the only thing i'm afraid might happen b/c of the wing span is that the tank will be covered in the bg. any suggestions we might want to do about the tank? should we leave it in?

We can fiddle around with the composition a little, perhaps just scale the girl down a little so that the tank isn't completely covered. Having it covered a little is fine though.
Did we have a set resolution we had to work at? If we could sneak it in to make it wider, might be nice. Also if we scale the girl down, to make up for her height we could have the flag or a pennant flowing. Just ideas, no idea how they'd actually work...

i thought they wanted to stick with 8 1/2 x 11...normal paper size. i was considering just trying to scale her. we'll see how it goes. that's all we can hope for really..lol

okay....so this took me longer to get done than i thought it would. was having to do overtime at work everday and was on vacation all last week out of state. so i got off my but yessterday and worked out the back ground and overlayed the character. i tried a couple of different sizes of the character to see what would look better.   (bigger character than the first one)

i kinda like the bigger one too..since emphasis is mainly on the character. the BG is just added goodness...lol.

i agree! i always liked that character-sticking-out-of-the-background effect, so emphasizing that more looks better imo =)

Oh, I thought you were going to ink it too. surprised Sorry, I've been so busy with the holidays I haven't been stopping by much! if you want me to start coloring it now, if you have any higher res versions, I'd appreciate it. biggrin I might have to start after the new year though, I'm not sure I'll have time between now and then. >.>
