Honestly, screamo, emo, rock, metal, industrial, etc., is really awesome when you listen to it. They're not bad music... a good one to listen to is The Rasmus. They are actually really good, just try listening to them.

Your half emo, half skater and 100 percent retarded for being put into a category created by a mass media, instead of using all these labels and trying to put yourself into a box, make your own ******** box, have some creativity. you know, somewhat like a soul?

You can go absolutely nowhere in metal. If Bran Dailor says it, it must be true. Hes an awesome metal drummer.

Just because some people think that certain music keeps people in a depressed state, doesn't mean that its true. Some of the "depressing" music can make us actually feel like something matters. Some of us have had something horrible happen in our lives, and it keeps haunting us. Screamo, emo, and Pop Rock music can help some of us escape from it and feel whole again. By the way, i don't have a box, because I can't be confined into one thing. I just stated what other people see me as. My soul is as unique as everybody else's so accept that or shut up

I dont know how many people in this guild understand how good hip hop can be. I went to minnesota and it changed my life. Just give this a listen, tell me what you think. You can talk s**t if you've actually listened to it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nn6iU_c2cM0

ClarinetGoddess I aboslutely hate music kids listen to these days. I'm 15 and proud to say I still live in the 80s. Basically anything before mid 80s I will enjoy. My favs are Journey, foriegner, and many others I forget at the moment. You do NOT know how much I relate to that! My fave from back then is Dust in the Wind by Kansas. The Song :p
