Pepper gave a laugh as he pulled Lironax along towards the living quarters where the angels lived. They past by the rather elaborate archway that was decked out with marble ivy and cherubs. He paid them little mind as he had been past them on numerous occasions. In fact if one dwelled long enough they could see little mustaches drawn on some of the lower figures.
They entered the gardens and there didn't seem t be any angels about not that he cared. He drew Lir over to the plants and then released her hand before pointing to one of them.
"See this was Hya's favorite," He explained why he was showing the youth this particular flower. He didn't know what it was called but knew it was found beside the murdered technician. He waved for Lir to come closer so she could see it better.

Lironax's main focus as he was dragged throughout the facility was to keep his heart from jumping into his throat, so much so that when the pair reached the gardens, he had no clue how he had gotten there. As they walked he looked around, impressed and a little confused as to how such a pretty place could exist in the Facility.
He peered close to the flower that Pepper had singled out and smelled it, smiling almost sadly at the plant, as it brought up memories of his missing donor. "It's beautiful," he murmured quietly, forgetting for once that Pepper was even there, too busy in his memories and vague hypotheses to acknowledge the other.
After a while, he straightened up. Maybe he could stand to play a little detective after all. "Does anybody know where Hyacinth was before he... disappeared? Maybe that would give us a clue..."

Pepper watched Lir much like a hawk, never letting his gaze wander as he then watched as she stood up. He followed suit happy she seemed to not get too depressed he took her hand again and tugged on it before he pointed over a few feet.
"Well we think he was here, since he was potting these plants...I believe they found one of the pots broken." He wasn't sure if he should divulge that...they also found a rather broken and bloody body beside that plant. If Lir pressed he suppose he would have to tell her.
"We think there was a struggle," He shrugged his shoulders, but he wasn't really entirely sure on anything that occurred. Rumors were just that ..rumors. And despite him trying to get information out of Vampy...that was just NOT happening.

Lironax let Pepper drag him throughout the gardens without much protest, gnawing his lip as he processed the information the other gave him. A struggle, huh? What would the Patience angel be doing in some sort of struggle? That is, if he was in one at all; maybe one broke out near him and he fled from it? But where could he have possibly gone that would have taken him outside of the Facility? Certainly no conflict could have occurred that was that scary...
His mind wandered back to Pepper's theory about a kidnapping, and he pondered that for a while. That would certainly make the most sense... But who would do that? And why? And how could that have happened right under the nose of all of the technicians and other Facility people?
Those questions circling unanswered in his mind, Lir looked back at Pepper, his sole source of info at the moment. "You said that Hyacinth could have been kidnapped, right? Well... do you know of anyone who would want to do that? I mean, unless they were expecting a ransom, I can't think of a reason why someone would do such a thing..."

He rolled his shoulders not really sure what to say to the question, who could of done it? Beats him. Who would kidnap an angel? For what purpose? Especially one as useless as Hya.
"I dunno, I mean I am just guessing, maybe it wasn't a kidnapping maybe it was a rescue." He continue with a shrug, "Honestly Hya isn't the most useful of angels unless you wanted to scream at someone who would only smile in return..." he continued before moving to stand behind Lir and leaning his head on her shoulder.
"And it isn't like the angels are here because they wanted to...would explain why the demons were k..i...l.." he trailed off...oh right...he wasn't suppose to go into the gory details. s**t.

