He smiled a cunning smile at his siter... that was until he tilted his head at what Steken just said.
"Is white fluff the lions name?" He looked from his sister to Steken. Steken was massive and it was hard to imagine anything bigger then he was. Chane was the only lion Kumo really knew, him being a friend of the family, and was a relatively small stature for a lion. Though, Kumo being a puppy, had always thought that Chane was big.
The thought of a bigger lion just was unreal. He turned to his sister and smiled.
"Okay we can be lions.. right sis."

"No!" Steken was getting just a little frustrated. "Little fluff is white fluff! White little fluff! Do I look like a little white fluff?" While the last question came off as a bit aggressive he was serious. If the babies thought he looked like a little white fluff maybe he was a little white fluff?
He lowered his head so he was eye level with them, showing his teeth. He didn't really mean any harm.
Adjoa wasn't so sure about that. His raised voice was frightening enough, never mind seeing such a huge lion bearing his teeth at her. She backed off with a whimper, then turned and fled with a yelp.
"MAMAAA!" she screamed as she raced for home, "MAMA! MAMA! MAMA! MAMAAAA!"

Kumo backed up and followed suit after his sister. He didn't scream, because his sisters screams were loud enough for the both of them. That lion was no friendly lion he was sure of that.
The little hyena didn't bother looking back over his shoulder at the big blue lion.
Ylva had just finished dealing with her other two pups to find that her other were running towards her. A big lion in the tall grass and it was enough to set the female snarling and gnash her jaws.
"GET OUT OF HERE!" She growled at the lion.

Adjoa found sanctuary beneath her mother's belly. Still crying quite loudly she wiggled back and forth, belly pressed to the hard dirt of their den. As her brother approached she inched forward, trying to encourage him to come closer and cower together with her. The more family she had around her the safer she'd feel, that much she was certain of.
Steken was confused. Why did the little fluffs run? He'd only been trying to play with them! Sure they'd been making him a tad frustrated but he wasn't out to hurt them!
At first he followed, but the moment Ylva showed up he came to a halt. He'd long ago learned the hard way that angry mothers were NOT to be messed with. Even if she was only a fraction of her size it wasn't worth a game of tag to press her any further.
One last glance at the cubs and then he turned tail and fled.

Kumo took shelter beside his sister. The pup was shivering.
Ylva turned her nose up and went back to her pups. Irritated.
"Thats enough playtime, we are all going home now," She growled, clearly annoyed. The hyena was not about to loose any of her pups. She herded them all back to the den.
