And to make sure Devri does as he's told, Vempyremon keeps her arms crossed as her shadow seems to loom over him like a hawk, even though she remains in place next to Lucus. "Meh, dont be stubborn... If you ever want to grow up to attract the girls, you'll have to learn how to not be lazy. Lucus, dear...Why dont you go to sleep?"
As Akita opens up the letter...
It's just as she expected...
It's written in German.
And she cant understand a word it says; disappointing indeed,
but the only thing that she would be able to understand is a small black heart at the end of the letter next to his signature, even though
Akita would never be able to understand what he wrote unless she got a translator.
The letter also smelled of some kind of sweet smelling perfume or cologne... like blueberry.

Devri peeked up at Vemp and gave a small squeak, "H-hello mother!" He quickly began making neat stacks of the books before putting them away on the shelves, "But I'm not lazy! I build a house! Until stinky Lance broke it."
Lucus shook his head, "I'll be fine love."
Akita made a face glancing over the letter, even if she couldn't understand the words she looked every letter over carefully. She took a deep break taking in the sweet scent it bore, her finger running over the heart, "Oh that oaf and his gibberish.." She turned her gave to Lucus and gave a quick bow, "I'll take my leave." Turning quickly she headed out the door and into the hallway.

Vempyremon looks towards Lance who's sleeping soundly on Lucus, then looks back towards Devri. "Well, why dont you try a pillow fort? It's less hazardous to others." At the mentioning of sleep, Vempyremon gets down on her knees and folds her arms across the top of the desk along with her head which rests on it to find a nice place for napping in the mean time. "Well, since you're not, I will."
Outside in the hallway, Cameron was still there, but in less of a stressful state than before, he was just leaned up against the side of the wall, messing with an odd kind on contraption that looks like a watch that seemed to tell the time, month day, speed and temperature outside. He looked up when Akita made her way outside in the hallway and slinkered off a little bit to make sure it didnt look like he was being an eavesdropper, which he wasnt.

Devri rolled his eyes "Then tell dad to stick some pillows in here."
Lucus scoffed at Devri and looked at Vemp, "I truly doubt my desk would make a good pillow but if you wish to try you are more than welcome."
Akita cringed at a sound behind her and spun to look at Cameron, "You're the one who came in... where can I find somebody whom knows how to translate German? I have this!" She held of the letter from Kain and waved it in the air, despite knowing the heart didn't fit the statement, she blabbered onwards, "It could be a declaration of war for all I know!"

"...Then move over, Lance, because I'm coming in." And with that, Vempyremon gently picked Lance up off of Lucus' lap and replaced him with her own body, then layed Lance back down on her so she could snuggle with. She waves a hand at Devri then lets it fall down weakly, hitting the side of the desk like she temporarily lost control of it. "I think I found a good pillow here."
Cameron turned a little bit and acted as if Akita were talking to someone else. He just stuffed his clipboard underneath and arm and arched his back, trying to hide from being seen. Even though that was harder than he thought it would be since his labcoat is white. "I know 3,104 different spoken languages in the world..." Cameron mumbles to himself as quiet as he could, but he responds to Akita's question nontheless. "...Including the most used ones. German, English, Spanish, French...Etcetera, etcetera."

Devri puffed his cheeks, "Daddy is an old fart of a pillow."
Lucus groaned and put his arms around Lance and Vemp as Devri flopped himself onto the floor, "I am not old Devri."
Akita looked at him closely and held it out to him, "Then read boy read! I need to know what it says."

"Oh quit it. There's one more spot, hurry before Lance decides to spread himself out" Vempyremon has to keep herself from doing the same since she's bigger and she continues to slip off of Lucus' lap.
Cameron continued to keep his back towards Akita and tried to ignore the letter, mostly because of his social issues that prevent him from wanting to make contact with anyone. It's even rare that he's stepped outside today. He doesnt say anything for a while and continues to try and stay concealed beneath his labcoat. Eventually, he takes the letter to read it over, putting on his tiny reading glasses. "Hum..." Cameron thinks of how to get to the point of translating it instead of reading everything it says. "The letter says that he wants his mask back...
then it says that he wants to meet with you. But it doesnt say where."

Devri shook his head and remained in his spot on the floor, "I like it better over here."
"Whatever you say." Lucus kissed Vemp on the forehead and smiled, "These two will just get all the love and cuddles then."
"HEY! NO FAIR!" Devri sat up quickly.
"His mask.." Akita looked at the mask which was safely secured to the sash she was wearing, "I almost forgot I still had that. I'll have to go find the darn ogre then. That might be hard.. He may be big but.. He vanishes quickly."

Vempyremon simply just waved her hand again at Devri but held it up in the air this time to point towards the bookshelf and move at the same pace she talks. "If you like it so much, jus' make another bookfort and pick 'em all back up tomorrow." The hand eventually falls back down as the blood from it rushes from her arm and it loses strength to stay up anymore. "And maybe you could find a nice Romance book and marry it. Unless you reconsider joining the cuddle group."
Cameron still tries to keep his head turned away as he hands back the letter. He has nothing to say about it, since he doesnt know what's going on in the first place, but from the letter, he can tell it's some sort of misunderstood love-hate relationship."Well...Why not think ahead of him? Think about where he might be going and get there before he moves on again... Dont say you dont know where he's going, because I'm quite sure you know more about this person than I do." Cameron nearly has to cough out the last of his sentence from speaking so quietly. He still refuses to make any kind of eye contact with anyone.

