Lady Kira X Wait... why in the world would you be reading a chapter about american bathroom behaviors in English class >_>
What is that? DX That is strange. O.o I never read about other countries' bathroom habits.. except for that whole bit about when England used to throw their waste out the window.. or was that America..? Err.. but anyhowzles, the only reason it was even in there was because they were talking about how some plague was being spread cause people were so unsanitary/not all that smart. Lol... they were burning dead infectious bodies.. and then therefore infecting the air. Just not smart. Now that I think of it, that had to be America, lol.

About Americans being self centered..I think that's true. We think we're cooler than everyone else because we're "smarter" or "got the bombs" We should learn waay more about other countries and stuff!! Cause they learn about us!!

Nothing wrong with it either. Actually, there might be. Supposedly the more you dawdle on the toilet, the more likely you are to get hemorrhoids. gonk Supposedly it's the shape of the toilet seat..

but.. D: I dont think so.. I've never been in there that long before o.o;
Beside.. when people get hemorrhoids they have to sit on those donut ring pillows... Isnt that basically the same thing? o.O kinda..

I've been there. biggrin We were on a cruise when I was a kid. It was fun.

Well, when I lived in Canada, my friend would take the phone to the restroom when she went.
It was always kinda awkward for me to be on the phone with her, and then hear her starting to pee...
Lately she's been bringing the laptop in with her. With the webcam on. eek

I don't see why someone would consider putting carpeting in the bathroom. To me that just seems like one of the worst things someone can do. Plus, there have already been examples of why having carpeting is a bad idea. 3nodding I have never seen any bathroom with carpeting before. I knew one person who had a father (I think it was their father, stepfather or something like that) that read a specific magazine in the bathroom, but that is all.
Was the story fiction or non-fiction? I am just wondering why a book would have descriptions of a bathroom... question question
@Dysfunctional Underwear-- eek That is strange...she didn't have any problem at all? I would be completely uncomfortable...

There was a interview with Linus Torvald, or whatever...
I have a hard time taking my cell phone into the washroom even...
I couldn't imagine answering it in there!

I don't really like public bathrooms. sweatdrop Then again, I don't think people jump up and down going 'Yes! I just used a public restroom that makes a total of 8 this time this week! Yes! Yes! Yes! xd ' That would actually be kind of creepy sweatdrop ...lol smile

I hate public restrooms..
Yet.. I would rather use them than the two restrooms I have at my house.
I only use my parents bathroom.

I have a friend who will call me on her cell when she's in the bathroom. I hate that. I always tell her to call be back when she's done. Just too weird for me!
