Downloading music is something which is ILLEGAL. Music costs money and downloading it is stealing.
Sure there are a few loopholes in that law, but I don't think we need to risk it. Kim, you can get music from websites that already host it. Places like purevolume.com have music and then there are the MP3 popular music galleries that are 100% legal. Downloading may be illegal but getting music from other websites that allow it and already have it up for the listener's pleasure are legal.
Kim knows this.
The suggestion though, and this entire conversation has been about "downloading"music , not linking to music sites with legal music. I said nothing of DOWNLOADING music. Posting links would be fine but anything else could be deleted immediately if someone were dumb enough to post anything else.

No no... the discussion was about downloading. This post wasn't.. but the rest was. Icchii Kim, you can get music from websites that already host it. Takura Jun perhaps a music rec d/l sub forum to go with the video one.
Why should we have to go to the trouble of checking all of the links for illegal music and deleting them as you suggest?
When we first started this guild, a girl joined and posted a whole lot of links.
Verucca had to check every one of the links and heaps of them were links to illegal music. We don't want a repeat of this. It caused a lot of stress for us and as a guild owner you should know that running a guild is hard work enough without approaching the ToS.
We have decided against this suggestion. Please leave it be. I don't like arguing..(I shouldn't have to) but I will.
