Oh God, I hate to admit this but I got talked into reading the Twilight series. I must admit the first book was really good, but I'm not as impressed with the rest. I'm finding the last one to be a bit of a let down but Im not done yet so I'll hold off on fully judging it. It could pick up.

The first book, although not well written, was a good story so the quality of writing doesn't even matter to me. The other books in the series are nowhere near as good.

Well, the Pride and Prejudice book hasn't come in yet but I got Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters and so far I'm enjoying it. I'm also most of the way through Dracula after 3 years of reading it. XD

I'm currently re-reading a book that's one of my faves!! Its called"The Drawing of the Dark" by Tim Powers. Its an awesome fantasy tale with historical roots. Give it a try!! cool

I just finished (until 3/15/10 when the next one comes out) The maximum ride series by James patterson and am currently reading his knew book "Witch and Wizard"

I have to read Machiavelli's The Prince over winter break . . . not really looking forward to that. sad
Also for Christmas I got Libba Bray's new book, Going Bovine. It is so good! It's really sad, but really awakening and refreshing. I love it.

I am currently reading The Swords of the Six by Scott Appleton. I just started reading it last week. So far it's about a white dragon who's raising his six human daughters (they were hatched from eggs) to save human and dragon kind from dark forces, and each of them are given the swords of his old followers; five of which had betrayed him and his allies in a battle against an evil black dragon.

Im reading Anne Rice's Interview With a Vampire. I have been on a really big reading kick lately, and just bought three books, this being the last one I bought. Now I have to go buy more!

Rose_spells I've got A Curious Case of the Dog in the Night Time for one of my classes. I have only gotten through the first few pages, but I've got until the 2nd to finish and understand it. smile

I am reading the third book of a trilogy called The Amber Spyglass which is by Phillip Pullman. I am totally loving it right now. Im so addicted xD
