xxrackellaxx I don't really have a set steampunk outfit. I have a lot of earth-toned skirts, shirts, vests, and corsets that I mix and match, along with some accessories that work with all of them. Yeah, same here. ^^;;

I'm another one with a steampunk wardrobe rather than a steampunk outfit. I incorporate steamy touches into my daily wear and I wear full sets of steamy gear for conventions and group meets. My closet could outfit an entire crew of steampunks, but I'm always adding more. Right now I'm working on various bits of armor and jewelry, two new sets of mechanical wings, a couple corsets, a pair of metal-plated boots and a copper tricorn. After that, I still need to start on more armor, an automaton arm, more clothes, a jetpack, a raygun, and a few pairs of goggles.

I usually have to mix and match to get the right effect, though I have acquired vests, tea gloves, goggles, and suchlikes on my ventures to at least make a modest steampunk outfit. I found a bowler hat, the other day, and almost dove for it in the store, before binally convincing my stepmother to let me purchase it. xD
I've recently gotten a bit inspired by Rasputina, and have been pulling my hair into various frenzied braids amongst my two baby dreadlocks.
Also, my friend coined the term "College-Bohemia" to describe the way much of the Indie culture dresses, and that's been lapsing into my steampunk as well.

Some months ago I found a nice narrow leather belt, a flower-material blouse (red flowers on white base), and a skirt (it's long, black, sewn with flowers at the bottom and you have to knot in on your waist). And today I was in a party-accessories shop where I found a corset, it's black-white with white stripes/ribbons (it's actually part of a girly black-white pirate outfit). It isn't bad but Id prefer a bit more simple corset and maybe in black-blue smile
