is called the stigma... but do not take my word on it, for I am no botanist... was as a clear white, almost like a crystal, and then from there the petals flared out. Unlike other flowers, the petals did not create a tear drop shape, but gave the appearance of a flame, controlled at the base and wild at the ends... At the base of the petal there was a tiny flame like design that was a dark blue and then that shape gave way to the rest of the petal and it was a light blue, almost icy in look. The flower’s stem was as white as the snow that it rested in, so it made it seem like the flowers were levitating off the snow. Natives called the flower Neywa’kwnyte or ‘Flower of Frozen Souls’, an eerie sounding name, nothing terrible happened to you when you ate it... I asked the natives and they said it was because they appeared to be souls frozen in ice for all eternity.”
She gave him a sweet smile, “You may not think you deserve it, but does that not show that you are worthy of the title? For many who are not worthy gain that title and it goes to their head, changing who they are.”
The grey Angeni with the markings to match the shadows on trees listened intently to Turag’s words, “Summer, what a beautiful time of year, the sun shining and warming the land, I can see why it is your favorite, it is wonderful. Yes. The foals are the happiest…” a sad look passed on her face quickly to be replaced with a smile, “I am sure you will come across one soon and then you will never want to leave.”

'' Fields of green inside the ice? But how is that possible? ''
Turag couldn't believe the images that were forming from Isabliss stories in his mind. How could green fields live hidden behind the ice. So many questions formed in his mind that even if he wanted to ask her he wouldn't know where to start.
'' Sweet smelling winter flower? ''
They must have been a beautiful one. Even with they're name. And Turag wished they would surround them so he too can see one in person, smell it's sweet smell. Yes he will look for this land.
While Turag was listening enchanted with the worlds he never saw before. Worlds that seemed more like fairy tales than a real places. Snow was falling more stronger as time passed with biggest snowflakes Turag ever saw. Day was slowly getting darker as the clouds were becoming thicker. Turag fluffed his wings again to adjust his wings for better air isolation.
Seeing a sad look pass on Angeni's face while mentioning foals Turang wondered if he might have said something that upset the mare. Though it was never his intention to do so.
'' I have nothing against this wondering life. There are always new sights to see. Though it does get lonely from time to time. ''

“There are many wondrous aspects of life that we cannot even help but believe are just a part of stories. It is possible because of the dreams of those living in the icy land. Dreams and the strength of what they believe in… I believe I am making it more confusing than it really is. The truth is, that is only part of the reason why, sadly, I do not know the rest.”
Isabliss smiled at Turag, who looked like he was about to burst with questions but did not know which one to ask. She nodded at his words and watched him as he contemplated what she had told him. Having told him of the land covered in ice, she felt the urge to return, but she knew deep down that it was not possible for her to return, for she was at the beck and call of the Northern Wind, where ever it blew, she wandered. It was always some place new, never had it been a place where she had been before.
Outside the warmth of the little dry area that the two Soquili stood in, the snow was falling in bigger puffs down to the earth. The snow was starting to build up around the base of the tree, creating a white frozen wall. He was right, wandering did get lonely, but there was always new people to meet, “You are correct, it does get lonely, but each new person you meet makes the loneliness worth it, for they always have such interesting stories to tell. For instance, we have been standing here talking, but I have not learned your story. Would you give me the honor of listening to your tale?”

Giving up on trying to understand how does this ice world function Turag concluded he just has to see it for himself and try to learn as much as he can on the actual spot. Racing his mind just on story he heard from Isabliss could result only with headache and none satisfying answer.
'' Yes. I do admit one can meet very interesting individuals while traveling. Still there are those that would be better never to cross paths with. ''
Turag paused for few moments thinking how would it be to have a constant traveling companion.
'' Perhaps one of these days I will meet a traveling companion that would have similar goals as I. I do wonder how it would be to travel with someone. ''
Turag looked with sleepy expression into the distance while he thought about his past, the heard he grew up in and his family. His parents died while he was still young stallion and he had no siblings. Maybe that was the reason it was so easy for him to leave his heard behind. Smiling softly he looked at Isabliss fearing his life story would be disappointingly boring.
'' I am afraid I have no interesting story to tell about my past. I had as good childhood as one happy foal could have. I grew up in a good herd and had loving parents. Why did I leave suck good life? Hm... well I suppose there was nothing more left for me after all my friends I used to play with grew up and started families of they're own. I was a young stallion eager to learn and know everything about things that surrounded me. I wanted to do something more from my life than just grow up and start a family of my own at that time. Didn't want be like everyone else. I dreamed of conquering the world and solving the one question that even the wisest didn't know the how to answer. What is the meaning of life... Sometimes I think it would have been better I stayed home and did the same thing as everyone else. And the minute I decide to head back I find some new wonderful and mysteriously interesting thing and continue forth with my traveling never looking back. ''
Turag didn't understand why he told her his story for this was the first time he told it to anyone. Sure it wasn't anything special but still it was art of himself he didn't like to talk about. He was young and full of life. Things were so much clear to him and he thought he knew answers to all thing except one. That is why he set of. To find the meaning of life. But the more he searched the farther he was from the answer and things he thought he knew showed him how little he actually knew. Turag shook his head to the picture of his younger self. What hot head he was.

