no, it's nothing like ice cream, I don't like it quite as well. it has a lighter texture and less flavor than ice cream. And how can you not like ice cream?!? As far as deserts for me go that is number three on the list, just under cheese cake and chocolate chip cookies!

I don't like cheesecake either. xp
In my Culinary Arts class, everytime we make cheesecake, something goes wrong. The recipe has mistakes on it, there wasa second page of instructions that didn't get printed, the teached tries a substitution that fails, etc. It's horrible. XD
