The lioness looked back to the Pridelands, to the looming Pride Rock...and shook her head. "I think...I can stay and talk a little longer. I've been gone a while...what's a little longer?" And in truth, the boy piqued her interest, her curiosity. He was...seemingly simple, but there was much more to him than seemed. And Irit loved creatures like that. Kept her interested, entertained, and they tended to understand her better than her own siblings did sometimes.

Vu smiled. He wasn't sure why, but for some reason he liked Irit a lot even though she made him nervous.
"Okay. Let's go for a walk then. I know this really cool place not too far from the boarder."

Irit stretched a bit before moving to stand at Vu's side. "Well then...Lead the way, great warrior." He would go places, unencumbered by the peace of the Pridelands. So for now...she'd enjoy a little bit of time with him, and have a memory to look back on when word of his deeds made their way to her ears. It was a strangely comforting thought.
