Tomomi arrived in his usual state of just sudden appearance. He was good at coming from nowhere to surprise people; Maybe because he always liked to sneak up on people as a kid, or he was just too small for most people to see most of the time. He walked around the table to his chair, but only leaned his back against the table and sighed. Tomomi takes out his kiseru and plucks it in his mouth, holding onto the bulb at the end. He stands there for a few minutes before turning back to the others. He sighs, "So, no one's gonna tell me what happened? Come on, people, gimme the story here." He snaps his fingers for latter part of the sentence, trying to get someone to hurry and give him the full story.

[There's no table in the meeting hall so I'll just look past that. xD]
Hei switched hands again and sighed, finally coming out of his ever-so-apparent trance but making no move to stand or even look in Tomomi's direction. "Well, these fools couldn't make a scratch on the one that calls himself Damien even though they were fighting him 3 to 1 at one point. Kato Meishi nearly died and Hakase Yuki received substantial injuries; guess who saved both of them? Here's a hint, it wasn't anyone that was sent there in the first place. There's also someone who is called Pandora, he pretty much leveled Karakura Town before taking his leave." At this point, Hei gave a little wave in the direction of the 10th Division Captain. "Anywho, on a some what lighter note, if you can even call it that, Hisagi-tan over there felled the 1st Espada. Now normally I'd consider that a feat worth praise and recognition, but he only went Shikai and the Espada in question never released." Hei paused for a second then continued on with what felt like a damn dissertation on the whole subject. "So naturally I think either something is severely wrong with the ranking system in Hueco Mundo or he was a substantially weaker arrancar with a big mouth. Either way, it's hard to call Hisagi-tan's win an actual victory. Suffice to say, things could have been handled much better." From that point on Hei went back to thinking and most words directed at him would fall on deaf ears.

Tomomi sat down in his seat finally. He looks to Hei, "If this Damien is who, and what, I think he is.. It would require two to three in bankai to possibly take him down. I congratulate Captain Hisagi for making our job a little less annoying, but it doesn't mean that the Espada he killed wasn't just an illusion of sorts, it is practical. This Pandora fellow though.. He interests me. But, I do know some about him myself.. Only stories though, little stories from my times on Earth from a far away land." Tomomi chuckled with a grin, shaking his head. He takes the kiseru out of his mouth and puts it in his sash. He looks up to the others, "This may be ironic, a child telling a children's tale to grown ups, but this is how it goes.. Once upon a time, way back, before the inventions of now. There was one they named, 'Pandora'. Pandora was the first woman, in Greek mythology. As Hesiod related it, each god helped create her by giving her unique gifts. Zeus ordered Hephaestus to mould her out of Earth as part of the punishment of mankind for Prometheus' theft of the secret of fire, and all the gods joined in offering this "beautiful evil" seductive gifts. Pandora opened a jar in modern accounts referred to as "Pandora's box", releasing all the evils of mankind— although the particular evils are not specified in detail — leaving only Hope inside once she had closed it again. She opened the jar out of simple curiosity and not as a malicious act. After doing so, there are many parts to the story, one is where she was left to walk the Earth, scorned by God and men. Others are she died, she was killed, and other things. The one I heard was she was thrown into the realm of the God of Sleep, where she is sealed forever.. Yet, you tell me a man has arisen calling himself 'Pandora'? Then 'Pandora' is neither man nor woman.. We must not take lightly the fact that Pandora is something more than us, something beyond a spiritual being or an Arrancar super-soldier."
Tomomi stood up, and walked over to a window. He stared out of it, "And so.. The evil fell across the lands.. Famine, pestilence, death, and war. The four horsemen road forth." Tomomi turns back to the captains, "I do like to read old books like that.. Now, back to the matter.. We are in extremely high alert. This Pandora, hearing what Hei has said, is extremely powerful and we need to make sure he can't get us. I may not know why he wants the Arrancar, nor why he is helping them, but I will not let him fulfill his mission!" Tomomi slams his small hand on the arm of his chair, making a surprisingly loud noise. "I felt another war coming, it felt like last time.. I was still in the academy, then. I will not let so many lives go as we did last time. I want us to be ready for anything. I want us to even be ready for Pandora to possibly come into this meeting hall and kill every one of us at any given moment.. Hei, I leave the rest of the meeting to you, since you called it." Tomomi sits down in his seat.

"So he's a god, I take it then his power is equal to that of the Soul King?" Hibiki spoke, a bit of sweat dripping from his chin after Tomomi's speech. "Hei, what kind of power did he use? You mentioned that he leveled Karakura town. Was it some kind of machine or was it purely his own power?"

