Fenrir Graveheart The darkness only helped to better hide Hirose as he glared down at Katsuro. This was Zane and Sephiroth's fight, nobody elses. Hirose decided to teach these dishonorable cur a lesson and flashed a number of seals. A large dark thunder cloud formed, but amongst the other dark clouds Sephiroth summoned it would be unnoticable. Almost immediately it began sending random but very powerful bolts of lightning down upon those below, starting with the one closest in its path, Katsuro. Invisible within the darkness of the clouds, Hirose began to flash another long stream of seals. If this shinobi wouldn't leave, then Hirose would defend the battle with everything he had.((Call of Thunder)) ((xD though he cannot exactly see you through the haze, demon cat means he can smell you....nice lol))

Nitoru's eyes darkened as he felt one of his shinobi arrive. Katsuro had flown above the fog.
"Fool.... but he's one of mine." The Amekage stood up and thrust his hands down at the ground, blasting himself up above the mists. He flew up between Katsuro and the gathering lightning, his hands sliding through another chain of seals. He threw one hand up to his mouth, drawing in a deep breath.
Fuuton: Mugen Sajin Daitoppa! He exhaled a ferocious torrent of wind towards the clouds nearest them, forcing them back and away, swallowing the lightning within them. He landed on an orb of wind he had summoned quickly as he began his descent. He grabbed at the back of Katsuro's collar.
"Settle down Katsuro!" He shouted in his shinobi's ear. He turned his attention back towards the chakra source that had laced the attack at his chuunin, his eyes tight as he put his hand up towards it. Silver chakra began gleaming along his arm as he readied his own jutsu.
((Okuridashi Kaze, Mugen Sajin Daitoppa, and the Wind Rider used here.
Sorry... I just screwed up some of the storm clouds....shishishishi Oh, and I'm not seeing anyone but Katsurok, since I went above the mist. Since Hirose is in the clouds, I'm using the chakra tracking part of my kekkei genkai to know his general location.))

Katsuro was angry. Angry for himself and angry to Sephiroth, his brother to leave him. "Gah! Let me go! Sephiroth!!"" He yelled out, still mad.

Feeling where the strange blast of wind came from due to his clan nature, Hirose concentrated on the area while finishing up his seals. Dark clouds, rain and thunder appeared around HIrose, but that was already happening everywhere around him so the effects would be covered up, leaving whoever was in the path of his next attack completely unaware.
((Here comes the BOOM!))

Nitoru grunted and pulled Katsuro against him. He felt the chakra building up around them, and knew better than to stay around. He ran through a chain of seals quickly, knowing they had little time to get out of the way of that attack.
"Kaiton: Shunshin no Jutsu!" he shouted out into the darkness.
Fire bloomed across the sky, burning away the top layer of the mist. The clouds were lit with red light as the fiery blast rocked through them. A large streak of fire shot away, towards the Mizukage's Office.

A single kunai streaked across Hirose's front, it was far enough away that it would never harm him and yet it was close enough to serve as a warning. "I certainly hope a great kage such as yourself would never dream of harming a lesser ranked shinobi within the confines of my village." The emotionless voice of a boy called out from below. A rather recharged Rein was the source of the voice as he rose into the sky atop of the back of his faithful and beautiful companion, Hyousetsu. The bird left a trail of snowfall in her wake and her sapphire blue eyes pierced though the stormy veil, Reiniku's face was grave and yet calm at the same time as he held no emotion. "Otherwise I may have to step in myself....And no one wants to fight a Mizukage on his own turf. Especially when I have all of these beautiful droplets of water at my disposal." Rein finished his sentence as he gathered five of the drops with his water manipulation, twirling them around his right hand before all five of them rapidly froze while in motion due to Rein's kekkei genkai, creating several sharp senbon shaped icicles that Rein caught in his hand, holding them between his fingers as he sighed softly. "But of course if you wish to continue to hide behind those clouds I should warn you that any mist shinobi and his mother could see though those, we are used to the misty veil of ground-born clouds, and these ones in the sky are no different..." None of Rein's entire statement had been threatening besides the creation of the ice senbon as Rein would leave it to Hirose to choose the outcome though his own actions.

Hirose glanced at Rein. "My only wish is to watch the outcome of this battle without interruption. Fighting you is irrelevent, and would only help to hinder my desires." he said in a clear, calm manner before turning his gaze back to the fight between Sephiroth and Zane.