Devri huffed getting up off the floor and walking over to the cuddling group, "You can't marry a book mother, that'd be Lance who would do something like that anyways not me." Once beside them he plopped himself on the floor beside Lucus' chair and yawned, rubbing his eyes as tears formed in them.
Lucus chuckled softly, "No need to cry you little bugger." A hand reached out to pat Devri on the head.
Devri shook his head, "I'm not crying!"
Akita shook her head, "He's always been the one to find me. I suppose though if I were to wonder around enough, he being a wanderer we'd be bound to cross paths. Especially if he wants his mask back." She crossed her arms and made a stance quickly glancing up and down the hallway, "I'll leave you be now before you have a heart attack from being too social. Thank you for your help though!" Giving him a quick bow Akita made her away off to wonder in search of Kain.

Vempyremon had already snuggled off to sleep after telling Devri to marry a book, but Lance, on the otherhand, was still awake. He was just silent and trying to be oblivious to all of the commotion while still trying to keep his eyes closed. There was a long, on-going, rage inside of him that hated how Devri was being such a spoiled-sport. Lance clenched his fists together and bit his bottom lip to fight back his disappointment of the way his brother is heading towards. "Please, Devri...Dont be like that."
Cameron was finally able to turn his head around to Akita, but that's only because she was walking away. "That has nothing to do with a heartattack, it's an anxiety attack." Whatever it was, Cameron stood for it, being a scientist and all, he was literal about everything and carried no sarcasm. Even, though, Akita was probably almost gone by now, he mustered out a little bit more words out of his mouth, only trying to help. "...Try the "Town Square"? There's a bit of commotion going on there as I saw."

Devri peeked up at Lance, his ears drooping down a bit, he could sense a slight hint of disapproval in his brothers voice. He gave a quick shake of his head and stood up, "I'm not being like anything." He made his way back over to the remaining stacks of books he had made and resumed putting them away one by one and slowly. "I'm not.." Perking his ears back up when he was finished he climbed onto the bench beside the window and peered outside. His head resting on his arms which were neatly crossed on the windowpane.
Lucus took no notice of the two, sitting quietly with his eyes closed he stroked Vemp's hair softly.
She glanced over her shoulder quickly at him and stuck out her tongue "It'll kill ya anyways!" Taking note of his words about the town square she waved to him quickly and ran out of Lucus' manor, making her way down the towering staircase which most simply flew up or down, herself incapable of this action. Once at the bottom she made her way into the heart of the city and towards the square.

Quietly, and sneakily, Lance wiggled his way out of his mother's grasp and off of his father's lap onto the ground. From there, the made his way towards Devri on the bench, climbing up onto it as well and copying him a little bit. He places his arms down on the window sill, but with a hard 'plop' so he's not copying Devri exactly. Lance nearly buries his head in his arms, but just keeps it low. He tries to figure out what to say to Devri, but just stays quiet for the moment while trying to keep his focus out the window, but even that's hard. Finally, he turns his head towards Devri with an insecure look. "...Okay, how about this. Instead of me making you my assistant when I rule, we'll both rule?"
As Akita made way to the center town where there seemed to be a crowd there before, but as noon rolled in, it was time for everyone to head out for some lunch. But there were still three Nocts standing about in the square. One was Tobias who just had no where else to go, the other was Onatah who was ogling the pretty sight on top of the water founding, who was also handed a small flower by Aristocramon who was standing on top of the stone rim of the large water fountain. It appeared he was getting ready to leave too...from whatever he was doing. Onatah jumped up and down a little bit with her hand grasped in the other, tightly holding the rose. She was in awe. "Do you...do this often?" No one seemed to notice the oncoming Akita just yet.

Devri peeked over at his brother and raised a brow, "Both rule?" he sighed softly shifting position so his back was to the window, "I don't have the brain to rule let alone the real will to want to. I want to do my own thing you know? I just don't know what is is yet." He kicked his feet, eyes watching their movements no matter how slight, "You'd be the best pick. I won't be afraid to admit to that one."
Akita ran hard trying to get there before anybody could completely clear out. Upon reaching the edge of the square she quickly made her way up to high ground to pear out across the area, "Kain.. Kain..." She muttered looking around apparently not seeing him. "Damnit.. not the commotion I was looking for. I figured the brute'd be down here lifting weights with people on benches. Apparently not though. But now I just seem like a crazy stalker." Leaping down from the balcony and managing a unbalanced yet seemingly graceful landing she wondered around the square peeking in cafes and restaurants of sorts for any chance of seeing somebody who may help her find him.

Lance can hardly hear was Devri is saying by sheer shock of his answer. "Dont let dad hear you say that. Anyone else for that matter. They now who we are." He plopped down on the bench and kind of relaxed a bit, knowing now that his brother wasnt going to bite his head off and the fact that he wasnt arguing about anything he's said yet. But he was left now to think about Devri's future, if he didnt want to rule or anything like that. It started to frighten him just a little bit, before Lance finally grabbed Devri by the shoulders, not roughly, but still tightly. "But...but what are you to do! We're both born of royalty, it'd be kind of hard to avoid ruling sometime or other!" Then even more fear struck Lance, but he tried to keep it to a quiet tone so it wouldnt pull up any attention from the two sleepy-heads at the chair. "Dont tell me you're going to lead a clan of your own...What if our gets into a war with eachother? I dont think I'd be able to handle fighting... Not you." Just then, Lance's eyes started tearing up.
Aristocramon took notice of all the frantic movement Akita was doing and put a hand out in front of Onatah to hush her. "Oh, oh, what's going on?" He makes a move to jump off the edge of the water fountain but ends up falling backwards into it with a splash of the water. Swiftly, he rebounds out of it as if it didnt happen, and turns to follow Akita, trying to get her attention in return. "Hey, Dancer! Do you require assistance?!" He waved a hand around to try and get her attention.
