For someone who'd never danced before, Zul wasn't doing too bad. He wasn't moving as much as Rivener, but the demon had potential... If he could be taught, Zul would be an amazing dancer, Riv knew. The Scorpion kept going, smiling as his dance companion offered that small compliment. His humming grew a little more audible, spurred on by Zul's praise, and Rivener began to twirl gently over the water, keeping them well above but dipping down just enough once in a while that the tips of their ribbons would brush the water's surface. Concentric rings would ripple out from the contact softly, a baseline to their song.

"Here, feel where my hand is guiding you and follow," Riv suggested in a whisper, seeing how eager Zul was to learn. The Scorpion led them around in slow circles, up and down to the tune Rivener hummed about as well as any person in the shower. Not show-worthy, but acceptable.

For going on ten minutes Rivener danced, happily showing Zul the few things he knew of how to do it. The whole while he sung the same tune, completely blissful in their time together.

This was, by far, the best night of his life.