Shruikan Tenshi Sephiroth smiled slightly seeing Zane's wings. So he has improved.... He thought as his own wings opened and he flew upwards and appeared out of the haze. For everyone on the ground they wouldn't be able to see the fight, which if they were an enemy of Sephiroth's it could be dangerous for them. Sephiroth got leveled with Zane smiling. "Well....I must say I never expected you to have wings of ice...with your chakra in it I obviously cannot alter it however...your not out of the clear just yet" He said as he made handsigns so fast it seemed all he did was raise one hand in the air. Slowly the sky grew darker, and thunder echoed in the distance. Sephiroth smiled as he pointed his masamune at Zane. "I hope your ready....its time to see who will prevail....and who will parish..." He said softly as the sky continued to grow darker. An oncoming storm almost seeming to be coming. Sephiroth's chakra was all in the sky. To any shinobi, this would appear odd but nothing they can really think of. To Rain shinobi.....its a totally different ball game.
This technique is but a powerful one. The user weaves together handsigns and the sky grows very dark for the first post. The next post it starts raining very heavily in the entire topic area which the rain is beating down hard. Visibility is slightly affected but the opponents movements are hampered greatly, holes and slopes become lakes quickly and all around this provides the user with advantages to use techniques easier. This downpour of rain lasts a total of 10 posts, and even aferward it continues to rain normally for another 10 posts. This could easily flood a village quickly, except for the Rain ((obviously))((I thought I'd make it more epic! whats better then two powerful shinobi clashing with a storm coming! though....the mist will be flooded. but hey its the msit)) [1] "Tch...as if..." Zane stated as he clutched tighter unto his blade. His chakra pouring out with a tint of blue as he raised his sword into the sky. "DEMONIC ICE DRAGON!" Zane cried out as he slashed downwards, his chakra flowing out from the tip of the sword, taking the form of an ice chinese dragon. The dragon zigzagged through the sky as the tail disconnected from the blade, now having a mind of its own. The dragon roared as it attempted to overtake Sephiroth, freezing him in an icy prison. While the dragon blocked Sephiroth's sight from Zane, seeing as the dragon was so big, Zane dissapeared from sight and flew above Sephiroth, forming the seals and gathering his chakra for his next attack.

"Glad you see things my way..." Rein muttered still emotionlessly before Hyousetsu entered a series of spiraling circles that carried both Rein and herself back down to the ground. Rein himself stepping off as he pulled his hat over his head to keep the light and forming rain off of his face, "Well now....I certainly hope Blade didn't bring me out here just to stand in the rain..." Rein muttered in a slightly annoyed voice, I could be back at the warm, dry and coffee serving office right now filling out paperwork. But no, I just had to stand out here in the rain all day. Rein thought, It was obviously annoying him to be out here for no particular reason and yet he would remain, he wanted to keep an eye on Hirose.

Sephiroth smiled as he watched the ice dragon rush towards him. As the dragon was getting closer Sephiroth flew down slightly making one handed handsigns and the dragon continued going down towards him. During this the clouds overhead gathered fully and begins to rain, harder and harder, eventually a full blown monsoon was raging, which would slow anyone in the rain due to the heavy storm and Sephiroth's chakra weighing them down. Now it was time for Sephiroth to return the dragon as he aimed his sword at the dragon and it exploded with light, and a huge dragon of lightning emerged from it. Naturally ice was weak of lightning so this would destroy the dragon of ice and continue to plow into Zane. However there was a problem for him, and the others around. Due to the monsoon and the lightning dragon flying through it, all in the rain would be eletricuted, primarily the ice dragon and Zane, due to them being the closest. Sephiroth would be unharmed by this due to his bloodline. The dragon was bright and so big it would block Zane's sight of Sephiroth not to mention the rain itself hampers the visibility, who was focusing on his chakra, preparing another attack.

Zean walked nonchalantly over to Rein and smiled. Zean still wasn't wearing his weight or shirt which meant he could easily engage in combat at any time. Slowly he talked, "So, seems were at par now. I'm guessing your Genjutsu is still as vicious as ever." Zean's body had a general heat of about 130F if he did not compress it, which he wasn't. He took a few breathes and began to ponder to where he could find body's. But the Rain pondered down and him, which generated heat, and lowered to temperature back to normal.

Hirose continued to watch the battle emotionlessly. Then a white whispy gas started gushing out from his clothes and roll over him as it rose higher into the air. White smoke? No..it was steam. "Fool, as if threats could sway my actions." he muttered to himself. Truth was he didn't see anything Rein's way. He would attack those who tried to interrupt Zane's fight, and no one else. If Rein made the slighest move to aid Zane, Hirose would strike him down long before he could complete the distance.

This jutsu creates a lightning jolt in the air, from which a dragon comes out, striking at the enemy, and giving him big lightning damage))
