Letting out a deep sigh Hibiki cleared his throat before speaking "Kokei, were you at the festival when the announcement was brought out?" Hibiki spoke addressing her with a soft but serious tone. "Who were the other captains still at the festival?"

Attention drawn away from him, Artemis walked a couple feet away, and sat down, his back against that wall. He was still in hearing distance of all conversation that carried on in the hall, so he was not worried. His zanpaku-to, as normal, starpped to the back of his wait, now resting on the ground. He smiled at the almost incompitence that captain yozuki was showing. Almost saddened at the fact that he had practically no respect for other lives. "Hmm, i almost feel ba for him," he muttered to himself, lost in thought.
A little slow on the uptake, Artemis realized that they had mentioned Espada. The most powerful of the Arrancar race. He had never encountered one, but he has read, and heard about them. They were dangerous beings, that had the powers of shinigami and hollows. Not a vizard, because they had obtained that powers of a hollow. The arrancar are different. The are hollows, that evolve in a way, Mature.
Captain Kokei was at the meeting now, he smiled, knowing that his captain had made it. He had only been a Vice captain for about a week now, so he was not all that farmilira with the people around him, but none the less, he was determined to know what the meeting entailed.

"Hey..." Appearing behind Artemis, Nu crouches down and facepalms. "What you're doing is stupid, you'll get caught...." Gettting up and making sure to mask her fiery reitsu, she looks at him. "Why are you even here anyway?"

Looking up at the girl, he smiled, and said in a smartass tone, "well what do you think im doing? I wanna hear the meeting. Heh, i know its a stupid idea. but iv noticed, before that the captains dont really tell you the whole story, and i want to know exactly whats happening!" He smirked at her, his smile, growing. He was obviously excited. His light grey eyes reflected the moon, making them white, and not as lifless as you would think.
"Im Artemis by the way, Artemis Granz. Nice to meet you." he whipered holding his hand out to her. "Ohh and bout being caught, already have, but they forgot about me, so i just took this chance to relax heh."

Tomomi appeared quickly at the meeting. He had a serious face for being a child, and was clearly angry and saddened. He didn't even sit down before he turned to the others, "We don't have time to get to know one another right now, nor plan our defense. As we speak, there are shinigami there, but not strong enough to defend against an Espada! This sudden attack has come as a surprise, and saddens me I must send forth people to kill another. We will send four captains, enough to clear the infestation, and get rid of the scum that are ravaging the town! We must say NOW which captains shall be going. As a human world matter, the human world protection squad should go of course. Those who say that Divisions 2, 4, 10, and 13 shall go; Say 'aye'. If you wish to state who you wish to go, say your statement and we will discuss it quickly. We don't have time. We will have no arguments." Tomomi sat down in his seat finally and placed his kiseru in his mouth. Tomomi was sparing no time for the Espada, and possibly other Arrancar to come, to take more lives than they most likely already have.

Taking this chag him a smile and heading back a few more yards. "Nu, and hope you don't get caught" Proceeding to take a few steps back,she bows politely,flashing him a smile and hiding behind a tree. "I'll use my own methods..." Focusing reiatsu into her ears,amplifying her hearing while still concealed.

A sonic boom came outside the meeting hall doors, signaling the arrival of Hei. He noticed the two Lieutenants rather quickly and wondered why they were there. Wasting no time, he unleashed the dark Reiatsu from Kagezume, pushing it towards the two Lieutenants, making them the target of the Reiatsu. It was dark, heavy and just being around it gave the feel of it trying to stifle your very existence with it's power. It was certainly not something a Lieutenant could handle.
Hei entered as Tomomi began to speak and slid into his spot, only retracting his Reiatsu after Tomomi had finished. Until now, she had gone unnoticed, but Tsukiko slid off his back and landed on the floor with the quietest of taps. Hei said nothing, looked at no one and anyone that asked why she was there would have gotten the proper response; she was a child and not to be left alone. "There is a fourth now..." Now that he finally spoke, that was all he said. He was composed, calm, collected and felt nothing for the situation at hand, a stark contrast to how he was feeling earlier in the PA room.

Tomomi froze, "A fourth?.. Why'd he arrive late? What was his estimated level; Arrancar Numero or an Espada?" He looked to Hei and took the kiseru out of his mouth. He placed the kiseru on the table. He knew Hei more than Hei probably though he knew, so he knew by the way he said it, it must not've been something great. He suspected the answer to be the latter of his last question.

Hei's eyes slid towards Tomomi and he shook his head slightly. "His Reiryoku was estimated at the level of Deiz Espada, but I was told he had no visual mask, don't take him lightly is all I can say." Hei's gaze came back but he looked at Yuki momentarily before looking back at the ground.

Yuki shifted uncomfortably when Yokozuki bowed, such behavior from him was most peculiar. This coupled with her missing brother was making her uneasy and it wasn't until she felt him coming that she finally relaxed. She was to go to the human world and fight, she wished she didn't have to, but she was a healer. Yuki let out the tiniest of sighs and smiled to regain her happy demeanor. She noticed Hei's look and already knew that he was feeling uneasy about her going ot the human world.

Waiting for his reiatsu to come and go, Nu picked herself off from the ground where she fell. Wiping the dust away with a huff, she used her Vinesse to reach her office with a loud crack of thunder. "Let's see what I can hack from the archives~" Pulling up streams of useless documents, she groans and looks at recent news and events. "Espada,espada, always something new...."

Artemis chuckled, and spokeloudley, "NEY, Sqaud 7 should go, no particular reason!" he smikred, and looked over to the dark shadowey spirit thing that was headiong towards him and Nu. Artemis stood up and patted his bottem, getting any exess dirt off of it. As the spirit came close, he backhand springed away, and he slid his feet on the fround. Creating a dust cloud. He slowley slid his Zanpaku-to out of his sheith, and he laughed. "hurry up, or this b***h is gonna kick our asses."
Altough he wasnt that worried about the problem at hand, yet he needed to sta foucused, because of the high level of the "thing" before him.

Tomomi looked to Hei, "Hei, don't tell me this. I know you've heard it." He stands and slips his kiseru into his sash. Tomomi looks out of a window, "There is no time to debate. We send Squad 2, 4, 10, and 13 Captains and Leiutenants, immediately. No hesitation. Those who disagree; Say 'nay'." He looks around the room, waiting for disapproval.

Yokozuki only smiled vainly and let out a small laugh, his eyes closed. "I guess it would be decided then, they should depart immediately, time is a factor after all" Yokozuki gave a look to the captain-commander though quickly after went back to his view of the floor.
(Wow I can't role play s**t when I'm doing something else xD)

"Whatever do you mean, I have heard of it..." His voice trailed off as he finished talking and looked off in the other direction. When Tomomi was completely done, Hei turned on his heel, and exited the meeting hall, slamming the doors behind him. When he passed by Artemis he released it once more to bring the shinigami to his knees, not bothering with words. He vanished shortly afterward when he got out of sight. Little Tsukiko was left standing there in his place as if she intended to fill his spot for the remainder of the meeting.
[Repa, you missed the entire point of that Reiatsu. It's not a spirit thingy, it's an infliction of fear upon another being, to make the victim feel useless and powerless in the presence of the caster. It's not something you can really run away from either. >_> Not to mention it came before Tomomi finished speaking.]