Lironax listened intently to Pepper, gnawing his lower lip as he glanced around the serene garden once again, mind trying to put all of this information together that would make sense. He now wished his dad had come with him; Silas was exceptional at making sense of obscure facts. But then, it was likely that he and Pepper wouldn't have gotten so... acquainted, so perhaps it was better that the 'young' man had stayed home.
He nodded a little absently after Pepper finished talking, bringing his hand up to his mouth to nibble on a fingernail. Gosh, but this was hard! His tentacle caressed a nearby rosebush appreciatively as he thought, before he looked back at Pepper with a perplexed look on his face.
"Hm, that would make sense," Lir said in response to the 'rescue' theory. After all, he couldn't think of anyone who'd want to say in this creepy place voluntarily, especially an angel. "But that still doesn't explain how the demons in the dungeons were, ah... killed. I mean, if someone wanted to rescue Hyacinth, and he was here, why would they go into the dungeon?"
After saying that, he started suddenly and blushed, fidgeting with his hands and glancing to the side. "Oh, I mean-! Ah, I-I-I don't mean to say that you're wr-wrong! I'm sorry, all I've been doing this whole time is disproving your ideas! I mean, you're, you're... you're probably right," he concluded in a small voice, eyes fixed firmly on the ground, cheeks ruby red once again. God, being around Pepper was stressful...

Pepper watched as she sputtered and tried to make it seem like he was right evern though he had no idea it was just theories after all.
"well..." he leaned in closer to whisper into her ear, "I heard they found feathrse in the dungeon...the door was unlocked...and only Vampy as far as I know has the power to open that door...but if someone else with magic could...." He shrugged his shoulders and then pulled away he poked at the tentacle and then ran a finger down the length of the limb before he went to observe the one wing.
"I really like the color of your feathers..." He noted rather...randomly.

Lironax immediately stiffened as Pepper came behind him and whispered into his ear, arms going directly to his sides and blush returning in abundance. Did he know exactly what he was doing?! Lir's mind reeled with the implications of that thought, mortified if he didn't and a mixture of horrified and pleased if he didn't. He turned his head stiffly to look behind him, stuttering in his panic and momentarily forgetting to throw his voice, it returning to its high, but distinctly un-girlish pitch. "O-o-oh really? Th-that's- um- ah, that's a-"
He stopped as he went on his toes, biting almost through his lips as he fought to contain the immense moan that threatened to burst from his throat as Pepper drew a slow finger up his tentacle. The appendage itself quite enjoyed the feeling, and pushed itself further into Pepper's hand, while Lironax was practically paralyzed with how... good it felt. His hand gripped Pepper's pant leg as he tried to contain himself, not knowing what stupid thing he was going to do if this continued but knowing he wouldn't be able to stop it. The blush deepened even further. He was so embarrassed...

Pepper looked to Lironax when her voice changed, strange... his continued to observe the girl though the tentacle was now demanding attention from him. He chuckeled giving it light tickles with his claws as he didn't want to hurt it,
"Something wroo..." he started when suddenly the girl was clutching to his pants. He abandoned the tentacle to half turn to face with girl who was blushing furiously. Blinking he leaned in closer and lifted a hand to press it to her forhead.
"Your warm.." he stated as he let his hand linger a moment, "You feeling okay?" He inquired a tad concerned as he didn't want her to pass out.

Lironax whimpered quietly as Pepper did the absolute worst thing at the time and actually tickled his tentacle. The appendage wiggled happily and batted his hand for more touches, while Lironax himself nearly melted from the shivers of pleasure going up his spine. Dear Christ, that felt amazing... His grip on Pepper's pants tightened, the boy going on his tip-toes in an effort to keep from moaning in front of the other male again.
Golden eyes were opened a fraction of an inch when Lir felt the contact move from his tentacle to his forehead, and he craned his neck to look at the mildly concerned Pepper. He stammered for a few moments, heart beating a salsa rhythm against his chest, before he smiled nervously and slipped out of the other's grasp, more calmly this time. Or at least it seemed that way. He fidgeted with the edge of his dress as he focused his embarrassed gaze on a random patch of flowers. "Y-Yeah, I'm alright... Just... ah, a little embarrassed there..." Another nervous laugh emerged from his throat, and he glanced sidelong at the other spawn. "S-S-Sorry..."

