Hi everyone! You can call me Mystere (I don't like the 'i' in there, but the name, in some technical sense, was taken). Or, my real name is Kimberly. It's much too formal for me, so if you prefer to call me by something other than my Gaia name, Kim is okay, but I love being called Kayy.

Well, I'm twenty, so I'm of the college age, however, due to financial troubles I'm not in college right now. Which, in some odd sense, other than that if my mom finds out she'll kick me out, is a blessing in disguise. I have no idea what I want to do with my life, other than that I will be helping people, and spreading God's word. I've considered psychologist, nurse, and Christian singer (How I would be helping people as a singer is making not ONLY songs about God, but also positive songs about body image, loving yourself, etc. And, by some odd chance that I got rich, seeing as money doesn't matter, I'd make organizations for things like rape and positive body image). Whatever I do, it's going to be helping people in some way.

Anyways, I guess you can tell by the capital G every time I say God that I'm Christian. I have only been Christian for about two years. I was a stubborn, close-minded Atheist for the rest of my life (Don't worry, I'm not saying Atheists are, just that I was one that WAS. Every group has them, sadly). I am not a very strong and firm Christian. Of course, I accept and love everyone, so no worries about me pushing my beliefs on you. :]

I'm kind of crazy and random. If I say something odd for no reason, that's just me being me. I'm also very loving. I love everything and everyone. It's the reason I'm a vegetarian. Also, I'm very empathetic, so please don't show me anything painful. >.<

OMGosh, Aino, you go to FSU?! I live right under Tallahassee. I basically live in Tallahassee! Wow, small world.

That's amazing! I'm glad you found Jesus!

And your a Vegetarian? biggrin

Welcome to the guild my friend! ^^

HelloNoora's the defender of the faith! The Catholic faith that is. She knows far too much about Catholicism. If you have questions about the Mormon religion, she's got that covered as well. I think she spends too much time learning. The Catholics here will be more than happy with her kickin' around.

Hello there! My name is Mary. I foudn this guild because of my new buddy Ren and I thought it looked interesting. So here I am!

As far as religion goes, I was christened Catholic, and when my mom left the church, we became baptist, and eventually we stopped going to church altogether. Since then, I have been a Wiccan, a Pagan, a christian again, and now I'm just nothing..complete lack of faith. I suppose that's why I'm here. I want to believe in something.

I live in Alabama as well, and I am a housewife to a Germanic NeoPagan. We are not formally married, because I am not allowed to get married (long story), but we have taken a pledge to each other, and as far as I am concerned, that is as good as marriage.

I don't have a problem with religions, in themselves. I am extremely tolerant of any religion and any person, until they tell me that I am going to burn in hell for what I believe (or don't believe, as the case may be)

But there's no intro on you! :[

Oh yes. I love Jesus with all of my heart. I actually had an amazing experience with Him tonight. It made me cry.

Oh yes. I cannot bring myself to eat animals, of course, I don't tell people what to eat. I simply cannot do it. ;-;

Aw, thank you! :3

Hello! I am Violet Song jat Shariff. Call me Vi or Vivi for short. I don't give my real name unless I'm decently familiar with you wink . So hang in there.

I am an Asatruar (Nordic Reconstructionist) and Seeking Wicca. The only areas I'm not too familiar with are Kemetic gods and practices and most of Ceremonial Magic. I do not have a patron god or goddess. I do not cast circles. I do not

I've been learning a good bit about Islam lately and am waiting to get my hands on a copy of the Qur'an.

I am a modest dresser. I do this out of personal preference rather than religious or culture, although I *do* wish I did it for one of those reasons so that I could wear it to work and have a "solid" reason other than "Well I like it." gonk

I'm engaged and living with my honey in Ohio.

If there's anything else you want to know, just ask smile
And thank you to IMR for making this wonderful guild!

You're....not allowed? Oddness.

I would suggest checking out this guild if you're interested in pagan faiths. It houses lots of people who know their stuff.

I've always wanted to attend a Catholic Mass. I think it would be rather interesting. So long as I'm not being forced, I tend to like going to churches. However, the majority I've been to have been rather 'modern' with contemporary music and what-not 'cause the friends whom I would accompany preferred these types.

OH! You're going to be so proud of me. I bought a few long sleeve shirts, same shirts different colour. Guess who is going to wear her t-shirts and other shirts on top of long sleeves now? Yes yes me indeed.

Modestly FOR THE WIN.

I had to throw that out there.

When you say that you are a modest dresser, does that mean that you wear a head-wrap or veil? (I don't know the actual terms for those garments. x.x) As I can't see someone being questioned on just dressing modestly - as in not showing the mid-riff, too much leg, shoulders or cleavage...

Hello there! My name is Mary. I foudn this guild because of my new buddy Ren and I thought it looked interesting. So here I am!

EDIT: I suppose I was wrong when I said that I have no faith. I do have faith in some things. I believe in the soul, and I believe in love. I know, I know, love is nothing but a philosophy to most people..well, most of the people I've met. I also believe in a higher power, given that there is more scientific evidence out there supporting a higher power than not.

I suppose what I am looking for is a religion based on love..all types of love, and with room for self-expression. I would not fit into the Christian religion because of my chosen lifestyle. Neither would I fit into any other the has laws and strictures regarding marriage and sex.

Ah, I am Autistic and I'd lose my benefits if I married.

Actually, I am not interested in any one faith, I just want to know more about a lot of them so I can make an informed decision. Thank you for the offer though. ^.^

I went to one Catholic Mass, it was just about a year ago actually. My mom left the Catholic church when I was very small and just recently went back. And this one was very old fashioned, kind of stuffy and formal. It appealed to my gothic nature, but I was still very uncomfortable.

Hi, My name is Kelsey (sometimes on the internet I go by Abby, just because I like the sound of it!)

Um, I am Christian. I have been nondenominational all my life but have recently been looking at liberal protestant Churches. I'm going to be a junior in high school and for non-religious reasons I am vegetarian! ^^

I think this guild is a wonderful idea and I think promoting tolerance is a wonderful goal!

There she is! biggrin

I actually don't entirely consider myself any denomination, but I'm pretty sure my church is protestant. It's too bad you don't live here, because it's pretty liberal and loving. A lot of the members even have tattoos.

And yay to being a vegetarian! biggrin
