"Ah, I suppose that would be useful" she replied to Jin, loosening her blade as the others decided to. Moments later she had extended her electrical senses, she hadn't used the skill underground, but she knew she'd sense a persons nerve impulses as long as she was within a hundred feet.
She nodded to Ren, motioning for silence as she began to creep forward, focusing on her smaller form's almost natural stealth, trying to suppress her chakra completely however was impossible, especially when paired to her own lack of electrical nerve impulses.

Jin follows Lina's lead and begins his own focus on stealth. He keeps a good grip on his blade to prevent it from shaking as he moves. As for his armor, a light and careful step keeps it from rattling.
The air spies circle their creator for a few moments before taking off deeper into the cave. One spy makes a habit of corkscrewing, a method that allows it to keep investigating the walls, floor, and ceiling of the cave's interior. The other two zigzag as one explores about two feet off of the ground and the other about three feet above it. It would be difficult for anything to escape the notice of the three air spies. Even better, they're near invisible and use very little chakra, so their detection is just as difficult.

'Chakra signatures recognized.'
'Maintain radio silence.'The air spies would reach a dead end midway into the cave. There was a wall with three circles in a triangle formation marked on the wall.

He nodded to Lina as she motioned for silence.
Ren tried to get to the back of the group so he could watch behind them. Making sure no one was following as his Byakugan scanned the area behind. He couldn't see anyone to his knowledge.

Lina accelerated her pace somewhat, looking to the others occasionally for signs that one of them had turned up something. It wouldn't be long at their pace till they reached the dead end.

Jin's focus seems to be elsewhere as he walks. He keeps his eyes in the direction of his air spies. A barrier has appeared. The spies are trying to find a crevice of some sort, but there's nothing. Not yet, anyway. Nothing that they are currently detecting. Just a very sudden wall. In trying to find a way around the wall, he's a little late to report, seeing as they're almost to it.
"Dead end, ladies 'n gents. Not far ahead o' us. Can nah find a way 'round it, either. Still no signs o' activity. Jus' a damn wall."

They reached the cave's entrance now as Ren stopped to inspect the cave from where they stood. His Byakugan still active.
"Yea looks like it.. but that's suspicious. I thought caves go in deeper than that, and don't have an abrupt wall out of no where."
His eyes were focused on the wall's three circles that seemed to be in a triangle form.

Lina stopped and looked at the cave wall closely looked, before turning her attention to the circles, inspecting them for anything like the seals knowledge she had gained in her short researching in Neko's library.
"You seeing anything through the wall anywhere Ren? I figure they used illusions once before so either to deter us or we got ourselves a trap." she muttered.
Lina's eyes wandered the cave some more. Taking a shot in the dark with an additional question.
"Anything even unusual like how thick the earth is, or how far you can see through it past here?"

If Ren looked further beyond the wall, he would see a series of chakra paths. They looked like it belong to a large beast with three other human chakra signatures inside it.
The three circles on the wall remained still.

Ren's Byakugan zoomed in closer to the wall and sought to look past it's guise. He could see the series of chakra paths that seemed to belong to a larger being.
"Something big is inside there, behind the wall.
What do we do?"

The girl looked at the circles closely, tapping them cautiously at first, planning to try adding chakra if that didn't do anything.
"Hope these are the key, otherwise if I have to break through we'll probably raise the alarm if we haven't already."
The girl pulled one of the holsters on her leg off revealing it to be full of exploding notes.
"These are directional if they work right, but it still would be a lot more noise then I think we can afford... And unless we luck out by having a Solar Eclipse come along and actually break an old seal, more importantly a specific seal that would break in that situation, I'm not going to be phasing through the wall for us."

Jin has been inspecting the edges of the wall for cracks, with the help of the air spies. When the three orbs of air come back with nothing, the same that Jin has turned up, he motions for them to back off and wait for further instructions.
The dragon looks to Lina and shrugs his armored shoulders. "If we're nah alone, Ah'm sure sommat's noticed by now. Ah doubt typical bombs'll work, anyhow. T'ink on it. The wall be here fer a reason, an' the enemy would nah want us ta take it down so easy, so odds are it be spelled ta work a certain way."
A couple steps and Jin puts his palm within one of the circles. He takes in a breath and prepares to add chakra to the circle. Then he stops what he's doing and looks back at Ren and Lina. "Then again, ain't it weird there be three circles, ta match the three o' us? Kinda, I dunno, a coincidence? Or mebbe soundin' like a trap?"

Suddenly, one of the circles shot open. It was an eye that spiraled in circles as it stared into Ren's eyes. A Genjutsu was casting onto Ren while he was looking in this direction. Ren would be stunned and feel his limbs not able to react or move.
The cave was starting to shake violently as the wall's true form took shape. It was the large demon mask that covered the lid of the stolen jar.
An eruption of gas shot forth from the mask and filled the cave past it's entrance. The smell of the gas was similar to gasoline.
A shinobi behind the scenes was forming fire element handseals.

Ren's Byakugan spotted the disguise too late. He couldn't feel his limbs at all and knew he was stuck in a Genjutsu as soon as he spotted the eye.
Shi-
The cave in front of him was shaking violently, but he didn't know if that was a part of the Genjutsu too or not.

"Hang on, I don't know how well this is going to work"
Lina projected a Barrier outwards, taking cautions to keep it from sparking and displacing the gas around them. In moments it was circling herself, Jin, and Rin. A second barrier spreading from there, pushing outwards till it was blocking the gas from being released.
"I figure I can take a single blast easy enough, but I hope you have suggestions"
Her eyes focused on Ren a moment later, noticing something wrong.
