Madoka looked over at the foal. He was more mature then should have concluded had she not spent this time with him. He was able to understand the struggle, but out here in the wild, she wasn't the only one that went through learning how to survive, or dieing.
"M-me, a leader?" She had to think about that before she could even continue. "A-are you sure? I mean... I can barely make a decision on my own..." She laughed nervously, as she walked with the foal. Was it possible that he could see something she wasn't able to use?
Was he magical like that? It was simply the only answer to this question. He had some kind of power. "W-well I guess if you want too..." She saw the silver lining in this. She'd have someone to spend time with, even if he made her do grueling work. Though a foal ordering around a fully grown mare was a sight to be seen.

"Leaders don't have to make decisions on their own, and it's preferred that way actually if they consult others for their opinions. You'll see it sometime, maybe." He had a doubt, but it was fine. As long as they at least tried. He grinned, "and I do want to!"
"But first, I still want to show you that geode. It should be around here somewhere..." They almost got off track there. Prith scanned around for a sparkling purple, and finally spotted the amethyst. "There it is." He trotted over to it, brushing off the dead leafs and overgrowth. It was about the side of Prith's head, and looked like a rock cut in half. Despite being there for a while, it didn't lose any luster to it. "Told you it was pretty.~" Not as pretty as me of course, hohoho.~

Madoka shrugged some. If someone else had that much faith in her why not. But her thought was quickly cut off when he spoke up. Her purple eyes looked down at the shiny purple. She had never see anything like that before. She felt like she was mesmerized by her. She shook her head and looks over at the foal.
"This is very pretty." She smiled at him. She started to wonder where it had come from and why it was there. But those were things she knew he couldn't answer. Her hair fell forward and covered her eyes from him as she nosed at it. It was solid too. "What an interesting thing..."
"It's very pretty. A lot like you." She smiled over at the foal. He had this glowing aura on his pelt. He and the stone were different, but still lovely in each fashion. "Thank you very much for showing me."

Watching her, Prith felt deja vu. He had reacted the same way when he found it, and had no idea what it was until someone told him. It was so amazing! Especially the details. Something about healing powers? Spiritual energy? He had been ever so tempted to hide it: in fear someone might find the treasure and take it, but came to realize it'd be a waste to not share the pretty sight.
Prith felt an ego boost. "Madoka is very pretty too." He grinned and flicked his short tail. "Anyways, I can't think of anything else that's really interesting here... that's the problem with this place, after you get used to everything and all the cool stuff, you have to wait until something awesome just drops in, like this rock. Which is why I plan to do a lot of traveling when I'm older." Actually, the reason he planned to travel was so he could 'give the gift of being able to see him to others'.

Looking down at the foal, the mare tilted her head some listening to him. When he complimented her, she felt a little pride build up. "Really?" She was a bit saddened to hear that once she finished learning about the place, it would get boring. "Then maybe, I should travel too?" She asked him. Almost like a child would ask their parent. She really didn't know what she wanted in life, or anything along the lines. She was just going bay by day.
She tried to picture her young friend traveling. And it brought a smile to her face. He was very knowledge, and charismatic; he wouldn't have any trouble traveling.
The day seemed to have come and gone pretty quick. Madoka hadn't noticed it, but the sun was starting to set.

"Maybe; if you want to. I hear a lot of stories about traveling. How adventurous it is, how lonely it can get, how dangerous things can be, but the experience and enlightenment you can achieve." He nodded, as if he had memorized the line when it was told to him. "There's a lot to learn when constantly deviating from the norm, and then deviating from the new norm and so on and so on. An ever-changing lifestyle has all the ups and downs to it." That sounded like a recitement as well, but sincere.
Prithee flicked an ear when he heard a faint but familiar call. "Oh man! How long was I away??" His parents were going to be so angry!

Madoka had to think over what he was saying. Maybe traveling wasn't her thing? Or has she already been doing it. She shook her head trying to focus on the foal again. "Well I think that, thats a great idea for you. Something you can look forward too." She smiled feeling like that was the right thing to say, and she also believed it.
"Oh.." She blinked at him and looked around. She had barely heard the call. "Does this mean you have to go now?" She looked down, wondering if she should bring him home so he wouldn't get in trouble.

"'Fraid so..." His face drooped. Chatting with the mare had been fun. What if he never got to see her again? That'd be a real disappointment. "Uh, if you don't mind me asking, where you gonna go once the sun sets...?" Walking through forest in the dark was dangerous, especially for horses whom relied so heavily on their legs. Prithee was never out when it was dark but knew just how invisible the ground could be.

( XDD It's alright ^_^ If I was annoyed or anything I would have PMed you. )
Madoka felt a little sad on the inside. She had enjoyed her time with the foal, and she felt that she had made a new friend. "When it gets dark... Well I'll have to find somewhere to sleep, usually where I can kind of hide myself." She nodded, she didn't like being out alone at night but she didn't have a 'home'.
"Should I walk with you home, or will you go alone?" After he answered the next thing she wanted to ask was if they could meet up again soon. She really hopped that it would be possible. She liked the idea of having a friend.
