Tsume turned to greet his captain, "Hey Cap, hope your having fun?" Tsume wiped a few petals that had fallen on him. "So what do you guys wanna do first, I need something to wake me up, any ideas?" Tsume was getting a little irritated by the petals, for some reason it made him want to go back to sleep. He spun around looking for something that could fully wake him up. He hoped they would have some exciting special event. "Hey lets go try out every stall they have, instead of standing here conversing. I know you guys must be bored as me.

Daiki answred Tsume, "Personally, I'm full after I ate all that ramen soup. But I'll go and buy some more trinkets and I also heard they had carnivals games. That should be fun to-" He stopped as he heard a familiar voice approaching. It was slightly muffled as it mixed with the voices of hundreds of other festival goers. "Kokei-sempai!" His face lit up an a smile as he saw his former Captain. "Thanks. It was tough getting the position but I got it! I hope to be great Captain."

Tsukiko looked up when she began to climb and stared off into space for a few seconds before returning to her tea. "No, I hate interaction." Hei's eyes drifted towards Nu's feet, then ran up the length of her body until he was staring past her left shoulder. He knew about Nu, she liked to lie a lot, evident by certain body habits everyone executes when they lie. One of the things about Hei was that he was incredibly proficient in reading body language. If that weren't enough, he had payed attention to his sister's comments about those within the Seireitei.

She was even better at body reading than himself and she would tell him that Nu is a compulsive liar and that her attitude was no more than a farce. He disliked it when people put up a front in such a manner; he preferred people to be real. This was part of the reason he held Nu in low regards. All of this aside, he didn't show it, but he made no move to hide it either. His gaze floated to over her other shoulder and then back to the ground as he retrieved his sake cup, refilled it via bottle, and put it to his lips. "Is there something you need?" He asked just before emptying it once more and setting it back down.

As Zique looked around, a waving Kokei caught his attention, but before he could even greet her, Tsume ran up to Agi and him. "I'd be having fun if only this monkey didn't show up right when I woke up," he replied, answering his question. After he did, another one showed up. Daiki, the one who was promoted to captain just a few weeks ago, if he remembered correctly. He heard Agi's name from him and couldn't help but laugh. "Oi, Agi! The captains actually know your name! This must be the best day of your life!" He told Agi, messing up his hair just to annoy him more. He heard their conversation about getting promoted and all that, it sort of irritated him. "Hey, we're supposed to be celebrating here and not talking about those stuff!" Zique interrupted. "I'll be looking at the different masks they have here. Unless you guys want to go somewhere else then I'll be going on my own way."

Hisagi sighed hard, at the sight of the festival.
"Last year was better..." He said pessimistically.

He was a bit upset at the fact his Lt. wasn't here. For he was recently injured in a battle and was being healed by squad 4. "I hope he's doing fine..."

He was standing above the festival in mid-air. Using a special agility called Airwalk. He then proceeded to lay down, staring at the festival.

"Sigh... I wonder if anyone can see me way up here..."

Kokei smiled and looked around at the activities she smiled to those you talked to her and then noticed yet another person had just came in and she looked to him and smiled. Her blue eyes looking at him with kindness as she walked away from the other Captains to meet this boy who was on the bench "Hello there!" She smiled and held out her hand "I am Captain Kokei" Whats your name?"

Kokei laughed a little bit "Oh its completely alright" Kokei spoke with confidence "Well it is nice to meet you Artimes!" Kira said then laughed then noticed his forhead looked a little bit red "Hey are you ok? why is your forehead all red?" Kokei asked curiously "did you run into something?" Kokei asked with a small laugh and got a funny picture in her head.
