As they walked she smiled at some of the things he said but stuck her tongue out at others. His success rate was about fifty-fifty. “You know, even my brothers could do better than this. You’re not supposed to talk about yourself – you’re supposed to talk about me.” She sighed dramatically.

Not talk about him self? This was going to be harder then the young cub had first thought. He was so interesting a topic. The male looked up at the sky for a moment as the two paced along, what to say what to say. He didn't know this female well even though the two were from the same clan.
"I think you could probably out swim me," D'oh, he had mentioned him self in that last sentence.

Kissy spouted a curt, unbecoming laugh that sounded like a hog snorting and grinned. “No duh. Hey, you wanna have a swimming race? I bet it’d be fun!”
In that instant she seemed to forget entirely about her orders for him to find something pretty and shower her in compliments. Kissy was an athlete at heart. There was nothing she loved more than running and jumping and swimming – she was a dancer, a sprinter, a tumbler and a twister. She felt positively certain she would beat him just like he said she would.
If Kupa said no she'd just order him to do it anyway.

Noel gave a smile. Swimming! He'd never done that before! But he always wanted to be invited to try it.
"Y-you want to go swimming with me?" Noel did a little playful bounce, "Okay! I'll go with you!" The cub gave her one of his big charming, dim witted, smiles and started off in the WRONG direction.
Yeah, he'd been to where the water was before but the cub had the worst memory and worst direction giving skill ever.
"Gonna go swimming ~ with another handsome cub~ " The lion sang as he went the wrong direction.

“Noel!! Wait!” Kissy called to him, but he was already way far away. That’s boys for you, she thought to herself. How did the parastars manage to survive without lionesses to take care of them? She giggled anyway and gave chase. Even though they were running in the wrong direction, Kissy loved running almost as much as she loved swimming. She wanted to catch up to Noel to tell him how stupid he was and called after him as she ran.