Pepper watched Lironax with a semi serious worried expression, this girl didn't seem to be okay...despite what she was saying. Why was she acting like this? Did he do something to offend her? The grip on his pant leg he couldn't tell was a warning or if she wanted him to come closer. When she moved away from him he had to wonder if..she was really okay. She apologized to him but that didn't mean a lot to someone like Pepper.
Frowning he moved toward towards her again,
"You don't look okay, your face is all flushed..." He reached out to take her hand gently before surging forward and scooping the girl easily into his arms. He would carry her, least he could do right? Guys were suppose to do that for the girls? He wasn't really sure...not that he cared...he just didn't want her to faint on him.
"Come on, I'll take you somewhere you can sit down...maybe my room may be best.." He mused thinking outloud to himself as he started to trudge in the direction of his room. Of course...he underestimated how much Lironax weighed, so his arms were starting to hurt right away...

Lironax started and took a reflexive step back as Pepper stepped forward, cursing himself even as he did so. It wasn't that he didn't want Pepper's attention and affection; to be honest, part of him craved it. No, he was simply afraid of the repercussions if such actions were taken too far. He'd learned about hate crimes by now in school, especially some of the things that tended to happen to trans-girls. N- Not that Pepper would ever do anything like that! He was just... being careful...
Mind so busy reeling with this complication situation, Lironax didn't see Pepper reaching for him until he was in his arms. He gasped loudly, looking up at the other in open shock. Wh... What was this? He dared not to look into it too far, but you had to admit that it was pretty... romantic. Indeed, the boy's heart skipped a beat or two as he was carried to Pepper's room, glancing embarrassingly at the people the pair passed in the halls with a monster of a blush on his face.
"Ah... Well... Um... Well, if you think it's best," he replied in a small voice, one part of his mind hating the other for making certain assumptions about Pepper's actions. His tentacle wasn't helping either, what with it's gleeful clinging to Pepper's arm.

When he got to his room he pushed open the door with a foot and then hurried to put Lironax down. His arms definantely were not use to that sort of weight. He pressed his hand back against the girls forhead, it certianly was warm. Too warm.
"You sure your okay?" he inquired as he gently prodded her to lay down, "I'll go get you some water." He hurried off to the small kitchen before he came back making sure to lock the door so no annoying techs could bother them. He looked over Lir before rolling his neck to get the kinks out and his shoulders and then handed her the water.

Lironax let himself be put down with a quiet squeak when the pair reached Pepper's room, unwrapping his tentacle with a strong force of will. Trying to breathe evenly, he looked around the room, part of him repulsed that someone would actually live in this creepy place. His tentacle reached pitifully towards Pepper, twitching in glee when the other spawn lay his hand on Lir's forehead. It was only just that Lir was able to keep the tentacle from latching onto Pepper's wrist, and he smiled in embarrassment at the other's question. He was too flustered to ever say anything intelligent to the other boy anymore.
When Pepper left, he immediately sat up, heart racing as his mind thought about what was happening. He was alone, with a boy, in a boy's room. That had only ever happened with Aludra, and that was back when it didn't even really count. His mind couldn't help generating some hypotheses that were heavily based on wishful thinking, and so he started with a blush when Pepper returned and handed him the water.
Smiling nervously, he took the glass, taking a small sip. "Th-Thank you. But I'm fine, really..." he trailed off, wondering if that was really true. Aw hell, he didn't even know anymore.

Pepper blniked looking at the tentacle as it seemed to want his attention. He gave a playful grin as he stroked it with one long light drag of his claw along the length.
"Friendly...does it have a name?" He inquired as he knew Adriel's tentacles had names.. he wasn't sure about Iah. He desperately wanted to chew on it, get to know the friendly tentacle better. But he chewed on everyone he liked so it was hard to not want to chew on Lironax as well.
Given how Lir reacted last time though...he wasn't sure if it was a good idea. Her face was still flushed despite she kept telling him he was fine he didn't believe it for a second.
"Something troubling you? You seem...out of breath...and your face is still red..." He pushed.
