If something made the brunette feel at ease, it certainly was entertaining others with her own tales of misfortune. Converting her misery into something useful, so that nothing was really lost. Alessa entered the classroom. “Thank you!” She followed Louisa to her desk. “If you don’t mind, I’ll keep you company, then” she said while dumping the content of her backpack the same way as her classmate unintentionally, only on her newly-designated desk. It seemed they had time to still chat a bit before the class starts; no teacher in sight, but one by one, students started filling each desk. “Hey, by the way, I’m new to the city, and I heard yesterday there were funny things going on around here. Dad heard about sailors stuff and the T-word, but Destiny City didn’t quite strike me as a “terrorized” place. Do you know anything more about that?” The brunette herself didn’t seem very scared, just curious and amused by the strange stories her father coincidently didn’t hear about until after moving there.

Ah she wanted to talk about that. Well Louisa was happy to talk about it but she didn't pay too much attention to it. Sure she would in a way love to be caught up in it all, have something that would make her life special but she knew it wouldn't happen and so she generally ignored all the news on it.
"Erm yeah I dunno Sailor Scouts and Negaverse or something like that. Two terrorist groups who are trying to kill us all apparently. I have never actually seen them though so I don't know. You will hear enough stories about them I assure you." Louisa spoke softly, she knew that if the others heard it then it was likely to strike a debate or something. It was the most discussed subject after all.
She sat down at her desk and looked around the class room as it filled up some more.
"We can talk about it later some more if you want, just in class generally isn't a good idea. It can be a touchy subject for some." She just smiled softly at her again hoping that Alessa wouldn't mind waiting to talk some more about it.

“Oops, I’m sorry… I didn’t realize it was a touchy subject around here.” Alessa bowed her head, blushing slightly. Usually, she was more careful than that about the things she talked about, as the last thing she wanted was upsetting her interlocutor. She sat down, and prepared a couple sheets of paper also with her pen. “It’s not very important, anyway. Finding my way around the school is, for now.”

"I wouldn't say it was a touchy subject, just a lot of people have their own opinions and arguments start easily enough." She smiled as she spoke, "I am more then happy to talk about it just not in class because some people just get way too involved in some things." She laughed a little and looked at the others in the class. The teacher would be here soon.
"I am sure you will find your way around here in no time. It's not that hard once you know where all the subjects areas are." She started arranging her own things while talking. The class would start soon.

Calmly, Alessa wrote her name and the date on her blank sheet of paper. “No problem, really. And I’m sure that after a week or so, I won’t need help anymore.” Right after the last student sat down, a middle-aged woman came in and sat behind the teacher’s desk. The brunette made sure to be extra focused, and shut up instantly.
[We can finish here, I guess. whee ]
