Yay, another fan! whee

From my point of view, it kinda flows well if we take Snow Violet Girl and Couple of Evening as things that happened in the past, then Curse of the Summoner, Patronage of Kentei, and Songstress of Demise as things that happened in the present. But then the time gap between them is what throws me off, if we are to assume that the twins in Curse of the Summoner are really the children of the scientist and his wife from Couple of Evening. sweatdrop

As for Elsetetra, Witch of the Mirror Water, it isn't really a part of the series, but I think Seiji-P said on his blog that it's set in the same world. That's why I think of it as a prequel or something. xd

Even with the last translation, things are still kinda fuzzy... User Image

I really don't mean to diss if this is what it looks like ^^;;, but I personally think there are mistranlations throughout the series.

For example, in Curse of the Summoner, there are these lines:

"Boku wa tada kimi to futari domo ni kurasereba ii" to
"Dakedo kimi ga sou nozomu no naraba sasageyou"
Onore no me ni yubi tsukitate kare wa hohoemi itta
"Kimi no naka de iki tsuzukeru yo. Eien ni ne" to

...that were translated as:

"I always wished we lived together forever."
"But it doesn't really matter right now."
Then the brother smiled and said,
"I'll always be alive inside of you."

But after deciphering the kanji, I think they really mean:

"I was grateful to have lived with you," he said,
"But if this is your wish, I'll give it up for you."
He thrust his finger into his eye and smiled, saying
"I will continue to live within you. Forever."

Furthermore, the translation in Songstress of Demise depicts Rin as an enemy of Miku... I found fanarts of this series on Pixiv ([x] [x]) that show the opposite, that Rin was actually someone special to Miku. What exactly their relationship is kinda throws me off, though. lol It's either Rin is Miku's mother, or at least her protector.