After telling the wind the story of the ice covered land, Isabliss felt a ping in her heart, she wanted to return and gaze upon its beauty one more time, but that would never happen, for she never went to one place more than once. It was a fate that she was bound to have.
“From your words I am assuming you have come across Soquili that you wish you had never crossed. I find that fascinating since I have not had the chance to run across a Soquili who I would never want to meet again.”
He was silent for a second; Isabliss looked around the sun covered glade, it was a world in of itself.
The Angeni smiled that the winged stallion, “I am sure you will find a traveling companion who will love to see the world with you. To have a traveling companion would definitely be a new concept, but I believe having another Soquili to talk to during travels would lessen the feeling of loneliness.”
She watched Turag as his eyes looked off into the snowy distance; the mare wondered what he was thinking and believed that it might have been something she said, when he spoke Isabliss looked at him with eyes filled with understanding. His childhood was much different than hers, but at this moment in time they were the same. The two of them are always traveling and learning something new about an area in the world and the Soquili that live there; even when their heart begs them to return they continue to wander the earth.
“Your story is interesting, for what you have told me makes you who you are today and without that past you would not be the Turag that is standing before me, but a different person, a different Turag. You created your own destiny by leaving your herd and exploring the world; learning all that you could with your goal in mind. Through all your travels you have become closer to discovering the answer to the question you wish to answer, ‘What is the meaning of life’. I am sure as long as you keep meeting new Soquili and learning about new places you will soon discover the answer of your goal,” she smiled at the stallion, “You have made your own fate and you are given the choice: continue to travel, learning all you can or to return to your family. But, unlike me, nothing is stopping you from doing both.”
The dark blue stallion with the amazing tribal markings had told her much about his past, about his time as a foal and how he came to be the stallion he was today, but during all this time in the warm comfort of the protection of the trees from the cold white snow, Isabliss had shied away from the topic of her foalhood. It was much too sad; that past was one part of Isabliss that she did not like to talk to others about, life as a foal was locked deep inside of her, rarely ever to come out of the dark places in her memory.

'' Yes there were few unpleasant encounters. Still that is a part of traveling life. ''
Turag smiled now that he remembered them. They sure were not pleasant but still even they helped to sculpture the stallion he is today. And experience is important to survival.
Remembering of his home made him realize that for long time he won't be going back. It he will go back there ever. He was surprised that angeni mentioned that she couldn't go home. She didn't seem like someone that would not be wanted back in her home. Still he hoped it wasn't any tragedy that was keeping her from going back.
'' Why can't you go back to your home? ''

Isabliss nodded at the winds words; even if she has never met a Soquili to cause her grievances, she understood where Turag was coming from. “But with the unpleasant encounters, there are also the ones that will remain your friends until the end of time.”
The Angeni looked over the snow covered land, her gave turned back to Turag when he voiced his questions that many had asked her before; she gave the blue wind a sad smile, “I cannot go home because I do not know where home is. Ever since I was a foal I have been traveling with the North Wind and never looking back. Where the wind goes, I go; it never takes me to the same place twice.”

The angeni was right. Some of his unpleasant encounters did and will leave him with friends, good friends, that he will be ready to aid him so long until he leaves the plains of mortal life and joins his ancestors. For that no matter how unpleasant they could be they will be worth it.
Turag once herd that home is where family is. But to be traveling alone and not have place to go back to seemed like cruel fate to Turag. He at least had somewhere to go back to.
'' Oh... I'm sorry to hear that. Life sometimes writes strange stories. And they are not always fare. ''

The life that she lived was a lonesome one, but occurrences like these always made her traveling seem less lonely. “Do not be, since I chose this way of life and it has it perks, like meeting you. Traveling and not having a home is lonesome, but there are so many places that I have seen that have taken my breath away. I never would have seen them if I did not travel or meet you if I did not.” The Angeni nodded at the wind’s words, “There are many aspects of life that are not fare, but us, those who live in this world will try our best to make it seem fare.”
She smiled at Turag, she had not had an enlightening conversation like this one in a while, she was quite enjoying it.

