I definitely like the darker hair. Not only do I think he looks "hotter", I think it fits him better- Though admittedly it took some getting used to.

I liked his original hair color better to be honest. The black isn't bad, but the blonde made him look more friendly and it went better with his old clothing.

It definitely does take some getting used to, but I kind of prefer Ian's current darker hair color. Not that the blond wasn't gorgeous, of course!

Correction. LIam looked like Ian, not the other way around. LIam was introduced after Ian as a sort of rival. It was funny. I always thought there were too many blonds in the storyline (before the extra shop owners showed up) but I never expected them to change Ian's hair color. Considering his mother had blond hair, they didn't have to change his hair color. They coulda left it blond.
I wouldn't say I like him better either way, because no one Ian is better then the other. He still has a kind, compassionate face that expresses who he is. His eyes, though black now, still shine with a gentle demeanor. I miss seeing him with blond hair, but the black is who he is now. I have my SDPlus dolls to remind me of his blond locks, so I'm not too put out.
