 Sensis smiled slightly and wrinkled his nose when he felt what seemed to be leaves, maybe flowers tickling it.
They smelled like apples as well, so he mumbled quietly. "They smell nice. Are they apple blossom's?"
He leaned in further to smell them again, they were so soft and wonderful. He had never smelled anything like them before and with the other pony standing next to him, the scent was even stronger.
"Oh, how stupid of me.." He lowered his head, his voice becoming even more quiet and he kicked at the ground with his hooves. "My name..is Sensis. I suppose I should've said that earlier."

 At something of a loss, Apple Blossom merely nodded. Then, realising that the other pony wouldn't see that, she took hold of a strand of his hair and ever-so-gently pulled on it once.
Her eyes widened somewhat, then. A smile crept onto her face and she repeated his name to herself, "...Sensis."
Now she wanted, even more, to tell him her name. Her eyes narrowed the slightest bit and she took the apple blossoms again and once again pressed them to his nose. Then, instead of pressing her nose to his, she turned her head and rubbed her mane against his cheek.

Smelling the apple blossoms when she pressed them against his nose, he gave her another small smile, mumbling quietly.
"I know you are trying to tell me something..."
He leaned toward her when she brushed her mane against his cheek, she smelled just like the flowers pressed against the tip of his nose. "Your name maybe?"
He lowered his head in deep thought for a few minutes, the simplest things were always so difficult and he could only imagine how frustrating this was for the other pony. Finally he put two and two together...
"Apple Blossom?"

Apple Blossom pressed her cheek against Sensis' cheek as she giggled softly, Surely he can feel that. she thought to herself. After a moment she pulled gently on a strand of hair.
She pulled only hard enough for him to feel it, but she still worried about hurting him. She gazed around, her wings fluttering as she did, aggrivating all the wonderful scents surrounding the two ponies.
Suddenly she butted her head softly against Sensis' side, then laid her head on his back. Apple Blossom silently contemplated things the two ponies could do, but it was difficult, not being able to communicate so well.

"So you're name is Apple Blossom?" Sensis leaned into her touch for just a moment and then felt the tug for "yes" on his hair.
"It's a pretty name.."
He nodded once, lifting his head up to stand straight, feeling the vibration of her laughter against his cheek. He smiled again and then the sent of strawberries was in the air, mixed with the scent of the apple blossoms.
"Are you carrying..strawberries?" He felt her nudge his side and then rest her head against his back, this must be terribly difficult for her he thought.

Of course, Apple Blossom knew that it was even more difficult for Sensis, not being able to see or hear... But it didn't make it any easier for her; and he was a very sweet pony- at least so far.
She pulled away and sighed quietly to herself, then tugged twice on her choice strand of hair.
After a moment, Apple Blossom craned her neck up to rub her muzzle against the top of his head.

Kicking his front hoof against the grass lazily, he lowered his head a bit before leaning into her to nuzzle the side of her neck gently.
Taking another deep breath to let the smell of apples and strawberries fill his lungs, he sighed quietly before mumbling.
"I'm sorry.. I know this must be difficult for you. You're probably asking yourself why of all the ponies, you had to stumble across me hmm? Why not one of the other ponies who can actually see and hear."
He started to shy away from her slightly, backing right into the tree they were standing next to, stumbling slightly before catching his balance.
"Not some freak like me.." He furrowed his brows before stepping away from the tree carefully.

Apple Blossom all but purred when Sensis nuzzled back against her. It was odd, being so intimate with another pony, but there was really little choice when it came to this one.
...Then he sighed. Eyes widening, Apple Blossom froze... He pulled away and...
She hadn't thought anything like that at all! She stood perfectly still, completely unsure of how she should reply or what she should even do right now.
After some seconds of nearly total silence, she released a breath she hadn't even been aware she was holding. Closing the distance between Sensis and herself, she pressed her nose softly to his and then stepped even closer, rubbing her cheek against his.
She rested her head on the back of his neck and moved her head left and right, a silent "no," and though he couldn't hear it, she spoke the word softly, "No, not at all." her throat vibrating softly against his neck as she spoke.

Sensis stood still when she pressed up against him and rest her head against the back of his neck, he felt the shake of his head and that made him feel almost ashamed for the little outburst he just had.
He lowered his head slightly, letting out another quiet sigh before mumbling just loud enough for her to hear.
"I apologize. I'm not used to this.."
He shifted his weight in his body so that he was leaning more toward her and he began speaking again, very quietly. "I'm not used to being around other ponies. This is all very new to me, so if I do something to upset you or something that displeases you, please know that I am truly sorry and I don't mean to do it."

Apple Blossom shook her head against him again, repeating the word once more, "No." It was nothing he needed to apologise for, but that was too many words to convey all at once.
Her eyes narrowed as he continued to speak, but she simply nuzzled her cheek against the back of his head comfortingly. Apple Blossom pulled away from Sensis, just long enough to sit herself down, then butted his hank from her lower angle.

Sensis laughed quietly when he felt the bump to his hank and nodded once.
"Alright, alright.. Enough of that talk then."
He moved around carefully, making sure not to step on her as he lowered down onto all fours next to her, tucking his front legs underneath himself slowly.
"It's getting a little chilly out now, the sun must be going down.."
He cocked his head to the side, shifting his weight to lean toward her, his tail moving from side to side absently, hitting against the grass.

Absently, Apple Blossom scooted towards Sensis, mostly for warmth. He was correct- it was getting chilly- and she was particularly sensitive to heat and cool.
Apple Blossom's wings flitted, mostly out of boredom. She leaned her head against Sensis' neck and hummed a little tune, her throat pressing against him.

Feeling the flutter of her wings against his side, he jumped slightly before turning his head in her direction, speaking quietly.
"What was that? I can smell the strawberries again.."
He was begging to think that maybe she was a pony made out of fruit, he wished so much that he could see her, even if he couldn't hear her, things would be so much easier if he could just see. But that wasn't going to be happening anytime soon.
He did know now that the smell of strawberries was definitely coming from her. "Wings maybe? You have wings, don't you?"
He gave her a small smile and a gentle nudge.

With a giggle, Apple Blossom pulled her head away when Sensis jumped. It wasn't something that crossed her mind to inform him, and if it had been she wasn't sure how she would have done it, anyway.
A smile of her own plastered itself on Apple Blossom's face and she nudged back, nodding with her cheek against his.
Despite the difficulty of their conversation, shew as enjoying Sensis' company very much; it was both a learning experience for her and something else she couldn't quite place her hoof on. Whatever it was, she was happy to be here with him, she just wished she could tell him as much.

Feeling the nod of her head, he gave her an accomplished smile, resting against her side gently.
"So you do have wings..."
He mumbled quietly, tilting his head to the side to move a stray piece of his mane to the side. "I bet they are beautiful."
The wind started to pick up and it sent a chill through him, causing him to move closer toward her for warmth. "I felt something on your forehead as well when we were speaking earlier, it was soft, but it didn't quite feel like hair. Let's see if I can guess what that is also."
He ducked his head down slightly, leaning it towards her so that she could brush whatever it was against his head.