Turag knew how lonely it could be just not being home. So not having one seemed even tougher to him. He admired angeni's strength as he smiled back.
'' I envy you on your strength. I don't think I could ever be that strong. ''
Yes those that live in this world try they're best to make it seem fare. But even so sometimes that isn't enough and good souls turn black. So many good souls. Sometimes life trow too many bad events and not all are strong enough to overcome them. That is the reason everyone need a strong healthy family that can support them even when it seems sun will never shine again.
Spark of light in the darkness. How could those with no one find it if? Who would be they're gripping point so they don't fall into the darkness? Friends. Yes friends can be those that fill the place left empty where there is no family. But what when there are no friends? What then.
'' There must be someone for everyone waiting somewhere. So if one doesn't have a home he or she could make a new one. No one can live in solitude all they're lives. Or am I wrong? ''

In all her travels, she had yet to be called strong by any of the Soquili that she had met, so the words that Turag had just spoken to her were a great compliment, “I have never considered myself strong, thank you for thinking that I am. I know that you could be, and that you are definitely capable of it. Strength is shown in many different forms, that is usually unseen by the one who is wielding it.”
Isabliss thought about her past, all the sadness and lonelines had helped form her to be who she was today. Yes, each waking moment as a foal was struggle, since she was alone in the world. Abandoned by her mother after she was born and by her father before that, plus her brother and sister were long missing by the time Isabliss popped her tiny head out of her basket. It was a mystery as to what had happened to them. The Angeni nodded at the winds wise words, “You are right. It is in our blood to have the companionship of others, even if some of us attempt to hide it, it is always there, beneath our skin. We all have the capability to make ourselves a new home, and I believe that there is someone out there for everyone, be it a mate or a dear friend that will help that individual stay grounded in this world.”

'' Yes. I agree with that. ''
Turag was still sceptic about his strength but he admitted that individuals usually do not know what strength they hold inside of them.
The talk was so pleasant that Turag forgot about time. And it was now that he noticed that it had gotten darker than it was. Night was slowly falling and it seemed that this will be his place to wait for the dawn. For even though the wind had died out it will only get colder as the night progresses.
'' Looks like we will be spending night here. I do hope morning brings a bit sun with it. ''

Isabliss nodded her head to acknowledge Turag’s response; her blackish blue bangs falling over her silver eyes. Even in the snow filled wonderland, time had to continue, even though it appeared to move slowly in the white silence. Darkness started to seep into the sky, making the already cloud filled sky become darker and more ominous. If the clouds did not cover the sky, the two winged soquili would see a small perfect waning crescent resting in the night. “Yes, it appears so. I hope as well. Sun on snow is a breath taking sight; the ice takes on the appearance of tiny crystals and they reflect the suns light creating little rainbows on the cold surface.”

Turag was the same opinion as Isabliss. Snow covered landscape was the most beautifulest on nice sunny day. Still there was one not so pleasant effect. His eyes would hurt from all that whiteness.
'' Yea. I only wish that all that whiteness wouldn't hurt my eyes so much. ''
Conciliated with the fact that he will be sleeping through the night here, with no complaints since he was in a company of such lovely mare, Turag lei down. He was on his feet all day and now he felt the result of that fact. So he saw nothing bad in resting his legs.
'' I hope you won't mind if I rest my legs for a bit. ''
Having so much fun Turag wished this night would never end. Still he knew the time for them to part will soon come but he swore to him self that he will meet her one again in his lifetime.
'' Don't you think that sometimes time seems to fly faster than usually? ''

Snow blindness is what the humans called it, Isabliss remembered, and that the humans made some device that would block out the sun and not let them become blind, they had also made some for their Soquili.
“Yes, I do as well. I would gaze across the snow filled land until the sun disappeared in the west.” Isabliss shook her head, “I do not mind.”
The day was over and now full dark was upon the two winged Soquili; Isabliss would miss conversing with the stallion, but she would have to leave when the North Wind called to her. The wind would take her to places that she has never been; to places that she could only imagine. Perhaps the pesky wind would lead her to a place that he is at so they can converse one more time.
She paused, “Yes, it does seem that way. There is that saying that is ever so popular, what was it again? Oh yes ‘Time flies when you are having fun’.” Isabliss smiled at the stallion that lay on the ground.