Tomomi's annoying bashing of his hand removed Hei from his trance once more and everything that was said seemed to replay itself inside his mind for him to break down. "Two or three bankai.. maybe your bankai... But I digress... Man, woman, potato, giraffe, I couldn't care less at this very second. So, where is this "box?"" Hei asked as he stood up. The light chair shattered the second it was no longer touching a single part of his body. Then, as if he no longer cared to hear the answer, he changed subjects. "Well then, I have but 4 simple requests. Yokozuki-tan, I will require all documents on the man named Aizen Sosuke and his Espada, any records of anything about Pandora, any articles pertaining to Hueco Mundo the hollow race, and all articles on the Menos. Kirishio-tan, you will be a guinea pig of sorts, help Hakase Yuki develop her powers, using whatever methods you see fit. Though if you make her bleed, I promise that I will do everything in my power to make sure your a** is strapped to my surgery table by the next morning." He put his hands up near his chest to emulate holding something right between his pectorals. "With a laser cannon in your chest... or whatever I see fit to give you. Finally you, Sekaruba, I will have to ask you to hand over your subordinate for testing, he is the only one of us to have undergone extensive interactions with an Espada. That and he seems suitable enough for experimentation. Oh yes, and Yokozuki, do tell that annoying Lieutenant of yours to stop following me and analyzing my garganta, there's a reason I keep the method a secret." With that he waved his hand as if to dismiss them. "Oh right, one last thing. Kokei-san, be a dear and play with the kids in the Rukongai, they may have some more insight into this fairy tale that Tomomi-chan over there is speaking about." Hei had long since entered rabid-scientist mode and was barking orders as if he owned the place. Then again, he didn't care, he had a feeling they would get done anyway. After a few seconds he tried to walk out but recalled what Hibiki had asked before he had gone on his short rant and spun on his heel in a very strange fashion. "No, not a machine, more like a shock wave... If you want to call it that then, yes, sure, shock wave, whatever." He gave a weird sort of wave and vanished out the door with a shunpo and he headed towards his labs.

Yokozkui like out a frustrated sigh "My my my, what a predicament we are in it seems..." He snuffled a look to Hei as he left "I'm sure I have some information on that subject, seeing as it is high priority I would guess the restrictions on releasing said documents would be lifted" He shot a look to Tomomi then quickly looked away smiling "I shall bring them by Hei's office in due time, everything I can muster up" Yokozuki turned and began to leave, stopping dead fast in front of Hisagi but not turning or looking at him "I'm almost saddened, that at least someone didn't die" With that a blur appeared in his spot and he had vanished to his squad.

He watches Hei walk out after giving orders. He didn't like that fact that with Hei giving orders, it made Tomomi seem less needed and not much of a Captain-Commander, but he did like that things got done when Hei threatened with orders. So, Tomomi liked to leave the orders to Hei, because he knew they'd get done; One way, or another. He looked to Kokei, "Kokei, look for Greek, Roman, and children from around where Ancient Rome had their empire. Those children will know the most about the stories of old Greek." Tomomi stood and walked out, following after Hei; He planned to meet with Hei to discuss something.

"Guess it can't be helped then." Hibiki spoke as he vanished from the scene. He shunpo'd through the distrcits of Seiretei heading towards 4th squad yet again.

Kokei listened to all the words and then very carefully to their comments and stories as well as the Captain Commanders words and his story about Pandora. She closed her eyes and foucsed on her task at hand she also thought if she should bring her vice or not..He could be a help but then again she may be able to focus more with him not there, maybe she could go for a bit then come back to take a small break then bring Artimis back with her. She decided thats what she would do and with that she left to go to Rokungai to carry out her task, she didnt plan to be long.

Why did he not sit? Unlike Hei, Daiki knew his place. Unfortunately, the proceedings of the meeting had gone on and before he knew it Hei had left. Daiki didn't get a chance to respond to his scolding either. Anyways, he had brought up a good point, that Kato be taken to him. Daiki had not been able to find a suitable punishment for his near-defeat but this would be perfect. Daiki walked towards the door and disappeared with a shunpo without saying goodbye to any remaining Captains that might have still been there. He went off to search for his lieutenant.

Shinzo looked scared.
" This isn't good. It is said that Pandora's box was the one object that caused all the sin in the lands. Death, disease, killing, ect... "
Shinzo's eyes darkened.
" No one could tell what would happen if that box opened.
I predict a catastrophic shock-wave, universal wise... the end of all existance that is maintainable in one... "
Shinzo's voice shattered abit at the last word.
" If anything, we should be able to destroy the box with it's own power I believe. Although...where is it? "
Shinzo looked at Dante.
" God's even have their limits. With this box, those limits are broken. The very fabric of power can be ripped for this person. In other words...total hell. "
Shinzo slunked to the floor, abit depressed but not as much as he was showing...
" Well, we should get to this soon. What should I do then, Hei-sama? "
Shinzo was about to disappear out the door, his shadowed-hand on the door.
