“Well of course! When you’re as amazing as I am, you need to sure of yourself, otherwise you just look silly!” He chuckled at the thought of it- someone who just stumbled into the right thing again and again. Now that would make an interesting story. Too bad he was out of the making-things-up business.
Mostly.
“I get that, that’s why I like this pride so much. It’s like a big family, in a way, and I don’t feel so different like I used! Still awesome, but not so alone, you know?” He let his tail swish around, his smile growing more sincere rather than silly. He would have to get to know them more, however, before letting them handle his offspring. “I’ll just remember that you don’t like kids that much.”

He listened up until '...as amazing as I am...' before rolling his eyes, shaking his head while trying not to laugh as he turned his back to the other leopard. "On that note, I think I'm going to take on the role of the anti-social cousin and skip out of the reunion early. You keep right on being... Awesome... And come find me when you've got a good story to tell, alright?"

Manar, completely oblivious as usual, nodded at the other. “Alrighty! You go have fun with whatever you’re going to do, cuddle your boys or whatever, and I’ll be off looking for some more stories. I’ll see you around!” He turned at that, moving to leave with absolutely no idea that he had just been blown off. As far as he was concerned he had been in a very good conversation and one more animal now knew how great he could be. And he didn’t have to make up that much at all!
He was getting better.

"One boy... And we don't cuddle. We just keep each other warm. Good luck with your women!" He flashed a quick smirk over his shoulder before trotting back towards the caverns. Hopefully it wouldn't take all that long to find Usiku... Boy, did he have a story to tell him.
