((I kinda sped up the walking process a bit xD Hope yall dont mind?))
Maaika, already on her way towards the captain and the other person, felt that they were coming towards her as well. Well, ain't this lovely? She thought to herself, her country slur that she picked up proved prevalent whenever she expressed her feelings. At this thought, she crinkled her nose slightly but still ever careful about letting people read her too well. She never liked the idea of someone being with her or worse, she absolutely despised the idea of someone looking for her. In her experiences, it's always been bad.
Now out of the forest and into town, Maaika quickly blended in with the multitude of people that crowded the dusty, narrow streets. Though the hat that she 'borrowed' greatly reduced her vision, she was glad that it hid her, to some, shockingly pale blond hair that contrasts with her dark undertones. That would have attracted some unwanted attention from people, especially the ones in the troubling District 80. It didn't take as long as she expected before they came into view. A smile quickly formed on her lips. Half forced habit, half of relief and happiness to see the captain commander well. Her bright blue eyes shifted quickly to the figure beside the captain for a fraction of a second.
"Hey captaaaain!" She greeted him with a huge smile and waved despite the distance still between them. "And Quellu too." Maaika didn't know the girl too well but well enough to remember her name.

 Yu raised his hand and waved to the young girl, although he was a little bemused that she was dressed in street clothing. "Ah there you are Maaika." The commander smiled and looked at Quellu briefly, "You missed a good fight...but it seems..." He looked at her again, "That you had your own battles to fight." On the other hand he could say he won his battle, this young student of his had saved him from potential death. He would have to start working on that seal, even a little strength would be a good idea, especially if all the districts were like this, he couldn't wait to get closer, Rukongai was a peaceful district, he used to take long walks through there.

Quellu found herself following a few steps behind her captain,
he usually knew what to do but she couldn't help feeling like
the Captain wasn't exactly sure this time.
Although they met a fellow officer, Quellu didn't know who
she was but the girl seemed to know her name so she
smiled politely.

Sumiko wandered into the conversation by mistake but could feel a bit of tenseness in the room.
"Oops....heh heh. Im sorry was I interrupting you all?"

Yu looked over sharply, the new presence had been a complete shock to him, however he felt spiritual pressure, reiatsu, the black uniform indicated who she was. A shinigami.
Simply bowing his head to recognize the new person he turned towards her, his hand clearly not on the hilt of his Zanpakuto, although he stood so that he would be ready to draw it in a fraction of a second if need be.
"Who might you be?"

"Oh I am Sumiko- i guess you would call me a new recruit?" She replied while shrugging her shoulders slightly.

If Seireitei were still active, as it seemed, then why had he been ambushed like this? Something wasn't right, but, she did have a legitimate uniform.
"A new recruit..." He was tempted to ask some probing questions, but instead he decided he wanted to figure out why he had been ambushed.
"Well you're not interrupting us. Why are you here?" He stood straight letting her know he wasn't as cautious of her anymore.

Quellu for the moment wondered what the girl was talking
about. They were outside, why would she be talking about
looking for a bathroom. She figured sarcasm, but she was
also a little curious. A recent graduate would normally be
with their patrol at this time of day.
Stepping to the side of the commander she whispered into
his ear, pulled up the hood she was still wearing and
promptly disappeared in between the buildings and the tree's.
Instead of hanging around Quellu was going to do
some reconnaissance, no doubt there'd be more bandits in
the area itching for a fight and they needed to avoid them.

Yu doubted that someone would come all the way out here for "the bathroom" but he wasn't going to pry. She didn't really have any reason that prevented her from being out here, nor did she have to disclose anything to him.
"Well we're heading back to Seireitei, you're welcome to join us." At that point Quellu whispered in his ear and promptly disappeared at his acknowledgement. Quellu also doubted the girls excuse, which is part of the reason she'd gone on ahead.
He turned to Maaika, "I think we should get moving...that direction." He raised his hand up, not quite in the direction of Seireitei but to its left, he wondered if the same thing that had happened here would happen in other places.

Sumiko said while feeling the sense of not being trusted by the others.
She started to walk very slowly and was trying to look around for something without being noticed by the others.

Maaika studied the new girl that just joined the informal circle, Sumiko, curiously. Judging from just her outward appearance, she looked dangerous. She didn't seem like the type that would saunter up to them and lie though. Maaika still had her guard up just in case but didn't expect anything much from the new girl.
Glancing questioningly after Quellu, Maaika shot a puzzled glance at Yu. Since she could blend in a lot better, she was lost as to why she didn't get sent to go. Or moreover, why did the girl offer to go anyways?
"Okay," She said. "Let's go then." She then proceeded on to asking him about what happened when he first arrived here to have met Quellu.

(No, we moved from that area, but there are no people around us really)
Yu nodded and also started walking, but soon found he was ahead of the group although Maaika was to the side of him. Suddenly he felt like he was surrounded by girls.
"...it was all rather embarrassing actually...I got ambushed in a fight I couldn't handle." He glanced back to where he'd come from then back to where he was going, making sure to avoid a large rock that threatened to trip him up, "She...rescued me...at least that is what I think she was trying to do."

"Oh," Maaika laughed, not tauntingly but at the way he chose to explain everything. "Well that's rather unlucky." She meant the situation with his seal. "Mine wore off as soon as I arrived here. Are ya plannin' to get yer seal taken off right now?" She lowered her voice near the end so that it was just loud enough for Yu to hear but quiet enough for the girl walking behind them not to notice anything.

The buildings eventually grew less frequent as they traveled and eventually, they turned into tree's as they now found themselves walking through a forest.
"Unfortunately my seal is taking longer to wear off...the most I can do with my reiatsu is light the path ahead of me." Although he didn't care to demonstrate that. Instead he turned back to the young shinigami walking behind them.
"Exactly what do you specialize in?" Yu asked. So far he had only a small compliment of soldiers until he met up with the others. Why hadn't they all came at the same place... there was definitely something afoot. Until he found out however he was going to have to utilize everything he had.
