Lee couldn't help but c**k a smile at the "baby" comment directed at Rhian, though managed to keep herself from snickering. Really now, Lee, how old are you? Composing herself, she was about to back up the idea -- which she didn't have the heart to tell Ellandra wasn't hers -- but Lauss beat her to it.
"It isn't baby-school, Rhi..." The alter's shoulders fell a bit, giving her a hurt look. He went to that school, and it was fun, and there were very few infants that attended. Mostly young children. "There are games of all kinds, I believe you'd enjoy yourself. It isn't at all similar to the school we attend. Rhian immediately cowered, everyone's negative feelings hitting her all at once, and she took several steps back and sank to the floor. "I'm sorry. . . I didn't - I didn't mean anything bad. . ." Tears rose into her eyes, and she really did mean her apology - but somehow she didn't think that would mean anything to Faolan. She kept messing up, she just. . . . no matter what she did it wasn't right! Would she ever be able to make nyone happy? Ever?
