"Right... sure, no problem." Asa said quickly, suddenly feeling bashful. How ungentlemanly of him... was that even a word? He had no idea. He had no idea what to do anymore... all his sauve was gone. Everything that had been there when Kavu had... everything was gone now. There wasn't anything left of him.
But he was beginning to remember what it was like to love someone. To trust them, entirely... because Ylva was so honest. She would never betray him. She would never leave him... she would never run away because he couldn't protect her. She could take care of herself.
And he needed her. Desperatly, he needed her. And for once... he was glad to want someone that badly. Because she was actually... worth it.

Ylva was glad he would lead, for once, she just didn't feel like leading. Mainly because of what dawned on her , she didn't want him to see it in her. She wasn't ready to admit that she loved him to the world yet.
Ylva would crunch anyones face off who came near Asa with ill intent, but she couldn't outwardly admit that she loved him, really and truly. It was hard for even her to admit. But she did and she hated her self for not being able to bask in the glory of love. Not be able to run beside Asa in a field of flowers in bliss.
Because the two of them had both tasted taint and miss trust. The two of them had already lost it all before. To outwardly admit that she loved Asa, she could see the world ruining that.
So she kept her thoughts to her self. Sigh.
"Ready when you are Asa," She gave him an awkward grin but didn't meet his eyes. Maybe this hunt would calm her nerves. Maybe.
