Chache licked Caide's face fondly, beaming down at him, her tail wagging a mile a minute. She nodded eagerly to show she understood, slowly backing off of him with that bright smile of hers. Yeah, they had to get the perfect den! A big one, close to both of their jobs, and big enough for lots of little lions...
But she could see Caide wasn't thinking of that. And she didn't mind. Caide liked to take things slow, she'd learnt, and that was fine. She was happy to take things slow, as long as they ended up somewhere eventually. And she could tell Caide liked her, just like she liked him. He was just more uncomfortable with showing it. Purring, she nuzzled his muzzle.

That smile was contagious. It made Caide beam as well, just as bright and wide as her own. His tail flicked behind him happily and he got up again, chuckling and nosing against her. Ok, so they could start looking for dens sometime within the next few days. He had to bring this up to his mother soon, though. She didn't know he was thinking of moving out of the den. Honestly, he didn't know how she'd take it.
"Ok, so... Since it's getting late, why don't we head out..?" He said, tilting his head to the side, waiting for her reaction.

He was smiling too! Yay! At least he was happy! Smiling, Chache bounced around Caide merrily, nodding enthusiastically at his suggestion. It was getting late - she'd been working practically all day. Wide smile decreasing to a small, sweeter one, she nuzzled his cheek with ehr own, purring loudly as she began back towards the dens, glancing behind her to make sure he was following before continuing onwards, knowing she'd sleep well tonight...
