"Yes actually, and here's something new...the Kiri Training Facility DOES have an underground area. It was built for whenenver the village would attack that's where all the students and women would go and hide. It's got plenty of space and food supplies," Zane pointed out. "If you want lead the way," Zane said as the ice in the room melted away, the water eveporating completely not leaving a single wet spot.

Nodding as he carefully tied the scroll up, Luo opened the door and walked out of the hallway, bowing briefly to his father and grandfather as he headed towards the training facility. "There is something we must do father." Laughing, his father waved them goodbye. "You two are inseparable."

"You know us Mr. Ushio," Zane laughed as he followed Luo out the door and to the training facility after bowing to Luo's father and grandfather. After all this time, they were the closest thing to a father and grandfather that Zane ever had.

High above Hirose flew around on a ball of swirling wind. He looked around the area the clone Zane had pointed to and eventually found the compound, using his bird's eye view to his advantage. He saw two small dots move toward what looked like the training facility back in the village, and so Hirose flew towards it.

As Luo came home, he greeted his family before heading to his room in the main hall. Taking a long shower, Luo stood in the water contemplating the events of the past few days. They were strange indeed. But his biggest contemplation, was Zane's reason for doing what he had done. As he dried himself off and changed, Luo went to the kitchen and prepared himself some noodles and sat alone, eating in silence. He liked the silence of the house when everyone had retreated to their rooms. He thought about his accomplishments. He'd managed to save both Konoha, and Kiri from utter destruction, although he knew the former he would get no praise for from the Hokage. He sighed solemnly as he looked up at the clock. Despite his nickname, there really was no praise for most of the things he did.

As time drew nigh, he put his bowl away and washed it. He then walked quietly to his room to get some rest. When morning arrived, Luo went through almost the exact same ritual. His first order of business was meditating in the middle of the pond in the cherry blossom garden. He was always the first man awake at the crack of dawn, and the morning mist in Kiri was especially enticing. It was said that whispers of knowledge flowed within this mist, which was why Luo always meditated at this time. As he meditated, he practiced his sage arts for suiton. If anyone saw what he was doing while meditating, they would have guessed that he was in some sort of strange malfunction as water clones and reflection clones appeared and fell apart, and jutsu from academy up to chuunin rank seemed to pop up left and right. The man's mastery of water manipulation was so great, that water seemed to be drawn to him, a double heelix of water swirling around him and lifting him up, causing him to seem as if he were floating. After this morning ritual, he took a shower and put on his normal attire, eating a large breakfast. He hadn't had the chance to do that in ages. By seven thirty, he was in the practice fields, training all three kiri taijutsu that he knew, as well as the one sand village taijutsu as well. By eight thirty, the man was done and leaving his house while everyone else began waking up. He bowed to his family as he left for the Mizukage's office. He hoped today was a better day.

Returning to his house in a spray of mist, Luo sighed. The fight was more anticlimactic then it should have been. He didn't know the rank of the man he killed, but it certainly wasn't difficult. He hoped to god that wasn't their leader. Walking into his house, he brewed a pot of tea and sat in silence. As it finished brewing, he poured a cup and turned on the small radio. The classical station he kept it on soothed his nerves. He was annoyed with how many attacks he had sustained in the past two weeks.

Blade entered the compound and looked around as he grinned. It was one of the few places him and Zane had destroyed. He knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer.

With a sigh, Luo opened the door. He'd felt and saw the harshness of the zero wave from his home. And he knew exactly who it was who'd done it. Staring at Blade, Luo muttered, "What do you want?" He wasn't particularly in a good mood. He'd seen some of Blades insects flying around and certain flight patterns meant attacks. And he'd seen more than a few attack patterns fly over his home.

"So do you have any idea what just happened in your village Luo?" Blade aaked him as he stretched his muscles out and fixed his sunglasses. As he did so, a single roach scurried past Luo and inside the building. Blade stood there smiling. The upcoming turn of events that have transgressed through Kirigakure amused him, they finally achieved some sort of peace, the rebuilding woudl be tough but at least they now had time off.

Reaching into his pouch, Luo threw a single senbon behind him without looking, as it stabbed through the roach's mid-section, his left eye catching the movement of the insect. "If you're gonna try and do something stupid like that, do it when I'm not facing you." Luo took personal offense to what he had just done. He had nothing to hide in his own home, but didn't like Blade trying to spy on him. Blankly, he stared into the man's eyes, seeming to bypass the sunglasses he wore. "You and Zane for some ungodly reason thought it would be a great idea to destroy all the important buildings. I wasn't summoned by anyone so I'm assuming no one was hurt. That just means Zane like always didn't think this through and thought it would help stop attacks if everything was destroyed already, instead of asking someone what he should do. And he being the Mizukage once again, you followed his orders blindly, despite how ridiculous they were. Am I in the ball park?" Luo continued to stare blankly. He knew Zane too well. Well enough to know that Zane would always remain loyal to the mist, even when destroying it. He wasn't as familiar with Blade, but he assumed the same thing of him as well.

Blade chuckled as he was caught red handed. "You're good...you're very good Luo Ushio Pride of the Mist..." Blade muttered, not to Luo, but mostly to himself. "Yeah...you're absolutely right. You know Zane very well. And know that orders are orders, Zane was still the Mizukage and as a Saanin of the Mist I will obey those orders, only if I saw them to benefit Kirigakure. In truth, I respect what he did, to sacrifice yourself for the safety of the village. Hell...I would become an enemy of Kiri if it meant saving it, it is my home. As ridiculous as those orders were...I'd say he was pretty succesful now don't you think...Mizukage Sama?" Blade stated as he gave a slight bow. After so long, it was now Luo's turn...it should have been him in the first place to take up this position but he left for training beforehand so Zane was picked instead. So now Blade would serve under the 5th Mizukage Luo Ushio for Zane was the 3rd and there were two before him

Breaking his blank stare, Luo's left eyebrow raised as he barely muttered, "Eh?" It was the first time in years he was unable to effectively communicate what was going through his head. "This means then that....Who killed him? I want to know, who killed Zane Hajime, and under what circumstances?" Luo wasn't happy so much as angry now. As far as he knew, his best friend was dead.
