It's scary crossing the street as a pedestrian, once I was crossing the street and I had to stop halfway across to let some guy turn right (he'd started turning and hadn't even seen me neutral ) and then once I was stupid and crossed the street when I wasn't supposed to it was scary but my fault. I usually run across the street quickly because I don't like to keep people waiting 3nodding

It is scary though what some people do, or when you think a driver/pedestrian sees you and they don't. Once my foot got ran over by a car when I was scootering because I thought the car had seen me and so didn't slow down, and right when I went off the sidewalk the car started turning right... ya, I think that time was partially my fault and partially theirs. I'd thought they'd seen me because they'd looked right at me, but I guess they were just checking for traffic.

I run across as well.
Figure it's common courtesy. But.... Not quite as common.

Darwin is crying.
This is one very probable cause of why there are so many un-inteligent people in the world anymore, because you can't do anything to them or teach them. So many useless OBVIOUS warning labels, so many missed trial and errors to gain knowledge.
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show. I wonder how this warning label got established... oh that's right, some guy probably put his dog in the microwave and then sued the microwave company due to his ignorance that this would obviously kill his dog.

I think it was some old gal who put her cat in the microwave, 'cause there was no warning.
Then some guy who put his dog in there, 'cause it warned against putting a cat inside.

Or possibly the other way 'round. User Image

D: Some Swedish chainsaw company had to put a warning on their chainsaws advising people to "not operate with genitals"

It's sad to know that somebody tried to do that.

I assumed alcohol was involved when I came across that one.
